since december is coming up, i’m sure this question is on a lot of our hearts.
what do we do about advent calendars!? 0.0
this is my first year in the community and i’ve been wondering the question myself. one tiny chocolate a day doesn’t seem like it matters, but does it? if i eat it, does that count as breaking my fast?
can some experienced 4n4 ppl let me know? chocolate advent calendars are a tradition in my family, and they’ll for sure notice if i don’t eat it.

here’s how i made the kale chips!!!
⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧⋆ ˚。⋆
preheat the oven to 300 and then chop kale into chip sized pieces. then wash and dry them, and then drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil and sea salt (only if u want) and bake on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper for 25 minutes, then they’re done! it’s better to make the pieces bigger because they do shrink quite a lot! hope that helps you! if it doesn’t, you can find recipes on google!! 𝜗𝜚⋆₊˚

chips was the hardest thing for me to give up 😞 so i have a tip for u guysssss 𐙚🧸ྀི
kale chips!!! super easy to make and actually super delicious!
i can snack on them while sipping a diet coke with no regrets cuz they’re sooo much healthier than potato chips and they honestly taste better!
super excited since chips was the hardest thing for me to say bye to
