What to do if you have not shifted for +++years
(Most of my anons were along the lines of this same issue, I want to make a common post for them. I won't be telling you "you're already there" or "persist" I'm going to have a heart to heart conversation with your mental health in mind, this will be a long post)
First and foremost I have to say, this post is very heavily opinion-based. Alright, I'll divide it into topics, and two categories: before shifting and during shifting.
Tumblr media
Before Shifting.
Determining the laws of your reality.
This is where you've got to do most of the work. (Don't worry, it won't be 7 hour subliminal listening sessions) now let's present a very important note: I don't know who you are. But most importantly I don't know what you believe in. Shifting isn't a known set of rules, Shifting doesn't have a single method, it does not have a wikihow page. Everything that exist is because of you. Therefore there are differences in my reality and yours. What you believe in is acting out in reality. LITERALLY.
So first you need to ask yourself some questions, with full honesty, oh and don't apply the thoughts you have by certain reprogramming affirmations, don't force yourself just because you have to persist.
"What am I?" What do you believe you are? Currently, are you a soul, a human? Or you something greater, seek within yourself to answer what you believe.
"What is reality?" How is everything working around you? Why are you here.
"Who is in control?" Who makes you shift. Who or what makes everything happen.
"How to shift?" Self explanatory. If you write with utmost truth on what you think shifting is like and when and how it happens; you'll basically have the code of how reality works for you.
Relax.
After you've gathered your research sheets. Take a breath, since you've got all the answers you need. Now, close your eyes, whenever you like. Imagine a serene atmosphere, for example, sharp sunlight falling on your skin, warming you up, or the rain droplets drowning your senses, as you run across a forest. Tell yourself, "this is what shifting is" , and "I've shifted." That's all it is. You feel some you get some.
Some important realizations,
• Time is not linear.
 Failure is a perception.
• You're not beneath anyone.
• You don't need to prove yourself to anyone.
• you'll survive, you'll be alright.
Don't. Kidnap. Yourself.
The title sounds weird, but it is regarding heavily applying the principle of assuming until you have it, to EVERYTHING. Idc if people come after me. I don't want anyone to suffer by stamping their foreheads with "persist!" Even if it works. I love loa, until it crosses over into toxic positively. Don't just put yourself in a coffin; don't become a prisoner to your thoughts! Don't make it feel like there's an angry witch in your mind, who will scream at you if something goes wrong, the problem is! Something might go wrong and you'd end up highlighting the idea that you are being forced to assume against something. Don't feel forced. Simple. (You can still use loa, if you like)
Declutter your mind.
I said it before. and @ilovecatfr explained this here, there's so much in your mind. I can tell. Each and everyone has their own unique spin on shifting. That's great and they put out advice to help people, similarly you... also have it within you. Afterall, these bloggers, big well written and decorated posts are the projection of your assumptions. I'd like to say, majority of the bloggers are kindhearted with the aim to help others. Although for some, you being desperate in their asks is an ego boost, nothing is wrong with feeling good about yourself for your knowledge, but you the person at the other end of this screen, are not a pawn, not just another anon, alright? you know how to shift, look back at what your answers were to the questions.
Control your emotions towards this reality.
I've always wanted to discuss this. Emotions are the puppeteers of this show. They're a grounding mechanism of any reality. If you feel something deeply, you're angry at circumstances you form an attachment to this reality, it keeps you here. Think about what happens to a person when they get disassociation. Similarly belief + emotional investment = reality. Its a code. I can confidently say anyone who has not shifted (... not targeting anyone, genuinely trying my best to help; ty ty back to the text) is because they're giving too much emotional importance to this reality. This can be in the form of stressing that you have not shifted, being worried that you're not in your dr, putting much focus on the "What ifs" of if you wake back in this reality.
But we can't just go BLANK. we're still humans who feel deeply (for now huehue) so what's the solution to this non-issue? Direct these feelings towards your destination, your intended reality! This would mean feeling like your dr self, if you're experiencing negative emotions you can last second convert them to any scenario related to your dr, emotional investment there pays well, here? It just wastes time.
Don't let feelings get the best of you and keep you here; you're their creator after all.
(Optional) Create a homey dr.
This comes from personal experiences. If I don't mention this I won't be completely open with each one of you. I shifted through intense love and reverence for my home. I knew that each and every second spent in this reality led up to me shifting to my home.
