The bridge between you and your desire is to let go and i would never understand why people out there messing up with such a simple concept, not caring about the 3d and letting go is the art of manifestation
Why r u out complicating it , why r u making rules for your desires "by doing this method i will get my result, listening to this subliminal will make me taller" like at once u are saying manifestation are always instant and on the other hand you are putting some sort of deadline to it like why?
i can never think of my desire for 24/7 neither i have time to listen to 200 subliminal because i literally have 10 steps skincare routine , my workout routine after that my med studies and in the mean time i have to follow up learning new thing every day , reading books and planning weekend out there with my loved ones like girl my life is already so busy why i would stressed out myself thinking where my desire will pop up when i already know it that everything i want wants me more and my desire are always meant for me
So no, I don’t chase. I don’t obsess. I don’t check the clock or the calendar wondering when it’s showing up. I already know it’s mine. I live. I breathe. I laugh. I glow. I move through my day with peace and power because my desire has no choice but to find me. I’m not the one waiting — the desire is. And when it shows up, it’ll realize I was never out here begging for it... I was just busy being the version of me who naturally has it all.

HELLO, THIS IS A SUCCESS STORY!!!
Right now, as I’m writing these words, I am crying tears of happiness. My biggest dream was to come back to Tumblr one day with a success story. I first learned about Void State in 2022 from an Instagram manifest blog called @/moncherry (whose account is now closed). Since that day, I became obsessed with it. (If there are people obsessed with Void State and as a result delaying their lives and sinking deeper, don’t feel alone because I was exactly like that.) From 2022 until June 14th, if you ask me how many times I truly tried Void State, the count probably wouldn’t exceed the fingers on two hands. “I’ll try tomorrow,” and “I just turned over and fell asleep” were my habits. But I realized that I was constantly postponing my life this way and decided to take the reins of my life back. Since the beginning of June, I stuck to one plan — ‘DON’T MOVE’. I know it sounds like a very limiting belief, but it worked for me. I chose the late hours when I wasn’t sleepy, between 9 pm and 10 pm, to keep my brain awake with caffeine, lying on my back in the starfish position, and I didn’t move after that time. Here’s what I did, step by step:
Wim Hof breathing technique (about 10 minutes)
Any Yoga Nidra meditation (about 30 minutes)
This way, you stay motionless for 40 minutes but your mind remains awake. Then I use a Void State meditation I recorded with my own voice. I’m sharing the text below for you:
Void State Meditation Script: “Find a place where you can feel comfortable. Make sure your body is as comfortable and relaxed as possible. It’s very important to take your time preparing your body for this practice. If needed, pause, take a deep breath, and come back when you feel ready. When you feel ready, lovingly close your beautiful eyes and allow your awareness to gently turn inward. Gently focus your attention on your breath; notice your belly expanding as you inhale and relaxing as you exhale, maybe feeling a sense of relief.
Let gravity do its work. Feel all the muscles in your body relax and release: your head, face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands... your chest, back, belly, hips, legs, and feet becoming heavier. Because right now, they don’t need to do anything. Whisper gently to your body: “Body, it’s time to relax now. I give you permission to relax.”
With each breath in, fill yourself with deep relaxation, and with each breath out, let all tension flow out of your body. Breathe naturally, at a rhythm that feels good to you, without overthinking it. Trust that even if you don’t consciously understand, your body benefits from this process and is doing what’s right for you. Knowing that your body understands, allow yourself to let go even more.
Now, imagine a vast and dark emptiness in your mind. An infinite, silent, shapeless space... This emptiness gently surrounds you, all your thoughts, feelings, and worries dissolve into this darkness. You no longer need to do anything; you simply exist. All remaining thoughts drift away like clouds floating in the sky. Your body’s boundaries become indistinct; you are now pure awareness in this infinite space. This emptiness fills you with peace; here there is no time, no place, no right or wrong.
Allow the darkness to envelop you. In this void, feel a nameless peace slowly wrapping around you. As this peace deepens, notice a light being born inside. This light is soft, warm, and reassuring. It slowly expands, enveloping your entire being, filling you with love and tranquility. Now, realize that this light actually comes from within you. Fully surrender to this moment.
Rest peacefully in this space for a while. Whether you stay in the endless darkness or watch a colorful display within it doesn’t matter. Trust that this moment and space are with you. With every inhale, notice how good this emptiness and light feel, and with every exhale, sink deeper into relaxation.
When you’re ready, on your next inhale, feel deep gratitude for this darkness and emptiness. Hold your breath and feel your body filling with a sense of lightness. When ready, notice this lightness spreading through your entire body and touching every cell. A sense of enlightenment arises within you; you realize you have the power to choose what your mind perceives, choosing non-judgment and acceptance. You can rest in this feeling as long as you want. Carry the peace, trust, and acceptance this experience gives you inside.
Now, I will count down from 10 to 1. With each number, you will feel closer to the void state: 10: Keep focusing on your breath. 9: Feel yourself getting closer. 8: Take one more step closer to the void in your mind, body, and emotional state. 7: Notice how wonderful it feels to breathe. 6: You are entering the void state. No struggle, no problem, no doubt. 5: You’re very close, feel how near you are. 4: You become one with the void. 3: Closer than ever before. 2: Almost fully in the void state. 1: You are now completely in the void state.”
You can either record this with your own voice or use a text-to-speech app to turn it into audio.
After the meditation, the next step is tricking the brain. Without moving, and with eyes closed, move your eyes left, right, down, and up. 1-2 minutes is enough.
Then comes a robotic affirmation: “I am the Void. I am aware that I am in the void state right now.”
Your body will already be relaxed and numb from immobility, your brain between dream and reality. When the moment comes when all sounds fade away, your entire destiny will change. This was my journey. To make your life even better than your dreams, all you need is 1 to 1.5 hours of not moving, relaxing, and affirming. It’s that simple.
What I have achieved:

