Praca w toku. Kolekcja Pagan będzie się powiększać. Obsydian to niezwykły minerał, który będzie podstawą w zestawie Weles. Planuję zrobić również bransoletkę oraz kolczyki, tak jak w zestawie Drzewo Życia. Tym razem stawiam na zimniejsze motywy wpasowujące się w czerń obsydianu i klimatyczną otoczkę wokół słowiańskiego Boga Welesa, dlatego materiały na których pracuję to wyżej wymieniony minerał i stal szlachetna. Możliwe że nie zabraknie srebra. Podzielę się zdjęciami pokazującymi efekt końcowy całego zestawu, jak już go wykonam.

Work in progress. The Pagan collection will grow. Obsidian is an extraordinary mineral that will be the basis of the Veles set. I also plan to make a bracelet and earrings, just like in the Tree of Life set. This time I focus on colder motifs that fit the blackness of the obsidian and the culture halo around the Slavic God Veles, which is why the materials I work with are the above-mentioned mineral and stainless steel. It is possible that silver will also be included. I will share photos showing the final effect of the entire set, once I have made it.

"The four landvættir are regarded as the protectors of the four quarters of Iceland:  the dragon (Dreki) in the east, the eagle (Gammur) in the north, and the giant (Bergrisi) in the south.  The guardian of the North West of Iceland where Guðbjörg grew up is protected by Griðungur, a large bull.  This region has always had a special meaning for her and much of her inspiration for her jewellery comes from this part of Iceland."

Kolekcję o nazwie Pagan otwiera komplet Drzewo Życia. Zarówno kolczyki, naszyjnik oraz bransoletka powstały dzięki połączeniu zielonego awenturynu, skamieniałego drzewa, drewnianych koralików, miedzi i bawełnianego woskowanego sznurka. Kompet wykonałem własnoręcznie. Mam nadzieję że biżuteria oddaje całkowicie słowiański klimat.

The collection called Pagan opens with the Tree of Life set. Both earrings, necklace and bracelet were created by combining green aventurine, petrified wood, wooden beads, copper and waxed cotton string. I made the set myself. I hope that the jewelry reflects the Slavic culture completely.

Wykonane przeze mnie pierwsze kolczyki. Kamieni jakich użyłem to awenturyn i skamieniałe drzewo. Dodatkowo czarny koralik z drewna i drut z miedzi.