So for ease later on when you can't decide between drs, it'll be comforting to have a reality you can call home and choose over and over again.
Rewire.
This is where you come back to what you answered to the questions. Do you like your response? A human is living in a reality, and your answers are the universal law there. Will they have an easy time with shifting? If you think so, then choose to not do any "rewiring" and act upon the answers you wrote, shifting in accordance to them as they have become the pillars of your reality. If you think the person's reality's laws regarding shifting are complicated, then you can choose to rewire them. This can be a simple manifestation. As it has no basis in the 3D yet, you will manifest it within seconds. You can either write it down, listen to a subliminal, or simply think of the new beliefs in your head (eg "I shift in seconds") and let go. Stop.
(Severely optional) strive for spiritual awakenings
*shrugs* I thought I should mention based on personal experience.
Tumblr media
During shifting.
Confuse your logical brain
You don't have to give it validation. Instead, just make it unable to predict the next move of it creator. Its built to look at everything with skepticism.. but it has nothing when you don't give it the chance. For example, the anti method by @hrrtshape is the best example. I like that you can do this, pre-method like a little warm up. (You can also manifest to not think logically)
Know your game
To act like you're in a battle field is not the way to shift. You don't have to give the actual practice of shifting much or any importance. You know how to shift, then why is there a need to have plan B's and checking your own environment? You are the commander in front, you're the one switching the reality, your reality is not the one switching.
Senses shift last
Explained by @stilljuststardust here.
Be blind and deaf to each and everything other than your intended reality
...and be so obsessed with your intended reality. Live out entire days, you're there, no, time is not passing by, the previous reality has disappeared by your hyperfixation on your intended reality. Ever done that exercise where you stare at a dot for so long, everything around it disappears? Well then, EXACTLY. Make it dissapear. Make it dissappear by not giving it any more of your energy. ....how I shifted. This is based upon being your dr self, that's snatches away the spotlight from this current reality.
Keep yourself comfortable
All of you are experienced enough to know, you don't need to lay in the starfish position. But remove the unnecessary thought that if you dare move your finger you might mess up the whole attempt (This is a subconsciousness belief) here's how to not worry about your 3D: again, senses shift last, Your current reality = intended reality.
It is about breaking free from human functions
Your software is set to being an earthly human. This is why acting like your current reality (the noises from the environment, physical annoyances) are from your intended reality, helps. This allows you to trick your human brain and move forward. The more you try to make sense of shifting, the more less it'll make sense. You don't have to know everything about shifting. The point is to be awfully natural about it. Just like how you wake up in this current reality without any requirement. You don't overthink it, then why overthink shifting.
Tumblr media
Hope I cleared everything, I spent 5 hours on this post. If anything is not clear, please send in an ask, I am 100% avaliable to answer anything amiss.
Now let's see how much time I take to actually make this post aesthetically pleasing, so people don't have to bleach their eyes or ruin their blogs with this.
Dedicated to @lilyblairkinda who gave me this idea, once.

THIS!!!! its alright to be unmotivated but STAND UPPPPPP!!! GETTTT UPPPPP!!! DO SOMETHING!!! Constantly taking in info you already know isnt gonna help you much. NOT saying that educating yourself is a bad thing but it gets to the point where you’re just making a loop in ur brain - so try getting out of that habit. Get up and shift, ill say this till the day i die but no one is stopping you but yourself SO GET ON UP🫡🫡!!!!
Hot take but the reason why a lot of people are unmotivated to shift is because they are stuck on constantly consuming content on how to do it.
There's definitely good advice on here but it can be repetitive because we did say I believe almost everything we can about shifting. It good that people are posting advice but let me be fr most of the shifters especially on tumblr know what to do.
While consuming shifting content is not a bad thing if it repetitive advice when you already know what to do may be the big reason why you are unmotivated to shift.

“Your body only knows flight. So, Spread your wings and fly.”
So many people worry about the action of shifting, but you’ve been doing it all along. Its natural, you preform it every second. Take a moment and relax, you’ve already shifted, you’re already there. Now go on and take flight.

The hypnagogic state : how to reach it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The hypnagogic state is a state where we naturally go into before sleeping, a sweet spot moment before sleeping and still being awake, a state where it is so powerful to be able to shift, get in the void, or basically do anything.
Now it requires NOTHING, it only requires one small thing that might sound tricky.
