This is probably going to be the only free moment I get this week.

There really hasn’t been time to sit down and do anything substantial lately, I’m so fucking busy. That NitroMan up top was the only finished product I’ve managed to shit out since last post (I’ve got like 8 sketches of the MM11 boys waiting to be lined and coloured too, really should’ve started on that instead).

So anyway, that's enough of that. There's something more important to be said. *inhale*

I've amassed more likes and reblogs than I would have ever thought possible since I've been out, AND two follows? Jesus. Thanks everyone for all the love. (And starryeyedninja, waterrobotwithatophat, I'm honoured. Thank you.)

Posting on social media is terrifying, it's good to have some affirmation I haven't fucked it up yet.

At the end of last month, this happened. A lineup of the protagonists from a story I’m working on. 

I stuck exclusively to the 16 colours on the DOS palette while doing this. Thought it’d be a cool challenge, but it really only ended up in frustration when I realised how fucking difficult it was trying to make the accents on Nor’s helmet look right. They still don’t look right, but alas. I need to stop toying with this before I lose my head.

MS Paint for Windows 7 takes some getting used to, but once you pick it up, it’s fun. Tried to use exclusively the marker tool for this dude.

There’s about 4 different colour choices I saved and this one...works. I like this dark purple on red. Should use it more often.

So, summer of last year, I had the idea to draw SnakeMan with a bouquet of flowers.

And then I completely spiraled out of control.

Something I drew on the original Tegaki E in...2015 I think? I don't know what the hell the aim was. Experimenting with sharp contrasting colours? Or something. It's not very interesting or impressive, but oh well.

A LONG damn time ago (over 8 years I think), I had these two Pokémon FCs, a vagabond pair of performing brothers who called themselves The Entertainers.

Their acts were categorised by relentless mindfuckery and playing on their audience's psychological traumas. 

They were abandoned by their parents just after Vaiduoklis was born and Atliekos was 6, which fucked them both mentally. Atliekos went from scared to sad to angry and vowed revenge on them for what they did to his baby brother. 

I think what eventually ended up happening was that their parents attended one of their shows by chance and the two used the opportunity to basically mutilate them in front of the viewing public. 

I don't recall what, if anything, happened after that. I think they were arrested and placed into a mental institution at the end. The whole thing was fucked.

That second image there is a 2016 redraw of the oldest picture I could find of the boys (from 2010/2011, something like that). Hell, if I ever return to the Pokémon fandom again, I might repurpose these weirdos.
