Finished on an attack on @fandomloreblog ‘s Shi Xing. I just fell in love with her design and I really wanted to do something with our Foxian ocs interacting.

Y’know the fun part about making fansequels? Creating new antagonists for said Fansequels- Meet some of the prominent antagonists of my DMC 6 concept, Eden’s Fall! (Info and full reference’s are bellow the cutoff!)

In order, The Red General Of War Sekhmet, The Green Corpse Of Famine Nakir, The Yellow Snake Of Pestilence Phanuel, and The Purple Wraith Of Death Apollyon.

Basically, my idea for villains was, of course, Limbo’s angelic hierarchy, who are trying to destroy both The Demon and The Human Worlds. The 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse, of course, seemed fitting for that, as they are attempting to bring about the “apocalypse” of earth and hell. They serve as some of the highest-ranking angels, directly under Yahweh (the actual big bad), despite being regular Seraphim. They are disconnected from emotions, seeing them as “chaotic delusions” amongst both Demons and Humans. Basically sociopaths who eat the souls of humans and demons. They mostly take on human forms in order to continue secretly feasting on human souls, but they do have their own true angelic forms, which I’ve dubbed “Divine Triggers”. Why? It sounds cool. I took inspiration from the “No Evil” sayings for their concepts (Nakir & Seeing, Phan & Speaking, Apollyon & Hearing, with Sekhmet & Doing).

Nakir I ended up designing first a few months ago, with the rest finally getting concrete designs just a few days ago. I think my favorite out of them is Apollyon, though. She was the funnest to draw, at least in human form. In terms of concept, Phan is my favorite, just because of Luci the snake. Nakir’s planned character arc is my favorite, while for Sekhmet I enjoy drawing her Divine Trigger.

Anyways, here’s their references + Divine Triggers. I’ll ramble more about them and the plot of Eden’s Fall if anyone’s interested! Feel free to comment questions and asks!