Staying awake long enough for it to come by on it's own, and actually on average it takes 10-5 mins from each person to enter it aware.
The steps:
Lay flat on your back (not needed, but many results come from laying on the back)
Do. Not. Care, just go with what you usually do to fall asleep, but one thing? You're not falling asleep, you're watching your body fall asleep, that sweet spot where your body is about to fall asleep? That's hypnagogia
Actually don't move, it may give your mind signs you're still not sleeping, now just lay there and try not to sleep while focusing on the blackness behind your eyelids.
You will start seeing flashing images or swirly things or even just flashing lights and imagery, this is the hypnagogia and you managed to reach it in just 10 mins of pretending to be asleep (acc it takes me 4)
Bam, that's the sweet spot, now affirm slowly for the void, or just sense your surroundings for shifting or maybe you can try your shifting method here! This state cannot argue back, you'll be immediately shifting in no time, and slipping in the void is so easy from it.
So really the whole steps is just "lay down, don't move, watch your eyelids, color seen? Hypnagogia reached, method or void procedure done, bam."
I managed to find a post on Reddit on how to keep your body awake, you can try 2 or 3 of them to keep yourself entertained, FULL CREDITS TO THE ONE WHO POSTED IT ON REDDIT (calaie_iscoolio):
"1. Looking in the darkness behind your eyelids
Basically what it says, when you close your eyes, just focus on the darkness until hypnagogic imagery begins to happen i.e. colors, shapes, literally anything that will show. When images begin to show up, do not interact or acknowledge what you are seeing, you can look at it, but don't try to control it and just let the images flow until you feel that the state is induced enough to where it won't disappear because you are "too" awake/aware.
2. "Forearm Up" Method
Another technique that basically helps with people who tend to fall asleep to quickly, basically lay down on your back like usual, lift your hand up in the air where your elbow is resting on your mattress, keep it there and as it slowly falls down that's where you'll begin to fall asleep, it'll drop and basically awake you back up.
I had also seen a shifter mention that they prefer to lay on their stomach and lifting their foot up in the air and basically do the same thing. This technique basically just wakes you back up.
3. Thomas Edison Method
Very similar to the "Forearm Up" Method, basically what Edison had done was he had held a steel ball in his hand, and when he began to fall asleep, the ball will drop and alert Edison awake, another technique to help with people to struggle to stay awake.
4. Imagine Constant Motion
Basically imagining something whether that be an animal or an object constantly moving like a horse galloping, a dogs tail wagging side to side, etc. (Pretty simple, for people who find it much easier to visualize).
5. Tire your body through out the day
During the day, you could do any tasks that would just tire your body out that leads up to your attempt to induce the state, it'll make it much easier for you to get into the state and induce it since your body is already tired enough to relax.
6. Repeating "hypnagogia"
This will mean you have you just repeat the words "hypnagogia" to yourself till you get tired enough and then hypnagogic imagery will eventually appear.
7. Counting
Basically just like regular shifting methods, you could focus on counting up to how much you want to until you begin to get the hypnagogic hallucinations, to keep yourself from falling asleep you could give yourself simple math questions just so it's enough to focus to answer it.
8. Imagining Randomness
Imagine literally anything that isn't related at all, i.e. horse, roof, apple, pen, desk, etc. Visualize and filter through random objects or animals that have no correlation and that will induce the hypnagogic imagery, randomness is key.
9. Focus on breathing
Similar to any shifting method, basically focusing on your breaths is another technique to induce the state. Literally just anything to keep your awareness occupied rather than letting your mind just shut down to go to sleep.
10. Sounds
Listening to anything in your environment, whether that be things happening outside, if it's raining listen to the rain, or if you've got headphones on listen to the music and focus that, keep your focus on the music so you don't fall asleep.
11. "Playing" a song in your head
Not necessarily listening to the song, but imagining the song playing in your head, whether that be your favorite song, if you know how it sounds like, imagine it playing and once you've entered the state, it will naturally play and you'll end up actually hearing the song.
12. Heartbeat
Basically just focus on your heartbeat. Listen to the amount of beats.
These are all the various of techniques you could use, you don't have to stick to one and can basicaally try them out, see which one you feel like works for you and go from there. A tip is also you could pick like 4 or 5 out of these 12 and just filter through the techniques if you can't just stick to one since you get uninterested quickly. (I get bored easily, do I normally do 8, 9, 7 and 4 just so I don't lose interest.)"
