Christians who say God hates (insert thing here) are not Christians, God calls us to love others even the sinners not kill them, when Paul discussed fake teachers did he say kill them, no he simply said not to interact or believe their lies. When Jesus was yelled at to be crucified he didn't tell his disciples to kill anyone badmouthing him, he confronted it with love, God calls us to love everyone, even the sinners as we have sinned as much or possibly more than these sinners.

I keep hearing people talk about how God hates x group or God hates people who do y but my grandmother taught me that God is love and loves everyone, so what is the truth (or at least the commonly held opinion, or even just your opinion)?