My void success story
Hello everyone,
I fckn entered the void yesterday what the hell!! Tbh I've always had the feeling that I would somehow make it, because I belive in myself and because I control my reality (and you do too). Anyways, I am literally shaking while typing this because, even tho I knew I was gonna make it, I didn't expect it to happen so soon, in my third attempt. So here's the thing:
In saturday 7th of june one of my favourite f1 drivers came to do a roadshow. Basically show his car in this new track and stuff. Anyways, I was so so excited and kept affirming it was going to be a great day and stuff, which honestly was, but there was a little problem. When he got closer to the railing and next to the fans I had the amazing luck of being in the front row and being able to see him closely. And here's the thing. I kinda still doubted myself and didn't expect myself to be so close to him that day, so I haven't brought anything that he could sign on for me, and the phone was with my sister which was far away, so not even a photo !! So I had to conform with simply watch him closely while everyone got their things signed and photos and stuff. When he walked away and stuff, I felt so so dissapointed and sad, so I got to one of the bathrooms and started crying. Like raw crying. You guys cannot realize how much I cried that afternoon. And I kept blaming my strict parents for not letting me borrow the phone that day. When we got home my sister and me I honestly could not stare into my parents and not cry or get angry, so I went to sleep early that day. I cried. A lot. And then fall asleep. The next day while I was having breakfast I've decided that I was done with blaming everyone and being sad and angry. And I said to myself "Well, Safa, you know LOA, you know shifting, you know revising and you know the void. You can simply wake up with a new phone with a picture of you and him there, and a shirt signed literally on your wall. You have been procrastinating manifesting your dream life, so it's time for taking action again." And well, the rest is history. I decided that I would be entering the void that night and change some things of my life, like my strict parents or the small house I used to live in, or some appearence changes (which tbh with you guys I was already too pretty so I didn't care a lot about it but still) or more money. So I did it. The night came so I did the most basic method, kinda mixed with the distraction method. I laid on my side because I honestly thing it's more comfortable than the back, I focused on my breathing and then let my toughts and even a song pass by. I didn't force anything or be desperate, I simply got sick of the shitty life I was living in and I decided. Guys this is the key. Decide.
Don't try, don't attempt, don't hope.
Decide.
Decide that you're getting into the void. Decide that you're shifting. Decide that you have that life. Because you do. You already have it. You do. You don't have to worry. Everything else? Is past. That's simply who you no longer identify with. It's old story. That doesn't matter anymore. You are no longer that person. You've decided that you have your dream life? Then the 3D has no choice but to reflect. It's a literal mirror.
Anyways, I entered the void after some minuts and holy shit, I didn't know it was that easy. People put it in the pedastal. It's so fucking easy but I was procrastinating and stuff. Anyways, today when I woke up I did with my dream life. Guys I still cannot belive it. It's overwhelming. I literally woke up with an Iphone 16 pink under my pillow, in my dream bedroom in my dream room and dream house!! But the most important thing, my fucking white shirt (the one I decided to), was hanging in my wall with the driver's sign!!! Guys I'm crying. Literally crying. It's so fucking wholesom.
Anyways I just wanted to say this is your sign to not give up because I literally did it in the third attempt.
You got this. You're a master manifesting and shifting.

