Empowering Change: How WeDidIt is Shaping a Better Future for the Planet and Generations to Come
The lesson “Slow and steady wins the race” this is what we have learned from the fable of the rabbit and the turtle but real life is much more complex than winning any particular “race”, for centuries we have been focusing on the latter part of this story when the true value lies in its journey. In my opinion what matters the most in real life is how impactful and sustainable something is not how fast it was achieved. WeDidIt is an organisation which is committed to make steady as well as sustainable and impactful change for the planet and next generations.

About WeDidIt
In 2020 when India was still struggling with pandemic, seventeen individuals came together to make change happen in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh giving life to the Organisation WeDidIt, in less than a year the numbers increased to 1600 volunteers with 94% of them being between the age of 18 and 21. From mere seventeen people to 6000+ volunteers as of today in 2025, the organisation has grown ever since with the aim to change the way people think and behave for the greater good of the planet. In 2021 Sree Krishna Seelam the Founder, also an Author of well known books “killer habits: be a rebel” and “Indian law for common man”, won an ET Excellence Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship. His mission is to make this planet a better place for the coming generations.
The organisation also conducts free seminars in schools and colleges to inspire the students to volunteer and become leaders of tomorrow
WeDidIt’s ideology and moto
“The moment you start serving the needy without anticipating anything in return, is the moment you give birth to the Human in you.”
“We help you become a better human”
Their causes
Help clean the water
Volunteer for a farmer
Organise a marathon
Recycle used notebooks
You can team up with the leaders of the organisation and have your efforts added into the change of the better tomorrow
Become a hero in 3 hours
Opportunity to volunteer for 3 hours every 3 months by spending your time in service, The organisation will also provide you with an Award and Certificate to honour you!
For the generous who still want to do more, you can put in more hours in the service all year and climb up from 3 hour hero to campus ambassador and then president, you will get rewarded for being a superhero!
With 6000+ volunteers participating physically &
With 3,728,400 volunteers joining in virtually, the organisation has brought happiness to 24,856 faces.

Why volunteer?
Personal growth is achieved when we do something for someone without expecting anything in return. In a broader sense, volunteering is showing gratitude and giving back to the universe by serving our time, not just money as a form of donation, into making lives of those in need and making our planet a better living space.
It builds a strong inner character within us and provides us with satisfaction and human connection which cannot be achieved in any other way.
Volunteering also brings us closer to those who share a similar mindset like us, which enriches our social circle, having such friends challenges us, makes us strive to do more in our community for our community, it makes us be a better version of ourselves and inspires more people to do the same.
It also builds new skills within us.
WeDidIt and its volunteers are already helping and contributing in making the world and leaders of tomorrow a better version of themselves, Will you?

A beginner's guide to Indian Law
Have you ever wondered about what kind of rights your government provides to protect you? Or about the kind of responsibilities you have as a citizen of India?

Once we become adults and as our lives get busy with work, personal, and family responsibilities, learning new things often takes a backseat, but as we all focus on our roles at home, work, etc., it is equally important to not forget our role as citizens. the way you work hard, set rules, create a budget, etc., in order to maintain your household and reach future goals, as a citizen also you play a vital role in the larger "home" we call our country by abiding by the regulations and exercising your rights where needed.
When it comes to law, most of us get intimidated because we don't know the legal jargon, but there is no reason to worry; I will tell you why.

"Indian Law for Common Man" by Sree Krishna Seelam is the correct starting point for beginners to understand the legal landscape of India better. It is a compact yet detailed guide that covers all the important points.
India is a big and diverse country where laws keep evolving every day to keep up with the changes happening socially, economically, and technologically. As we have digitalized almost everything, it becomes a necessity to understand the law, even as a common man, to know which rights are protecting us and, in case of any violations, which kind of legal aid to seek out. This book articulates the most complex legal concepts in an understandable manner as it breaks down how the system of particular law or system works, its regulations, and practical examples.
It begins with an introduction to the Indian Constitution and legal landscape, setting the stage further for specific concepts like criminal law, family law, property law, and consumer rights. Not only does the author explain the legal jargon cohesively but also provides information about how to put knowledge gained into action, whether you need legal aid or are looking for legal information before considering connecting with any legal worker. It covers it all as the author dives deeper into aspects like filing a complaint, dealing with legal disputes, and understanding the role of courts.
What areas does it cover?
The Indian Constitution
Fundamental Rights
Consumer Rights
Family Law
Property Law
Cyber Law & more
Why should you read it?
acts as a guide
To stay updated and understand what kind of tools, aid, and legal workers we can seek out when needed; not only that, if we have the basic knowledge of fundamental rights and laws, we can save ourselves and others from getting cheated.
real-life examples
The author has used hypothetical as well as practical scenarios to help readers understand how the law works in real life. This makes it easy for readers to comprehend how legal principles apply on a day-to-day basis.
promotes a safe environment
When people become educated on the issues affecting their society, economy, and earth and how to prevent them from happening, they start putting in their work, which also inspires others around them to do the same.
empowerment through knowledge
By educating the layman about their rights, the legal procedures, and remedies, the author builds a sense of confidence that individuals can stand up for themselves in a legal setting.
Final thoughts
Whether you're dealing with a legal issue, buying property, or simply want to be more informed about your rights, this book provides essential insights that will empower you to make informed decisions.