Good luck y'all!

Hello!!! Ive seen you used/recommended the lucid dreaming method, do you have any tips to get into a lucid dream?
Thank you !!! <3
hii!! sure, i'll share ways I enter a lucid dream, and what other people use to do so too. hope it'll be helpful <33
how I get into a lucid dream
me personally, I mostly only ever do reality checks, those too right before sleeping or sometime after waking up.
they just work well for me, even when i'm not consistent with doing them throughout the day.
another thing I do is choose something specific (it can be anything) and intend before sleeping to realize i'm dreaming once I see that thing (person, etc) in my dream.
other ways to enter a lucid dream
there's a couple techniques for lucid dreaming aswell! like, just stuff you do when your subconscious is more active than the rest of the day, using to your advantage.
not that I don't use them because they don't work or anything, I just like taking the easy way out ;) (that is, do reality check once before going to sleep + intend to lucid dream)
techniques I find easy to do / perform
i'll mention some of the techniques that I think are pretty simple and can be used right after waking up ( since you're still in a sort of drowsy state then)
a way to lucid dream that I found, and one that is pretty simple is,
i- mnemonic induction of lucid dreams (MILD)
when you wake up, instead of interacting with anything around you, close your eyes and remember the dream you had.
choose a specific moment in that dream that something happens which makes you realize you are dreaming, as you think of the dream you just had.
keep repeating it over and over in your head until you fall asleep. and once you do, you're gonna have the same dream and become lucid :)
it's simple because the first instinct after waking up is to try and remember the dream you just had (or, is that just me? :() so you can just use that in your favor!
another way is,
ii- wake back to bed (WBTB)
when you wake up, don't go right back to sleep. stay awake for anywhere between 5 minutes to an hour. (you don't really need to set an alarm for wbtb)
take that bathroom trip, drink water, use your phone, and most importantly, get out of bed.
throughout the whole time you're up tho, keep thinking about lucid dreaming,
as in, keep assuming you're gonna lucid dream once you sleep. do reality checks if you want.
once you feel like you should sleep again, just do so, and you'll become lucid in your dream :)
maybe I should get to using this stuff too 😔 sigh. but yeah, that's all from my side. good luck to you <33 you're totally gonna lucid dream and shift, I trust you. so do the same :)

Im home and settled now so let me explain what kinda happened bc this is so funky dunky…
Okay so i put my big o’ head down for my 2 min nap since we were watching this lame video (get me OUTTA THAT CLASS LAWD PLEASE) and as my head was down and eyes shut, my brain started to drift off and just think about random stuff - i wasn’t really doing much actually- anywho i kinda stayed in this state for like 2-4 minutes just thinking and suddenly i remember that im literally everywhere. “If im fighting zombies and running for my life in another reality, brother, WHAT am i doing here in bio” and with that clever thought, i started to feel really light and kinda numb? I couldn’t feel or tell you where any of my limbs were. I started to think of myself being in a lecture hall, who was i and where was i, and what load of stress i was feeling if i was in a lecture hall, and all of a sudden AS STRANGE AND CONFUSING AS THIS SOUNDS, i felt the room expand?? Or maybe i just knew i was in a much larger room? Bc its not like i saw the metal pipes and wooden planks stretch out into the size of the lecture hall, it was just a sudden “the room is better, a lot bigger” thought. As i felt this, i also heard mumbling from all the way on the lower end of the hall- to anyone who might think, “maybe ppl in your class were talking?” I don’t think so… bc the mumbling came from far away, the room i was in was half of where i heard the sound coming from so it count hav made sense. I should also mention, the sound from the video we were watching disappeared at some point but i have no idea when it left or when it came back. This whole thing kinda surprised me and i put my head up quickly (BECAUSE IM A LOSER) and opened my eyes to still be in my bio class - I THINK the reason i was still in bio was bc i wanted to be back there, similar to all my other experiences like this one, the reason i open my eyes back here is bc I expected to, and lowkey wanted to (i was scared for some reason good lord).
Anywho, note for next time : dont get spooked. And if you do, dont freak out?? Just take a min to breathe and understand your surroundings.
I just mini shifted in my bio class idk why im tripping out rn

sleep paralysis
What is sleep paralysis?
While falling asleep or waking up, your brain sends signals that relax muscles in your arms and legs. The result — muscle atonia — helps you remain still during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. With sleep paralysis, you regain awareness but can’t move.
