Charlie Cart is a project that seeks to get kids cooking in the classroom. The tough little kitchen on wheels includes all the components needed to set up hands-on cooking lessons in any educational setting: a cooktop and small oven, a rinsing station, mixing bowls, cutting boards and more. The cart supports lessons across disciplines, moves easily between classrooms, and works outside in the garden or playground.

A lot of creative people use sketchbooks to test out ideas, and develop skills. But the problem is what if we need a little help learning a technique Check out more here ----> http://on.be.net/1pFBEq2 We can go online and look it up. But what if it’s a skill we constantly need at all times, for example, doodle tips, drawing tips, or a typography reference. People use bookmarks all the time, but they’re just used to mark information in a sketchbook. Lets try to redefine what a bookmark can become, fast and easily available. That’s why Evernote Skillcard is a quick way to find important skills you want to keep handy at all times. Thanks Benjamin Hapka

Wisconsin by Andy Luce
Wisconsin is a special part of our country. Rolling farms, cheese abound, brats, beer, the Packers and people that truly are the salt of the Earth. With my plate, I’m nodding to the legacy of the state’s rich history - with type reminiscent of milk bottles, produce crates and farming equipment, with an appearance of the best sweet corn in the Midwest. The brick red is the color of barns, and the color of the University of Wisconsin.

"Connecting the dots" What to do after school, to get that big job
Education is what remains after one has forgotten everything he learned in school - Albert Einstein
What I learned to do during and after school, to get that big job.
Knowledge requires “street smarts” for the right purpose and the right education system. Once you receive that diploma saying that you’re certified for a bigger job salary, you must keep in mind afterwards, as Mj Demarco said, “what you know today is not enough to get you where you need to be tomorrow.”(186) Life is the constant reinvention of yourself. After graduation that I learned from others, the education does not cease to exist, it simply changes forms.
Feed the base of your knowledge by experimenting with new skills and new ideas. Make the world your university, and take from it all that you possibly can. From the streets, learn to engage by doing; by getting out and taking action. If you don’t know how, teach yourself. Scramble about in the darkness until you find a foothold, and soon you will ascend to levels you didn't think possible.
Today is the information age. Almost anything you could want to know is little more than a few clicks away. For the first time in human history, education is free! I always hit the internet forums, internet classes, the bookstores, the library, seminars, educational television, and free magazines. The excuse of “I don't know how” is a lie that is far too common. I always start at one site www.google.com check it out, its pretty cool.
Get professional help. The insights of others are often the key to enlightenment. The specialists, the aficionados, and the outright fanatics who experience the world in unexpected ways may be the source of the fresh perspective that you are seeking.
Find the creative asset, even if they are on the other side of the world. But, do not forget your role as a teacher as well. Share knowledge over and over with others. By bringing people together in knowledge, information is worked over and used to the peaks of its abilities. By this, more tangible and coherent outcomes are achieved.
You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. Because believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart even when it leads you off the well worn path; and that will make all the difference.” - Steve Jobs
Take the educations of past and present. Take the need and idea an execute it 120 percent. Take the opportunity. Take what you believe in forward with the idea of failure occurring. Translate the who, what, and how. Finally, question everything in life. Because believing in connecting the dots will not just give you confidence and a well worn path, but an idea that's worth 100 percent of your time.

When you locate an opportunity, locate a idea
“Opportunities, and the open roads they represent, are everywhere look around you. That person complaining at the store counter. Opportunity. That stupid voicemail maze you hate navigating when you call the bank. Opportunity. Those people bitching on that online forum. Opportunity.” - MJ Dameraco.
To find something, you must look for it. To see opportunities that surround you everyday, you must make mental adjustments of the problems people have in daily life. Don't misinterpret opportunity because many people associate opportunity with breakthroughs or legendary ideas. Opportunity is a solution to an inconvenience, simplification, feeling, comfort, better serve and fixing pain. Someone seized an idea before you had the chance. The question is, “So what?” Do it better and add more value. This is just a monumental illusion imposing as impassable obstacle. You must fill the need better, offer greater value, or be a better marketer. Forget the big idea, but go for better. Many people think they need a virgin idea that hasn't been thought of yet, while in reality, the most successful entrepreneurs take existing ideas and improve them.

Don't sacrifice your soul for a idea. Consider these Questions first
This is some question I learn over the years at design school. I hope you like it. A successful idea isn’t fun and games unless it involves games. Often people take an idea with a wrong approach of what it will be like.
An idea can become either a job or a prison sentence. Sacrificing your soul for a business is perfectly normal in startup, growth and maturation stage, but it shouldn't be a cage to the spirit for 40 years. With this in mind, consider the following questions: - Can this idea be automated and systematized to operate while I'm absent? - Are my margins thick enough to need a partner? - Can my idea benefit from the introduction of a money tree? - How can I get this idea to operate exclusive of my time?

Control a Idea, Control Everything
Control your idea--control everything! Everything, from your product, your process, and every other such aspect of your idea. If you can't control your idea from the starting line, you'll end up tripping over your own shoelaces.
Idea makers create companies, sell franchises, offer programs, run hedge funds, sell stock, offer employment, accept rent and sell licenses, and they certainly don't do the opposite of these. The person in control makes the big money and great ideas. People that buy companies, and pay for rent, etcetera, can only make good money and a good idea. They're working for the system, and then working for themselves. Think, knowing that the your belief system changes your mindset. Think to lead and not to follow. Think to innovate, not copy.

The "Entry" in Business and Design
Without entry, barriers to any business and design project weaken or even fail. The effectiveness of that road declines while competition in that field subsequently strengthens.
To know if you violate entry is a simple question, “Is getting an idea an event or a process?” Although a legitimate question, we may be surprised to find that great ideas are most often formed by a process and not an event. Say that you decide to build your own car, but before you can start, somebody hands you a car out of the box instead. This violates your entry and destroys the otherwise unobtainable benefits of constructing the vehicle on your own. First, obtaining the necessary parts gives you the opportunity to learn the process of making a car. Starting to develop an idea is a concerted series of choices that form a process. Don't be like everyone else, because you can’t be like everyone else. You have to lead the idea and have everyone follow. MJ Demarco states, “When the lambs are lining up single-file for slaughter, you want to own the slaughterhouse”
