Day 8/9 of the clean eating challenge. I wasn’t going to do another update for a few days, but thought I should as I’ve been waking up feeling amazing the last couple of days. My mood is massively elated, still no bloating, slept amazingly, I felt like exercise was my friend again after feeling a little weaker than normal and I feel fabulous..... what’s the downside....? Well my appetite has been much bigger and the cravings for sweet things have been quite tough to conquer, but I have! I have however now lost 6 lbs, despite me adding extra nuts etc into my diet. Adding even more food today to slow the weight loss down as I am worried about loosing my muscle mass. Day 7 of the clean eating challenge. Still going strong and starting to see some real positive results. The shadows under my eyes have started to reduce, I had a better nights sleep, still woke up at 5.30am but managed to get myself off quite quickly. I feel so much less bloated, my daytime head aches have gone and I feel better within myself 😊 I am still waking up with a bit of a headache each morning, but nothing too bad, the cravings for sugary treats and Diet Coke has been strong today and I have also been experiencing mood swings and those that know me will know I don’t ever really struggle with mood swings, so this is a new one for me lol! Onwards and upwards into week 2. It’s not to late to join us if you want to give this challenge a go.... several people have joined the clean eating challenge, not all of them as strict as me, and that’s fine, this is all about changing our eating habits for the better and creating a more nutritious future. So today turned out quite unexpectedly different! It went from back to Back classes and PT sessions and predicted rain to having an afternoon off with the husband in the sun!
