It's hard to start drawing again after so much time, but it was worth it. I expect more from Hazbin because the potential of the idea is huge, sooo I will continue to watch it and wait despite the questionable moments This project deserves attention

i missed the opportunity to watch steven earlier, but i'm actually glad i didn't, now i'm able to look at it with adult eyes. it's a very soulful thing and I'm glad to have gone through such an experience. I've never seen characters like this anywhere else. and even if in recent seasons the relationship between gems and steven has become fresher than water, I will always remember their interactions in the first seasons with warmth :(

In the musical spirit of Over the Garden Wall, and the fact that Greg himself is pretty much a musical spirit, I wanted to have him make up a song and then this was born. Now, I am not a songwriter. At all. This is a very basic song that I did just for fun for the sake of Two Roads. No instruments unfortunately, it’s just me singing which is… adequate. I was in Women’s Choir in high school, and freshman & sophomore year of college, but that’s with a bunch of other people. Also my voice sounds really high here (I was an alto II in choir, just so you know). I was visualizing Greg singing it and I think the higher pitch just happened as a result.

I’m putting this up now because I wanted you all to be able to hear the melody for when you’re reading, if you wanted it. You don’t have to listen to my singing if you don’t want to. You will have to read the lyrics though, since they’re in the chapter. I’m sorry about that.

So, yes, here you go. Chapter 7 will be up in a moment, if you want to wait to listen to this song until after you’ve read it. I’d recommend waiting personally, but it doesn’t really spoil anything, so it’s up to you!