5 Killer habits that will transform your life for the better!

Have you ever given thought to how you are starting and ending your day? What does your routine look like and How does it contribute to decreasing the gap between who you are and who you want to become?
New Year's Eve and Day came and went, but now we have a blank canvas ahead of us, a chance to turn over a new leaf. Many of us, around the first week of the new year, get the motivation to cultivate new habits to transform our life, body, and career for the better.
The problem is most of us don't give it much thought when we're choosing a habit or resolution to form; we also don't consider the small changes we ought to make that complement the bigger picture for our resolution, and that is why we fail to achieve or remain consistent with our goals.
The author, Sree Krishna Seelam, in his book, "5 Killer Habits: Be a Rebel," has come up with a complete guideline, step by step, with proven testimonials and firsthand experience by the author himself.
The 5 habits:
In this post, I will be walking you through all of the 5 habits of this book in brief that will turn you into a kick-ass hero!
1. Arise, awake & kick ass
The first chapter focuses on the importance of overcoming the poor sleep habits and creating a routine that promotes better rest. The author shared his own experience of transforming his sleep patterns in a way that helped him in prioritizing early bedtimes and risings.
He explains how this simple change improved his energy, mindset, and thus decision-making.
Key takeaway? being consistent with your sleep schedule once you've formed it.
2. be a hero
The author in the second chapter challenges what true success means. More than the contribution of our job titles, such as doctors, engineers, and scientists, the true value of human beings is hidden in how we serve our time, energy, and dedication towards the betterment of society, earth, and its people.
He has mentioned the examples of real-life heroes who sacrificed not only their time and resources but also their lives in the process.
key takeaway? researching community and non-profits around you to visit and volunteer for causes you want to support
3. Become a dromomaniac
Emphasis on how travelling solo shapes us as a person and broadens our perspective as we get to acquaint ourselves with different kinds of people, places, cuisines, and lifestyles
Key takeaway? To meet yourself, try giving backpacking a chance and visiting places you wouldn't otherwise.
4. Live a hundred lives
If travelling broadens our perspective regarding the external factors, reading makes us look into our inner selves. This is what the 4th habit is all about.
Reading not only helps us in gaining knowledge but also helps in enhancing our attunement, critical thinking, and empathy to understand others better. I myself agree with the author's view of how travelling and reading together create a satisfaction that makes us look forward to spending time with our own selves.
Key takeaway? Even if you're not a reader, carry a book with you next time you travel and try to pick up the book any time you get the urge to pick up your phone to pass the time.
5. Stay curious
Last but not least, the author encourages us to form the habit of being curious enough to question why things are the way they are. Only gaining knowledge will do more harm if we aren't putting time into researching what we are learning or the kind of news we are consuming.
key takeaway? Instead of just absorbing information from the internet or television, pick up a book or articles written by well-known authors on that subject to understand it better, and take time to research whether what you learned is backed up by facts or not.
Why and how does this book actually work?
What I liked the most about this book is that, at the end of each chapter, the author has given tasks according to the chapter’s topic, which work as a guideline for us readers to follow through as practice to develop these habits.
In my personal experience, I have found that people are most likely to take advice when it is backed up with testimonials and from someone whom they can find relatable and share similar values with them to let them in their trust bubble first and then follow through that advice.
As I was reading, I found the storytelling of this book easy to comprehend. and resonate with; I was able to connect with its content. It made me feel more like having a conversation with a wise friend who knew what I wanted to hear rather than reading a nonfiction book. Which, in my opinion, makes it perfect for people of all ages looking to gain fresh perspective, anyone feeling stuck, non-readers, and those who usually only gravitate towards fiction.
Final thoughts
From breaking-free from a personal cycle of bad habits to investing and creating good ones for one's own self-growth to actively joining in with like-minded people for society and our earth’s better tomorrow, this book does a great job in encouraging today’s youth to build individuality, to question the norms, and to take action instead of being a sheep of the herd. It implies a good change in you not only makes your life better but also betters the lives of others around you on a bigger scale.