BASICS OF VOID STATE

Q. What is the Void State, really?
The Void State is the most powerful state of awareness you can ever be in. It’s where everything disappears: your body, your thoughts, your identity, your past, even the world around you. You’re not sleeping. You’re not thinking. You’re just existing. It’s not scary. It’s peaceful. In that moment, nothing matters, because nothing exists. No fear, no doubt, no stress. Just pure stillness.
You’re not trying to become someone. You’re not trying to fix anything. You’re not even waiting for something. You just are. And in that state, you finally realize, there is nothing between you and what you want. No wall. No process. No delay. You and your desire are already one.
Q. Why is the Void State so powerful?
Because you’re tapping into your true identity, not as a human trying to manifest but as the creator itself. In this space, you're not separated from your desires. You’re the source from which they come. You’re not imagining things, you’re choosing them. From the Void, all changes are instant. You don’t need to visualize, feel emotions, or do steps. You just declare what you want, and it’s done.
You don’t say, “I hope I get my dream body” or “I wish my SP would text me.” No. You simply decide, from the most powerful, silent place in your being, “I already have my dream body” or “My SP is mine now.” And because there’s no mental noise in the Void to argue with you, no thoughts saying “what if,” no emotions doubting it—it becomes reality. Reality bends and shifts to match that decision.
Q. How does it feel to be in the Void?
Most people describe it like this: You’re just...awake in silence.
Complete stillness
No thoughts or emotions
Floating or weightless feeling
Time doesn’t exist
No awareness of body or surroundings
A deep “I AM” presence
You're not asleep, and you're not fully awake either. You're just aware without being distracted by anything physical or mental. And in that silence, you remember: you’re the one who makes the rules.
Here’s a simple example:
Let’s say someone wants to change their physical appearance completely. They’ve tried affirmations, visualization, scripting, but they’re still not seeing fast results. One night, they lie down in bed and allow their body to fully relax. They stop thinking. They drop all effort. Eventually, they feel blank, like they’re floating in black space, but fully conscious. No identity. No thoughts. No story. Just silence.
From this state, they don’t try to visualize or affirm. They don’t repeat anything. They just know—deeply—that their face is already exactly how they want it to be. That reality already exists. And in that space, that decision becomes the new blueprint. When they return to normal waking state, their 3D begins to reflect that shift, fast.
That’s the power of the Void. No middle steps. Just instant being.
Q. How to reach the Void (gently and naturally):
You don’t need to force anything. Here’s how you can enter it easily:
1. Lie down in a comfortable position. Make sure you won’t be disturbed.
2. Close your eyes and let your whole body relax, part by part.
3. Let go of thoughts as they come. Don’t fight them. Just let them float away.
4. Allow yourself to go deeper into stillness. Don’t focus on the goal. Let it happen.
5. If you hear ringing or feel like you’re floating, that’s a good sign. Keep going.
6. Eventually, you’ll feel like “you” aren’t there anymore. That’s the Void.
You can decide your desire once you feel totally silent. Just say it mentally, calmly, with no emotion. Then let it go. That’s it.
The Void is Natural.
You don’t have to force it. Most people enter Void-like states often, while falling asleep, meditating, daydreaming, or zoning out. The more relaxed and detached you are, the more likely you are to fall into it. It’s not about effort. It’s about letting go.
Final words: The Void is not a place. It’s your power.
You don’t have to wait for some magical night to fall into the Void. It’s always within you, always available. The more you relax, the more you trust, the easier it gets to drop into it. And when you combine that power with affirmations or silent commands, you become truly unstoppable.
You are not trying to reach the Void. You are the Void.
You are not trying to get your desire. You are the one who gives it to yourself.
So relax. Choose. Command. And let the silence do the rest.
Because in the Void…everything is instant and already yours.