What does sleep paralysis feel like?
During a sleep paralysis episode, you're aware of your surroundings but cannot move or speak. But you can still move your eyes and breathe. Many people hear or see things that aren’t there (hallucinations), making episodes even more frightening.
How long do sleep paralysis episodes last?
They last anywhere between a few seconds and a few minutes
how to induce sleep paralysis
Sleep paralysis occurs just as we're transitioning to REM. It can occur at any time, but the chance of having it whilst in REM is MUCH MUCH higher than at any regular moment.
There are quite a few methods that can be used to induce SP
(Disclaimer: none of them are mine. I've listed the creators that I do know, but I'm not sure about the origins of the other methods).
First Method
(Involves waking up in REM sleep)
1. Lay down for an afternoon or night sleep
(method works better in the afternoon because we're mostly in non-REM sleep during the night [makes us harder to wake up], but whatever is most comfortable for you)
2. Set an intention or an alarm to wake up roughly 85-90 minutes after you sleep
(REM occurs between this timeframe).
3. After you've woken up, try not to move much. Stay still, keep your eyes closed, and try to remember why you woke up (as you might forget) before you make any necessary adjustments or movements to your position.
SP occurs in any position, but if you feel it necessary and want to ensure you don't fall asleep, move into a position you don't usually sleep in (can be any).
However, like I said, it's not necessary.
If you're worried about falling back asleep, a simple intention to not fall asleep during the method works just as great!
4. Then, just stay still while trying to occupy your mind someway (maybe affirmations for a good SP experience, counting, visualizing whatever you want, etc.).
This is so you don't doze off or get impatient during the attempt.
5. Since you'll be transitioning into REM, your body should very quickly enter SP (especially if you didn't move a lot; your body will be relaxed so an easier transition to SP) so as to prevent bodily harm that could come your way if you were to act out your dreams.
All you have to do is stay patient and resist urges to move.
Some parts of your body might move on their own. These are involuntary muscle movements and are normal during sleep.
Don't feel it's ruined or messed up if your body moves on it's own. But if you give in to urges, then it'll be harder to reattempt to enter SP as your body will now fully wake.
5.5. The more relaxed you are, the faster you'll enter SP, so make sure you're not tense.
You can also trick your body into thinking you're asleep by changing to shallow breaths (as happens in SP).
Again, depending on how relaxed you are, you can enter SP in a few minutes or something close to 30 minutes. So try to relax your body.
6. You might get a roll-over signal that'll trigger sleep paralysis. Your job: don't roll over/switch positions/listen to what your brain wants
If your mind doesn't think the body is asleep yet, this is the last test it'll send to the body. Essentially what happens is your brain will tell you to move someway. You might be very uncomfortable, so you'll really want to move. Just know this is a TRICK! Tell yourself this is the last part of the process to motivate yourself and resist the urge. Instead occupy your mind with something else. Think of how great it'd be to finally shift and live your fantasies. It could all be yours if you persist against the urge a little longer. So do so, and you'll enter SP from there.
7. Eventually your body kind of "shuts down." You'll know when this happens. You'll be in SP when this happens.
Second method (credit to Explore Lucid Dreaming for this method)
(Involves messing up your sleep schedule.)
1. Wake up an hour or two earlier than you usually do.
2. Sleep during the afternoon for an hour.
3. Stay active during the day
(this is to tire your body)
4. When it's night, set an alarm for 4-6 hours. Sleep and wake up.
5. Stay wake for 30 minutes.
6. Go back to bed, on your back with your limbs apart
(higher chances of inducing SP on your back)
7. Stay still for some time. Involuntary movements are okay, but if you move on your own, then you might mess up the attempt.
It's also important to very relaxed so you can trick your body into thinking you're sleeping.
8. You might get the roll-over signal soon. Ignore this. You'll enter SP soon after.
You might start seeing hypnogogic imagery (colors and swirls behind your eyes). This is normal. Just focus on your breath and don't interact with the imagery.
This method might be a little confusing but there's a reason why it works:
When our sleep cycles are messed up, our mind has no clue when we're sleeping and when we're awake. It's essentially going to be extremely confused about when to execute SP since we're sleeping in different times than usual. This often leads to more SP instances, for a lot of people, unintentional SP, because the mind is not coordinated well with the body. It's hard to explain but it's kind of the gist of it.
