I just think the idea of Hinata being the vessel for Kaguya is so stinking cool. Like-!!! SO COOL!!!!!! I can NOT WAIT to paint her with the white hair and the tenseigan, Im so curious on how she'll turn out.

If Hinata Hyūga didn’t exist, who do you yourself see Naruto Uzumaki ending up with? (You’re allowed to choose any of the girls from the Naruto filler & movies too.)

Ino although she would only be attracted to Naruto after he became a hero, they do have potential of development since both lost masters and their fathers.

Groundrunner100’s Rankings Of Naruto Uzumaki Romantic Relationships

#1. NaruHina (Naruto Uzumaki x Hinata Hyūga) - Meant To Be, Written In The Stars, Soulmates, call them what you want, but yeah. The flagship of not JUST the fleet of Naruto romantic relationships, but the ARMADA of anime romantic relationships. Let that sink in.

#2. NaruShion (Naruto Uzumaki x Shion) - She’s a bleach blonde, pink iris invert of Hinata Hyūga, but went through the emotional wringer of solitude, which makes them an ideal couple. Also, if Naruto made such an impression on her to the point she openly offers him to put a baby in her… YEAH. She EARNS the #2 spot. Also, in comparison to Hinata, there’s a Pokémon reference joke to be made. (Hint: it’s from Generation 7.)

#3. NaruHana (Naruto Uzumaki x Hanabi Hyūga) - Listen, it’s a 2-3 year age gap, it’s not a bad idea, & there IS potential. I for 1 find it a cute & funny idea of the sister of Naruto Uzumaki’s #1 cheerleader to be romantically attracted to her sister’s huggy fox. There’d be a verbal, but civil back and forth between the sisters over who gets to be the lucky lady.

#4. NaruKona (Naruto Uzumaki x Konan) - Right off the bat, Konan is, for all intents and purposes, the Akatsuki equivalent of Hinata Hyūga. The idea of a stoic woman seeing the light, so much to the point being romantically infatuated with Naruto, yeah, I’d be adventurous too. Upon retrospect, 1 of the most interesting “I Can Fix Her” relationships to think about. (Also, there’s nothing wrong with Younger Man, Older Woman romantic relationships, we’re only human.)

#5. NaruIno (Naruto Uzumaki x Ino Yamanaka) - Top 5 territory, y’all! With Naruto’s energetic outlook, & Ino’s spunky personality, & you’ve got some considerable competition for Hinata Hyūga. Also, Blank Period (The Last) Naruto & Ino? Mother of God, she’d be pregnant with triplets!

#6. NaruKurot (Naruto Uzumaki x Kurotsuchi) - Hear me out. Yes, they had a VERY little amount of interaction time, & they started off on the wrong foot. But when you see where they end up in Boruto? Hokage & Tsuchikage? That’s what we call a power couple! Also, if you squint your eyes, she looks eerily similar Tenten (Different hairstyle/hair color, of course).

#7. NaruAmaru (Naruto Uzumaki x Amaru) - A relationship so out of pocket, so out of left field, even I thought would be at the bottom of the post. But miraculously, Amaru has earned her place in the Top 10. A tomboy lady becoming slowly attrached to Naruto through their shared loneliness, so much to the point she jumps in the air, down towards him to catch him at the risk of being splattered, you can tell she wants it.

#8. NaruSasame (Naruto Uzumaki x Sasame Fūma) - The 1st filler girl of the Naruto anime, but not the last. Appearing in the 1st arc after the Sasuke Retrieval arc, there’s potential for a romance between these 2. Short term romance that would result in a drift-apart, sure, but potential nonetheless. For all his denseness, Naruto shows the audience he has rizz, & he doesn’t even TRY.

#9. NaruRyū (Naruto Uzumaki x Ryūzetsu) - The last movie girl in the Naruto franchise, Ryūzetsu manged to secure her place in the Top 10 in time. The idea of Naruto being able to charm a tough as nail Anbu, to the point of exchanging her life for a dying Naruto? I’d be pretty heartbroken to think someone loved me to the point they’d consciously trade their life for mine. A good example of Never Meant To Be romantic relationship. (Also, Ryūzetsu’s silver hair is BEAUTIFUL. Combine that with her athletic build, & I’d imagine Naruto putting twins into her.)

