when I read the "is designed to be better than the OG, and is!" I immediately pictured fake peppino being ungodly good at advertising. Like they just somehow have an amazing skill at making posters and creating ads on social media (people keep thinking the ads are args, so they come to the store trying to find secrets)

[ OH ABSOLUTELYYY anon you are on my wavelength. Fake Peppino isn’t a savant per se in my eyes, but he’s just… naturally better at certain things than the original ever was. In very different ways. And they work much to the frustration of the original.

I’m also just a big fan of the idea that even in the titular pizza tower, none of the pizza actually… tastes good. They just can’t crack it. Is it because the tower is making it with magic? Are the ingredients even, y’know, real? It’s not from a lack of trying, the head honcho even tried to replicate Peppino to see if he can have some of that pizza making magic of his. And Peppino’s pizza isn’t even that good to begin with!!!! It’s just that next to the tower’s, at least it’s. Edible.

So, sorry, Fake Peppino. It’s gonna be a while until you can make an actually edible pizza ]