Third Method
(Involves deep relaxation and mimicking REM sleep)
1. Set an intention to enter SP
(Intentions are powerful and your reality will work towards helping you reach your goal)
2. Lay down on your back...
(...or side, but back is better for inducing SP).
3. Take very deep breaths. Fill all of your lungs and then exhale deeply.
4. Tense your muscles for 10 seconds, then let them go limp. Repeat this step for as many cycles necessary for you to feel a little tired.
(If you're awake and ready to take on the world, your mind will definitely know you're not sleeping lol. This is also to reduce tension in your body so you can relax easily as you would in sleep, thus makes tricking your brain easier.)
5. After you're tired and relaxed, you want to stay completely still.
6. Move your eyes up, down, left right, in all directions to mimic rapid eye movement.
(Of course, don't be very aggressive with it. It'll tire you that way. Just be gentle with yourself.)
7. After doing this for some time, your body will think you're in REM. And what's the brain's natural response to an immobile body and rapid eye movement? SLEEP PARALYSIS~
8. Again the roll-over signal will appear, so just ignore it and boom, SP!
So these are three of the general methods for SP. These three methods work very well for a lot of people and there are other methods, but they're more unique to their creators.
Just remember, the main key to inducing SP is REM! (I say this especially if you're a beginner)
𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖 𝐘𝐎𝐔'𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐍 𝐒𝐏
How to know you're in SP
1. Paralyzed (can't move at all)
2. Strong feeling of heaviness/lightness
3. Feeling like you're sinking in your mattress
4. Feeling like you can't breathe (just calm down and remember it's because of the way your diaphragm's limited during SP)
5. Feeling something on your chest
6. Hearing stuff
7. Hallucinating (visual and audio)
8. Static noise
𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐅𝐄𝐀𝐑
How to deal with fear
Fear will be natural in a situation where it's a new experience and moreover, you can't move. However, know that anything you see during SP is all the creation of your mind. You can control what you get to see during SP.
If you manage to see or hear something bad, try to think of something really funny. Or make fun of your demons. Humor is a great coping mechanism for fear from what I've experienced. Make fun of the figures. Imagine them with silly clothing and make up (which you'll begin to see as you continue to hallucinate). Have an insult battle with them. Seriously, anything that'll take the fear away and will make you happy.
If that doesn't work and you continue seeing a scary figure, imagine someone you consider a protector fighting them off.
Since you're hallucinating, it'll happen before your eyes lol.
(Or you could simply tell them to leave you alone and they will since your mind is listening to you very closely during SP.)
𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆/𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐒𝐏
Shifting/manifesting with SP
There's SO MANY ways to use SP for shifting and manifesting. Some people manage to get into this state often but they don't utilize it to it's highest powers, so I'll be teaching you some life hacks that you can obtain with JUST ONE SP experience.
For a quick way to shift:
1. Affirm that you're in your dr that instant
"I am in my [insert reality name] reality right now"
(The "right now" will make it instantaneous, tho it would've been so anyways)
'Jailbreaking' your CR with just one SP experience:
1. When in SP, affirm
"I am in the God-state permanently"
[Mind state: where you're aware in your waking reality that you're the creator of your reality. This leads to instant manifestations]
or
"I enter the void state whenever I intend to"
[Mind state: when you're pure consciousness in the void with no identity, and can then assume whatever identity (desired self with desired manifestation) you want and achieve it in an instant]
or
"I have the LIFA app in my CR"
[App that'll instantly manifest what you want for you]
or
"I achieve instant desired subliminal results"
[Desired subliminal results will come to you in an instant, even if you have doubts, blockages, etc.]
or
"I manifest my desires instantly"
[Just a simple intention will manifest what you want instantly]
so on and so on.
2. After you've affirmed, you'll exit out of SP and into a reality where you have whatever affirmation you said to yourself.
From there on, you can manifest whatever you want in your CR, go to your DRs instantly, and just be limitless! All it needs is just one SP period which you can definitely achieve!