"I don't want to shift to another reality. I want to manifest my desires here!"
You shift realities everyday.
Realistically speaking, every decision you make has you quantum leaping to a parallel reality. No one questioned this before, until we started calling it shifting and people started associating it with Hogwarts and Magic and Draco Malfoy. (We'll discuss the underlying misogyny that comes with mocking Hogwarts shifters in another post, because it's undeniable at this point. Not to mention the fact that Hogwarts is a cool ass reality and most anti-shifters/ "cool, not like other girls" shifters who hate on it do so simply because it's popular among teenage girls.)
But the truth is, shifting isn't only about grand, drastic changes in reality. It's not only magic and unicorns and dragons, it's also the small jumps we take everyday.
You have probably heard of the "red shirt/blue shirt" explanation, as it's one of the easiest and most popular ways to explain small shifts in reality. But if you haven't, allow me to explain:
Say you're standing in front of your closet, deciding on what to wear today. You reach for your red shirt, put it on, and go on about your day. In another reality, you reached for the blue instead. Another, the black or the yellow or the green. In another, you opted for a dress. See, all of those realities are exactly the same. You're still you, you have the same name, the same face, the same age. Your friends are all the same, your family is the same, your school is the same. The only thing that changed is your shirt. Or taking the bus instead of a cab. Or ordering a mocha latte instead of a frappucino or a matcha drink... Your reality appears to be the same, yet you are shifting constantly with every decision you make.
So what are you so afraid of?
Saying you want to manifest all of your desires "here" without shifting to another reality is an oxymoron. Because you don't know what "here" actually is. You haven't for a long time. You haven't been in the same place or time since the moment you became conscious. Things change around you on a second by second basis, but since the changes are usually so small, you hardly ever notice. Some changes are bigger (the Mandela effect) and so they are noticed by many.
By manifesting your desires, you are simply becoming aware of a reality in which you have what you want. You're not pulling anything to you, you're not creating anything from thin air, you are just becoming aware.
There is nothing to fear when it comes to shifting because it's a skill you have developed since infancy. It's just that now, it has a name and a meaning.
So if the terms and definitions confuse you, drop them. Focus on your awareness and leave everything else behind.

GLOW UP GUIDE FOR 2025⠀

READ: On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And considering that 2025 is precisely these many days away, why not start with our glow up plan already?

Physical Glow Up-
BODY
— 5-10K steps a day.
— 7-8 hours of sleep.
— workout everyday for 1 hr atleast- yoga/stretching/pilates/cardio/lifting weights. a workout may take one hour, but your mood will be boosted for the next 12 hours.
— posture training.
— sunlight exposure after waking up for at least 10 minutes.
NUTRITION
— 2-3 liters of water every day.
— limit your caffeine intake.
— avoid sugars as much as you can.
— high protein diet, pre and probiotics.
— more fruits and veggies (+ green smoothies if you like).
— no junk/processed food/trans fat.
— no eating after 8 pm.
SKINCARE
— be clear on your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive).
— once you're clear, use these accordingly- cleanser, toner, targeted serum, eye cream, moisturizer, sunscreen (≥50 spf).
— keep your bedding clean as well.
— no picking of skin on your lips, cuticle etc.
— gua sha to help improve blood circulation and lessen toxins.
— cold therapy may take three to five minutes of being uncomfortable, but your energy levels will be boosted for the rest of the day.
— remove makeup before you go to bed.
BODY CARE
— shower every day.
— exfoliate 2x a week.
— use body lotion (shea butter/aloe vera gel/coconut oil).
HAIR CARE
— wash hair 2-3x a week
— oil your scalp 2x a week, at least 3 hours before shampoo.
— hair mask 1x per week.
— never brush wet hair.
— use silk pillow case.
HYGIENE
— brush your teeth 2x a day, clean tongue and the roof of the mouth daily.
— floss daily.
— cut your nails 1x a week, never remove the cuticles.
— glycolic acid under arm for odor and discoloration.
— never use soap on your coochie.