#10. NaruTen (Naruto Uzumaki x Tenten) - How do you define “Wasted Potential”? This relationship. I imagine this being a grudging romantic relationship, the kind of which it’s a slow crawl, but it’s THERE. It’d be interesting to see how the chemistry would play out. Naruto’s raging fire resolve, & Tenten’s public fetish for weapons, & you have a power couple dynamic that would be mentioned by the Kages. (Also, they LOOK cute together.)

#11. NaruSāra (Naruto Uzumaki x Sāra) - Upon first glance, Naruto would’ve fulfilled his mother’s wish of finding a girl like her, at least in aesthetics. Overall, an interesting twist on the prince/princess story dynamic, given the setting & universe it’s in. (Doesn’t Sāra REALLY look like Kushina Uzumaki?)

#12. NaruTema (Naruto Uzumaki x Temari) - This relationship is no doubt a hot take, but humor me. Temari is arguably just as lousy a romantic partner for Naruto Uzumaki as Sakura Haruno, but what makes this relationship 1 in a million is that Temari arguably wouldn’t be as physically abusive to Naruto as Sakura is, only when she NEEDS to be. As for what would spark this relationship? Well, Temari would consider Naruto Uzumaki being a dumbbell not worth her time or effort in the slightest at first. However, after being genuinely surprised that Naruto’s selflessness towards others being extended to her brothers, Gaara & Kankuro, would play a factor, arguably major. She’d be able to see that Naruto’s pros outnumber his cons. She’d become slowly attracted to Naruto, & keep that fact under lock & key. Eventually, she’d work up the nerve to have a 1-on-1 heart-to-heart with him, & tell him how she feels. Overall, same relationship as she has with Shikamaru Nara, but not as abusive, his charm would no doubt have her lighten up.

#13. NaruKagu (Naruto Uzumaki x Kaguya Ōtsutsuki) - Please just listen. Regardless of your opinion of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki as a character you CANNOT deny the idea of Naruto Uzumaki, a man with a double-sided resumé of womanizing at the point of the Kaguya arc, having an INHUMAN boyish charm to the point of a FREAKING GODDESS wanting his baby batter, is nothing short of entertaining. Granted, it’d be a one-sided relationship cranked up to an 11, but maybe she’d love it so much, she’d clean up her entire act. It’d be a crawl, but it COULD happen. The idea alone is why she isn’t at the bottom.

#14. NaruShizu (Naruto Uzumaki x Shizuka) - A relationship even I knew would never happen. The only thing she’s really got going for her is her looks. She’s just in 1 episode, whereas the other filler girls either had several episodes or even movies to leave a lasting impression. She’s pretty, she’s a skilled fighter, but she’s forgettable. Despite those cons, she’s better than the girls below her. Oh well.

#15. NaruSaku (Naruto Uzumaki x Sakura Haruno) - Boy oh boy, what can be said about this relationship? Fan backlash of Sakura’s shitty treatment of the titular character, combined with Sakura’s 1-dimensional “Damsel In Distress” trope, throw in the Sunken Cost Fallacy in regards to Sasuke Uchiha, a character who wants NOTHING to do with Sakura, with a seasoning of a struggling writer trying to figure out what to do with characters, & you have the unholy, inbred union of Missed Opportunity AND Never Meant To Be romantic relationships. How that’s even possible, I fail to understand. I don’t care if they look cute together, Naruto is many things, but he is NOT Sakura’s physical stress doll.

#16. NaruKaru (Naruto Uzumaki x Karui) - No. Just no. If people thought Naruto & Temari would never work together, I point them to this relationship. I was thinking about putting Sakura Haruno at the bottom of the post, but even SHE’S got some redeeming qualities. Karui? She don’t got that. She’s a burning furnace of anger. I GENUINELY pity Choji Akimichi.