Sleep paralysis part two (bc this shit keeps getting weirder…)
OKAYAY so this happened like two nights ago, i wrote about it in my notes app and settled with it but now i wanna yap about it SO BUCKLE UP!!!
so i woke up at 4 am like i did last time, and i went to sleep when it was almost five. I didnt really have any thoughts or intentions before sleeping i was so tired I literally I just remembered going to bed and wrapping myself up with three heavy blankets (i miss my bed) and eventually dozed off. I woke up in sleep paralysis but ALSO in a dream. I’ll explain the dream briefly since its not too important but i should still explain it- anyone know that one roblox game that is you playing as a sailor and your captain is this strange guy who turns into the slug monster bc your lost at sea for too long? No? Okay, well it was that game! I was under the deck board and i heard swashing and felt the sway of the sea and the whole time i was kinda in this guys head (the sailor) who was actively cussing him out in great detail. Very envious, very targeted comments were made to the captain and eventually the sailor (who was technically me?) came to the conclusion to kill the slug monster (aka the captain). NOW during the whole situation with the swaying ship and the cuasing out of the captain, i was becoming more aware of what was happening and eventually “woke up” from my dream in my bed. But get this! I never woke up??? I was just simply aware of being BOTH in my dream and in my bed. I wish i could explain this better but it felt like a hyper realistic day dream. I was also in sleep paralysis (fortunately) and remembered i can shift through this. I clocked it and said to myself “oh silly me im just dreaming, let’s enter the void for a second” , and decided to wake up on a couch in my IR. Now, i did wake up in a couch, definitely, i felt it and felt the feeling of slipping away from somewhere (both the dream and the reality), i tripped out during this though because i felt myself leave but never enter?? Like OKAY so yk how your always in another reality and your everywhere all at once? Right so i was always in the reality where i was on the couch instead of my bed so i think i just never felt the change?? Which is what im typically used to so idk i think it just weirded me out- ALSO I WAS IN SLEEP PARALYSIS IN THE OTHER REALITY WITH THE COUCH TOO so strange.
Anyways im not sure what happened but i got spooked for some reason and wanted to go to my bed and wake up, immediately after i had the thought i woke up from my sleep paralysis in my bed. Im not sure why i didnt wake up on the couch instead? But im assuming its because i thought about my lovely bed.
Please if anyone has any tips to get closer to lucid dreaming or inducing sleep paralysis, MESSAGE OR REPLY😭 I really like this trick and wanna know more about it. I wanna get better at it and just need more practice i think.
Anyways thanks for reading this, i know the lay out is horrific im writing this in math class after finishing my test🫡 ykw i was gonna edit it when i get home but this is too silly not to post, unfortunately this is my exact through process of the whole thing and it should be shared how it is!!! HAHAH enjoy

Remember, time does not actually exist, so
"I will have a burger." and "I already have a burger." are the same.
Why is time not real? In what sense is it not real? And why does that make a difference in our affirmation?
Here's why:
Time, as we understand it, is only a perception. It's a framework that enables us to place events in a way that makes sense in this existence, but it's not an absolute, universal force.
1. Time is Relative
Science already tells us that time isn't absolute. It distorts with gravity, speed, and perspective (think time dilation in relativity). If time can stretch and condense, then it's not an objective reality—it's something that changes depending on where and how you are.
2. Time is a Mental Framework
We split time into seconds, minutes, and years, but that's only a human construct. In reality, all moments exist at once—what we consider past, present, and future are just different angles of the same infinite Now.
3. Shifting Proves Time's Flexibility
When we shift, we can be in a DR for a year, while only a few minutes pass here. Some shifters have even returned before they originally left. That alone proves that time is not absolute—it is relative to the nature of the reality you're in.
How Does This Affect Our Affirmations?
Since time isn't real, any affirmation based on time is merely a way to frame your own perception of reality. That means:
"I am always in my DR."
"I shift immediately."
These both convey the same message because your awareness isn't restricted by linear time—it simply goes to the perspective that aligns with your intention.
So don't think: ❌ "How long will it take?"
Think instead: ✅ "Where do I want my awareness to be?"
Because in an infinite reality, you're already there. 🚀

♧How I Induced the void through SATS
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And i know, I've wanted to and said that i'll induce the void through lucid dreaming, but here's the thing. Sats is actually so easy and effortless to do, lucid dreaming feels like a chore now (to me). And the thing is, I, ironically took break from tumblr and void because void state was starting to be viewed "too hard" (💀) to get into, literally induced it unintentionally through sats, it was THAT easy. Let's get right into it, I'm gonna start from the very basics, so you can know how sats works and how to actually utilise it :)
1. What exactly is SATS?
It's a deeply relaxed state, a state where you're groggy and drowsy. Like, yk before going to sleep, you hit this one point where you're half dreaming, half awake ish? like you can't (or don't want to) open your eyes, and you're just halfway through drifting off to sleep. That's exactly it! Your subconscious mind is HIGHLY suggestive to literally anything you tell it in this state. You access right before sleeping and right after waking up, and if you use it carefully you could really benefit from it :)
2.! How i Induced the void through SATS and how to relax :)
I actually did not realise relaxing was subjective to everyone until this experience. Let me tell you what happened.
