Thinking about how Dante would be a silly yet soft boyfriend/husband.

He knows the world isn't kind and never will be, so if someone's gotta be he might as well do it in his own way.

Him making stupid dad jokes and trying to lighten up the mood whenever something seems wrong. Never pushing any boundaries. If his partner is cranky and look like they want to bite his head off, he stops his jokes. Join their side and try to see if he can reach out to bring his partner closer or he keeps a safe distance for their comfort.

He knows food is always a good comfort, so he'd order a strawberry sundae with the goal of giving it to his partner (absolutely stealing a few strawberries, enough to make them crack a smile.)

If his partner refused physical touch, he'll only try to touch them once he sees that cute ass smile on their face. Otherwise he got hands on them 24/7 because gods knows when will be the last time he'll feel their skin.

When you have the time, could you write about Dante with a hyper fem reader? Almost always wearing frilly skirts or dresses, putting headbands and bows in her hair, and doing super cutesy makeup.

Moving in was something that Dante had been really excited about. And for the most part, things have been great. He loves being able to see you first thing in the morning, loves having someone who waits up for him. Loves being able to see you get ready, and see you when you get un-ready. Who knew someone could look so pretty while brushing their teeth eh? There are however…downsides. He’s never lived with a girl before, do they all have this many pairs of panties with bows on ‘em? He’s thinking no. Even his dresser is packed, it feels like every time he’s putting away laundry, it gets harder to shut. Worst of all is the bathroom, makeup products that all look the same sprawled all over the counter. Dessert scented shower gels and products reside in his shower. Weird phallic looking curlers and straighters reside underneath the bathroom sink.

“What the fuck is even the difference?” Dante holds up two bottles of nail polish, to him they both look light pink. “One is rose and the other is more coral, duh.” You say glancing at him with a weird look, Dante squints, rose and coral…nah, light pink, both of ‘em. “Baby, I think one of us needs to see an eye doctor.” He chides, putting them back with the rest of the little bottles, you roll your eyes at his dramatics. Dante watches you try and reach a bowl from the top cabinet, the shirt you’re wearing riding up, showing your frilly panties. He dips his head down for a better peek, straightening up when you glance back at him, “Can you get that?” You ask sweetly, he feels very manly when he comes up behind you, squishing you between his chest and the counter, getting the porcelain bowl. “Here.” He hums expecting a reward for all his strenuous labor, he receives a kiss on the cheek and he smiles, good enough.

You’re really turning him into some voyeur, even watching you eat is a blessing. He follows you once you’re done, watching you pad into the bathroom, pushing your hair out of your face with a pastel headband, it looks all fuzzy and soft. Dante thinks all the products are a bit excessive but whatever. “Hey creep.” You murmur, looping your arms around him, “Not a creep.” Dante denies, scooping you up into his arms. You can feel his arms underneath your thighs and butt, you wrap yourself around him as if there’s even the possibility of him dropping you.

You squeal when he tosses you, your body hits the bed with a thud. “I hate when you do that!” You say with a huff, Dante laughs at your expression, flopping right next to you. He likes the contrast, his plain pillowcase compared to your silk one. “When you stop squealing, I’ll stop tossing you around.” He says like it’s easy math. “Or you could just stop being a jerk.” You suggest, “Eh, Sounds lame.” Dante drags the word out to really emphasize how unfun it would be to stop messing with you. When you try to be huffy about it, you feel his hand wrap around your hip, yanking you back against his chest. He lays kisses onto your shoulders, traveling to the back of your neck till he’s up behind your ear. All this till you’re laughing and trying to wiggle away. “Brat.” He grumbles, smiling into your soft skin. Dante is really no longer able to determine if you piss him off more than you turn him on, either way you’ve got him worked up, so it doesn’t really matter. But alongside all the pink and bows, you really did bring sunshine into his life.