Mental Glow Up-
MINDSET
— set clear goals- define and breakdown your aspirations.
— start your mornings with positive affirmations.
— surround yourself with uplifting content and people.
— be shamelessly selfish to your career and mental health, remove anyone or anything that doesn't align with your priorities and wellbeing.
— boost your brain health by these 4 neuroscience tools:
difficult first: start your day with the most difficult task (cortisol and dopamine are high in the body meaning that your body/mind is primed to work).
rest your eyes: introduce a micro-pause after learning by resting/closing your eyes - will help retain information better.
tomorrow's worries: write tomorrow's to-do list before bed as it is proven to be effective in helping you fall asleep.
find time to play: engage in low-stake play. can be anything you find fun but where the outcome doesn't matter (induces neuroplasticity + reduces stress).
MIND
— meditation might take as low as ten minutes, but your focus will be improved for the rest of the day.
— no social media after waking up and at least an hour before bed.
— keep aside 1 hr of time to read daily! reading a new book may take five hours, but you will keep the knowledge forever.
— journaling, gratitude.
— digital detox once a week or for 12 hours.
— limit unnecessary screentime, unfollow or cut off people you don't want to see.
JOURNALING
— choose a regular time each day to journal, making it a part of your routine.
— find a quiet, comfortable place free from distractions. light a candle if you want.
— allow your thoughts to flow without censoring or editing.
— write about your feelings and emotions to understand them better. write about things you are thankful for to boost your mood. write about your short-term and long-term goals. identify what triggers certain emotions or reactions
— set a timer for 5-10 minutes and write continuously during that time.
— reflect on both positive experiences and challenges.
— make lists, journal your thoughts on these questions.
— journal at night to clear your mind before bedtime, because emotions and thoughts lose their power once we acknowledge them.
— a gratitude practice may take five minutes, but your mindset will be shifted for the rest of the day.
AFFIRMATIONS
— customise affirmations to your needs.

WEEKLY TASKS
— initiate small changes: begin with small, manageable tasks such as making your bed or cleaning your room every sunday.
— celebrate your success: reward yourself when you achieve your goals or have a consistently productive week. consider treats like buying flowers for yourself or watching your favorite show.
DAILY WORK
— set achievable goals: establish realistic goals for the day, week, or month ahead.
— track your progress.
— organise your work space, declutter your shelves etc.
— embrace the power of lists: keep a list of tasks to be done and their deadlines. this way, you start each day with a clear plan. to make it visually appealing and motivating, consider using productivity apps like evernote, habit tracker, or notion.
PRODUCTIVITY TIPS
— wake up early.
— plan ahead everything, do scheduling. you can use:
google calendar / notion / tasks .
— if the task takes less than 2 minutes to finish, do it immediately.
— countdown rule, if you are procrastinating, count 1-2-3-4-5 and jump.
— start slow, don't rush and try to do everything at one time.
— follow a proper routine, use app locks based on screentime.
— pomodoro technique, 25 min work, and 5 min break.
— schedule longer break times as well e.g 30 min nap.

The hypnagogic state : how to reach it.

