The first time I have joined a yin yoga class it was by mistake – it was probably over 5 years ago, on that day I remember I was sitting on my mat, waiting for a flow class to begin, when a teacher – I would have thanked a thousands times after – walked in the room saying we would have a yin yoga class and asking people who wanted to leave the room to do it now.

I stayed. I tried it: Yin Yoga.
