Thanks to my friend Liz I'm adding squats to my day when at work as part of my Tri & Change challenge. Liz's Loo Squats - do 50 squats each Loo visit, 25 before based on how desperate you are to wee ! & 25 after, these can be done at the hand dryer. Depending on how hydrated you are this can be anything between 200-300 extra squats a day. Little daily changes build To big results
