ok so i've had this theory for MONTHS now and while i haven't gone looking i haven't really seen anyone have the same theory as me (but honestly it makes too much sense so this has probably been thought up by like a hundred others already)

JMJ are beyond (next?) to reality in the exact same way the Dread Powers (Fears, Phobias??) are.

After MAG200 the general consensus was that Somewhere Else would be inside a different reality, but that just doesn't make sense!

Jon was being pulled with the Fears, the fears don't typically reside within reality (sans s5 ofc). If he, Martin, and Jonah all got whooshed away with the Fears, they'd end up exactly where they went, OUTSIDE REALITY.

They can only vaguely reach into reality, and the easiest way to do that is with technology. The supernatural has always never gelled well with tech as we know and easily influences it (statements refusing to be recorded, Annabelle's website)

Apologies for the yap sesh but there isn't any evidence against this that i know of and it just makes sense.
