I want to give context for those who don't remember the scene because it's actually the funniest part: it's about when Carue almost died of hypothermia trying to save Zoro when he lost him in the freezing water and then Zoro blatantly LIED about why Carue was in the water in the first place thinking no one would know because he can't talk, but Chopper was already with them so he translated it and Nami got angry. God they're so funny 😭

Considering how close Zoro and Chopper in particular are this scene is hilarious in retrospective because it's like their first "interaction" and it only served to prove how cool Chopper is and for Zoro to be bullied.

Ah, Hana Yori Dango... truly a guilty pleasure of mine in my teenage years. What a piece of shit in flames that series was and I ate it up in its entirety because I had the fattest crush on Oguri Shun at the time after he played Shinichi Kudo in the Detective Conan live action in the 00s. And Oguri Shun and Mackenyu also have work together, it's all coming together so nicely for me.

It's been a while since I've watched a japanese one (I think the last one I watched was precisely one with him more than two years ago because I wanted to see him act before watching him in OPLA, I did the same with Emily and Iñaki) but I'm so in the mood right now because I'm watching Tastefully Yours, a korean one, but part of the plot happens in Sapporo.

And after The Pitt I've been also in the mood for another medical series but I hadn't really found one yet, this is perfect.

Everytime I start rewatching Black Sails I end up, in some moments, comparing Flint with Doflamingo. Since I first noticed, I find it so interesting because they have such a similar journey of revenge, but at the same time their respective backgrounds are complete opposites so their reasons for doing what they do are too, even if their final goal is the same: bring the end of the world.

They have that same conflict of my enemies create me and I'm creating my enemies that feed itself all the time because they never know where to stop.

I read chapter 1152 last night right when my melatonin was taking effect and the whole thing felt like a fever dream, so let's talk about it because I Felt Things and a huge hot take I have is coming.

I want him, I WANT HIM SO BAD AND I WAS ONTO SOMETHING THESE PAST FEW CHAPTERS, MORE ON THAT LATER.

Zoro is so fucking dense lmaooooooooooooo. I completely forgot he didn't realize back in Wano what he had done and only King saw and knew what it was, so technically it's his first time hearing about it. But I think King kind of suggested it or mentioned it in passing? I don't remember well but still this is so funny, especially because Luffy DID KNOW and he just didn't say anything. God I love them.

And btw, I noticed how Gaban didn't have time to answer when Sanji asked about himself so it might be a sign that he might develope it later in the story and... hot take, that would piss me off to stratospheric levels. I don't think he has the type of personality for this particular power, I feel it goes against what he represents (other mugiwaras do but dudebros would not love what I have to say about that, I just don't think that they will ever get strong enough to awaken that part of them because they are simply not interested in that) (and I know conqueror's haki can't be trained but you still have to be at some level of strength to awake it or Luffy and Zoro would have had it much earlier in the story).

Besides, having two conqueror's haki users in a crew of ten already feels... crowded. I have always thought that Sanji's powerups related to haki could be about reaching an extraordinary level of observation haki control. Observation haki is my personal favorite form of haki and what it entails I feel it's perfect for Sanji, he would go further than Zoro or most other users in what that type of haki can do.

You would not believe the scream that came out of me last night when I read this, and right after thinking how bad I want Loki after that previous panel. I'm so glad you think the same, Luffy.

Those being Zoro and Sanji's biggest worries about Loki joining them, istg. BUT I KNEW IT, I KNEW SINCE THE VERY BEGINNING WITH LOKI THAT SOMETHING FELT OFF AND I WASN'T SOLD ON THE IDEA THAT HE WAS A FULL VILLAIN, THAT THE TRUTH WAS MORE COMPLICATED THAN THAT.

I said it when I talked about chapter 1143: as soon as I saw Luffy feeling hesitant of doing anything against him despite what everyone was saying, I knew it had to have a reason. I will always trust his intution above anyone else. But even asking him to join him? Oh, this is SERIOUS.

Now, about the flashbacks... I have like a million thoughts and I think I going to wait to next chapter to talk about it but Shanks, the fruit, Jarul being with Loki at the time of the murder, Harald being a piece of shit when he was younger... much to think about!

I'm in a not-so-little side quest of watching every Cillian Murphy movie because he is my favorite male actor (I was going to say alive, but counting dead male actors he's still my favorite) and I just remembered reading his wikipedia page that the movie where I watched Lera Abova before she was announced as Robin in OPLA I watched at the time only because he was in it.

That movie was so ass I completely forgot about this lmaoooooooo, even when I knew where I saw her before I forgot he was there too because that's NOT the movie I think about when I think of him. But them in the same movie it's still a big crossover in my multiverse. Now I kind of want to watch it again despite The Horrors.

PD: Seeing her like this actually reminded me of when Wooseok from Pentagon (Soyeon's fellow company acquaintance at the time) had green hair in 2018 during their Naughty Boy promotions and some fans told him he looked like Zoro so this happened. Pentagon is one of my top 3 kpop groups, so I was truly screaming and crying back then.

I'm not sure is Soyeon and Wooseok are friends but they were under the same company for years so they've worked together several times and I feel obligued to post this bop of a song, when we had it all. Fuck you, cube, I hate that fucking company so much.

Today I was listening to reputation after a long while (now that Taylor Swift owns her masters again) and I thought about when I asigned every Taylor's album (pre TTPD) to every mugiwara and how reputation is very clearly Robin for me because she starts the album incredible angry for what was done to her but, as it progresses, you can see it's actually a love album because she was falling in love during the worst period of her life (like Robin found the mugiwaras when she was about to give up on her dream and even life).

I still think of reputation as a Robin album because the paralelism are there: twisted facts to make them villains, having to embrace that aspect to be able to survive in the world, anxiety to lose the one good thing they found in the middle of the tragedy because they would come for them eventually.

But I was just thinking that Robin was never really angry, Nami was. So the angrier reputation songs, especially the ones that mention treason in one way or another, are very Nami coded to me. Robin usually seems to feel more despair and sadness than anger.

I don't listen to reputation very often (even before she lost the rights) because it's not one of my favorite albums of Taylor but I love the concept so much and it was such a iconic comeback, so it just makes me think lmao.

I think is extremely weird that only Mackenyu is being criticized for the photo with the Stranger Things cast (because of the zionist) but not the rest of the cast, who are also in that photo.

And it gave me the biggest ick when I saw it because that guy should not have been there at all (the Stranger Things panel in tudum was the most uncomfortable shit I've seen in a while, the silence everytime he talked was deafening) but some people are failing to understand that was a work enviroment.

If something like this happens again in a more personal context, then I will have a problem with it, a huge one, and there's no coming back from that.
