This is a blog devoted to stuff about my original work, Alpha. Keep in mind a few things: First, I will not be posting chapters of Alpha here. I'm not even going to sit down and hardcore write it until November, and I'd rather wait until it's as perfect as I can make it before I let too many people read it. So don't expect that. Maybe a few little snippets here or there, but this blog is mostly to talk to the OCs and to keep you updated on the status of Alpha. However, if you feel like you know the characters well enough or you just want to do it, I would reblog/post fanfiction people write on here if you'd like me to. It doesn't bother me in the slightest. The characters featured on this blog: Michelangelo, Dani, Gabriel, Adrik, Kane, Kora, Simon, David, and Christopher. These are the ones I have so far. If you want to talk to other OCs I have, do it on my personal. I only did this because people ask/communicate with the OCs from Alpha a lot, and I'm sure people have been getting annoyed with it. So that's basically it. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to ask. :)

Anyway, Michel is from NYC. Brooklyn, actually. He does a really good job at covering his accent until he gets angry. Then the accent comes out. :D

Outfoxed
The first small bit of Alpha that I posted and then took off. I figure I'll put it here.
“Gabriel, you can’t do this,” Dani said, stomping her foot against the cold cement of the bridge. Gabriel stood near the edge, wings stretched out and poised for flight.
“I have to,” he said, blond hair blowing in the wind. “It’s my job as a member of the Praetorian Guard. I’m suppose to keep you and everyone else safe.”
“But you’re doing that! What’s going to happen to all of us if you leave?” Dani asked. “Michelangelo! Help me!”
Michelangelo’s bright blue eyes shone sharply in the moonlight, washed out to almost resemble mercury.
“I’m going to do this, Dani,” Gabriel sighed. “It’s the only way.” Then he made to fall forward.
A sharp cry halted him in his tracks.
“GABRIEL! WAIT!” Michelangelo shouted, racing forward. He and Gabriel were close, so very close. Dani watched in fascination.
Tell him she thought. Tell him, Michelangelo. He needs to know.
“Gabriel,” Michelangelo breathed, eyes never leaving Gabriel’s face. “Don’t do this.”
“Give me a reason,” Gabriel said, cool on the outside, but his rigid posture told what kind of effect Michelangelo’s close proximity caused.
“You can’t do this because I…I…”
Say you love him. Say it.
“You can’t do this because I’m pregnant!” Michelangelo shouted, turning away and burying his face into his hands in mock embarrassment.
“That makes no fucking sense!” Gabriel yelled. “For one, that’s not possible. Two, even if it were, it wouldn’t be mine. We’ve never had sex.”
Michelangelo’s grin was absolutely infuriating. “I know. But I stopped you, didn’t I?”
Gabriel’s and Dani’s gazes shot downward, to where the boat Gabriel had been planning on crashing was far past the bridge. If he tried now, he’d be seen for sure and ruin everything.
His chance had passed. Michelangelo had outfoxed him

So who is David?
David is a side character in the Alpha verse who will come in probably the second arc. He's an ex-boyfriend of Michel, and the first person Michel's been in a long-term committed relationship with. And the last. Basically, he and Michel had a falling out that resulted in David just up and leaving his book shop behind and doing whatever he could to get away from Michel and all of the memories associated with it. He comes back to help and make things right with Michel--only he has no idea about Gabriel and Michel's semi-blossoming relationship.

But I thought Gabriel was gay?
He is, but he didn't really figure it out until later in life. His first time having sex was with a girl, and he didn't really enjoy it. He thought maybe it was just because it was his first time having sex, so he tried it a few more times with the same girl and still didn't really find it that great or find himself that attracted to girls in general. That was when he realized he was gay. Gabriel doesn't have sex outside a relationship, and he'd never had a relationship with a boy, so he'd never had sex with one. At least, he'd never had a serious relationship with a guy. Until Michel. :)
