I just can't trust or rely on people if they think the stars' relstive positions to our large solar system objects at the time of someone's birth is an indicative guide to a person's behaviour or guide, and words aren't just a Barnum statement, like who knows what else they think? Drinking goats' milk cures cancer? Swinging rocks around makes someone who's been burned to a crisp able to move to the point of vague communication beyond their lifetime, and isn't just your own subconscious way to answer questions?

What next, finding gold with sticks? Giving nonsense to the police? Charging 400 quid to tell some vulnerable, lost person who doesn't know better what they're not going to get up to in the next few decades? Telling people they've got to give their life savings to let some evil, jealous, pervy old man that lives everywhere heal their injuries, only to be told it didn't work because they didn't think it would happen hard enough!

Goodness me, all this makes me lose confidence in humanity. Really now...

Peer reviewed enough-included studies and papers, or it didn't happen. It's a waste of life to just believe everything, not check anything or try to disprove it, not to change your opinions based on, and not to go after, the truth.

Knowing or at least finding out stuff by yourself or with agreed-enough research is great, not scary, and it should never be said to not be allowed, for in fact it is required! It makes you more useful and happier for sure!

I feel really bad asking for help even on bad pain days because I usually try to do everything myself so I don’t feel like a burden and I don’t want anyone to think I want them to be my care taker but that’s probably what’s gonna happen anyway cause who tf has the money option hire an actual care taker and I just don’t want to feel like a baby
