So, I was rewatching Dr. Stone the other day and obviously I'm pro kingdom of science.

Like, Senku's setup despite the hellish manual labor and 'lower' level tech is really nice. Like, in someways i'd argue it's closer to a utopia than most socities in fiction.

Sure there's the beginning of capitalism thanks to Ryusui, but medical care is basically free. Sure there's the lack of certified doctors, but that'll work itself out. Plus Senku knows how to make drugs, I'm sure if he knows your prescription, it'll be fine.

I think the whole team work makes the dream work is nice. And hey, If they need a water boy for the power or combat team. I can carry two jugs of milk by myself, so i'm plenty qualified for the job.

Also, who wouldn't want ramen and cola in the stone world?

Basic fact; Bats sleep upside down. Advanced fact; The muscles in a bat's feet is unique in that it's relaxed, neutral position is curled inward in a grip.

Today I learned that Frogman is a real life cryptid.

That means Mothman has a natural predator as frogs occasionally eat flying insects such as MOTHS and butterflies.

So everybody, Keep a close eye on your cryptids. We don't want to lose the national treasure that is Mothman, just because big frog got a little munchie.

Today i noticed that when you smile your ears go up; And that when your frown or rest your lips in a neutral line the ears go back down.

This wasn't a world changing fact but it's pretty cute, Do share anything you notice about smiles! Crowsfeet, Dimples, Wrinkles And all are welcome. :)

Tiny bit of world building with HH and sinners.

Can i just say i love the little animal quirks that Hazbin Hotel incorporates into their characters? Like they didn't have to make Angel Dust's freckles into spider eyes nor give him the ability to grow his extra two arms. Nor did they have to give Valentino his angry moth squeaks or Alastor's elk calls. Plus Vox (not an animal but still) has all these sound effects that never lets you forget he's a literal TV show host. Sure this isn't the biggest of things and it's probably been said before but it's just so neat. I love when animal traits in characters are used more than just motifs or cool power ups, Like how does being a cat-person effect your psychology? What behaviors do you get? How does it effect your physiology? do you become an obligate carnivore? Do you gain extra sensory input due to having whiskers? Please tell me all about how being a cat with Fierce Wings changed Husk Viv. There's so much to unwrap about Sinners and their experiences with becoming so inherently inhuman and animalistic, I just want to understand how alien it must be in comparison to their lost humanity. And no, most ABO does not count. Get your mind out of the gutter and tell me if Alastor sheds his antlers or if it's a permeant fixture like an arm or a leg.

Hi, hello and welcome to my TED talk! Today's topic is about animal colors. Creatures with Albinism lack melanin within their bodies and due to that lack of pigmentation they are white and have red eyes: They are also called Albinos. Due to their stark coloring albinos out in the wild tend to be preyed upon or outcompeted by their regularly colored neighbors, Albinos also have a light sensitivity that can vary in severity between individuals.

Creatures that are Leucistic have less melanin and sometimes other pigments within their bodies: Meaning most of their coloration is muted or straight up white. Usually their eyes stay dark hues and is the main differentiation between Leucistic individuals and those with Albinism.

The complete opposite of Albinism is Melanism. Which means creatures gain darker coloration, sometimes even becoming fully black.

In fact Melanism is why we have "Black Panthers" at all, as it isn't an independent species and instead a condition in the Panthera family. Melanism is also a lot less common than the other two conditions i had mentioned in general.