It was a normal day. Like I mentioned above, I had taken a break from tumblr so I just scrolled through youtube. I was tired that day and wanted to sleep, but yk me and my phone addiction lol. So long story short, I saw some video about a beach, and then I just decided to go on pinterest, look at some comforting dark stormy beaches (💙) and some more peaceful shit and just imagined scenarios that RELAXED me. I like visualization and I'm good at it so imagining the scenarios was extremely peaceful. Basically I just looked at them pictures and just imagined sitting or laying there peaceful and relaxed, and other stuff.
Then i re-downloaded tumblr because I couldn't resist, and the first thing I saw was bunch of void success stories from a tumblr blog. They motivated me a lot and improved my mindset towards void, one of them being like "I was tired, so I affirmed, relaxed, felt a sucking feeling and entered", which to me was crazy because I was already tired and relaxed. So I laid down, relaxed, and almost immediately got into the SATS because of how relaxed and tired I was. Then in the sats I started to affirm for the void. And guess what? I felt a sucking feeling, something pulling me in, and then it was total black. I couldn't feel, hear or see a thing. I didn't affirm anything because of how peaceful it felt and forgot I had to do that (😭). When I woke up it motivated me a lot because I just realised how EASY it was and that I proved myself wrong.
Now, how is relaxing subjective? because to me, relaxing was like blindly following a guided meditation. Almost every blog i saw told me to meditate to relax (NO HATE TO ANYONE!!), and I thought meditation was just meditating to some guided meditation on youtube or the typical high frequency breathe in breathe out shit, which made me alien to the idea of meditating, because for me honestly following some youtube video on how to relax just didn't sit with me, because I wasn't even "relaxing". After the experience I realised what relaxing or meditating actually is. It's about discovering your own peace. It doesn't matter what it is.
(p.s. from the same concept I Induced the alpha state, lmk if you want a post on that. And no I did not count from 13 to 1 then 12 to 1, or even count at all).
and that was literally it. Imagining some peaceful scenarios, lying down, immediately getting inside sats and affirming, then inducing. I even entered 1-2 times after in two consecutive nights which boosted my confidence. Guys, it really is that easy.

What can we do if we are in half awake half sleep state and can you explain it more detaily?
https://www.tumblr.com/zshiftsrealities/778535503856287744/honestly-why-is-slipping-into-the-half-awake?source=share
what is the half-awake half-asleep state?
“SATS, also known as the hypnagogic state, is a state of being half-awake half-asleep, where your senses and conscious mind are less active, allowing your subconscious mind to be more receptive,” is the definition from the web.
simply put, it's just another state of manifestation. since you're drifting off to sleep and your subconscious mind is more active, you can access it to bring your desires to reality.
in this state, as i've noticed, you don't really care about the ifs, buts or whatever else. you don't search for proof when you're thinking of something / imagining something. it's pretty similar to void, say— 5 minutes before it? (not actually a time difference, it's just for example purposes).
you can enter the void through it too, but ofcourse that's not required.
how to get into SATS?
now i'm no expert since i've only recently (and pretty much on accident the first time) started getting into SATS, but the thing is— you don't need to be an expert for it. it's just that simple.
first lay down with the intention of not directly falling asleep. relax and release any tension in your muscles. close your eyes. let your thoughts flow. and then just let whatever is, be.
also, it helps if you're kinda drowsy to begin with, or are ready to fall asleep. if not, then you can just lay down and relax until you start feeling the drowsiness slowly taking over.
I usually stay in this state for a long while, and eventually just intend to drift off to sleep (because I only enter this state to fall asleep when I can't “normally” do so).
one advice that I can give, based on what i've experienced— is that while getting into this state, do not try to control your thoughts. let them be all over the place. because whenever I try to “make sense” of these incoherent thoughts, it sort of pulls me out of the state for a while. and I have to let them flow freely again to enter it once more.
that's pretty much it I suppose. hope this helped!