The hypnagogic state is a state where we naturally go into before sleeping, a sweet spot moment before sleeping and still being awake, a state where it is so powerful to be able to shift, get in the void, or basically do anything.
Now it requires NOTHING, it only requires one small thing that might sound tricky.
Staying awake long enough for it to come by on it's own, and actually on average it takes 10-5 mins from each person to enter it aware.
The steps:
Lay flat on your back (not needed, but many results come from laying on the back)
Do. Not. Care, just go with what you usually do to fall asleep, but one thing? You're not falling asleep, you're watching your body fall asleep, that sweet spot where your body is about to fall asleep? That's hypnagogia
Actually don't move, it may give your mind signs you're still not sleeping, now just lay there and try not to sleep while focusing on the blackness behind your eyelids.
You will start seeing flashing images or swirly things or even just flashing lights and imagery, this is the hypnagogia and you managed to reach it in just 10 mins of pretending to be asleep (acc it takes me 4)
Bam, that's the sweet spot, now affirm slowly for the void, or just sense your surroundings for shifting or maybe you can try your shifting method here! This state cannot argue back, you'll be immediately shifting in no time, and slipping in the void is so easy from it.
So really the whole steps is just "lay down, don't move, watch your eyelids, color seen? Hypnagogia reached, method or void procedure done, bam."
I managed to find a post on Reddit on how to keep your body awake, you can try 2 or 3 of them to keep yourself entertained, FULL CREDITS TO THE ONE WHO POSTED IT ON REDDIT (calaie_iscoolio):
"1. Looking in the darkness behind your eyelids
Basically what it says, when you close your eyes, just focus on the darkness until hypnagogic imagery begins to happen i.e. colors, shapes, literally anything that will show. When images begin to show up, do not interact or acknowledge what you are seeing, you can look at it, but don't try to control it and just let the images flow until you feel that the state is induced enough to where it won't disappear because you are "too" awake/aware.
2. "Forearm Up" Method
Another technique that basically helps with people who tend to fall asleep to quickly, basically lay down on your back like usual, lift your hand up in the air where your elbow is resting on your mattress, keep it there and as it slowly falls down that's where you'll begin to fall asleep, it'll drop and basically awake you back up.
I had also seen a shifter mention that they prefer to lay on their stomach and lifting their foot up in the air and basically do the same thing. This technique basically just wakes you back up.
3. Thomas Edison Method
Very similar to the "Forearm Up" Method, basically what Edison had done was he had held a steel ball in his hand, and when he began to fall asleep, the ball will drop and alert Edison awake, another technique to help with people to struggle to stay awake.
4. Imagine Constant Motion
Basically imagining something whether that be an animal or an object constantly moving like a horse galloping, a dogs tail wagging side to side, etc. (Pretty simple, for people who find it much easier to visualize).
5. Tire your body through out the day
During the day, you could do any tasks that would just tire your body out that leads up to your attempt to induce the state, it'll make it much easier for you to get into the state and induce it since your body is already tired enough to relax.
6. Repeating "hypnagogia"
This will mean you have you just repeat the words "hypnagogia" to yourself till you get tired enough and then hypnagogic imagery will eventually appear.
7. Counting
Basically just like regular shifting methods, you could focus on counting up to how much you want to until you begin to get the hypnagogic hallucinations, to keep yourself from falling asleep you could give yourself simple math questions just so it's enough to focus to answer it.
8. Imagining Randomness
Imagine literally anything that isn't related at all, i.e. horse, roof, apple, pen, desk, etc. Visualize and filter through random objects or animals that have no correlation and that will induce the hypnagogic imagery, randomness is key.
9. Focus on breathing
Similar to any shifting method, basically focusing on your breaths is another technique to induce the state. Literally just anything to keep your awareness occupied rather than letting your mind just shut down to go to sleep.
10. Sounds
Listening to anything in your environment, whether that be things happening outside, if it's raining listen to the rain, or if you've got headphones on listen to the music and focus that, keep your focus on the music so you don't fall asleep.
11. "Playing" a song in your head
Not necessarily listening to the song, but imagining the song playing in your head, whether that be your favorite song, if you know how it sounds like, imagine it playing and once you've entered the state, it will naturally play and you'll end up actually hearing the song.
12. Heartbeat
Basically just focus on your heartbeat. Listen to the amount of beats.
These are all the various of techniques you could use, you don't have to stick to one and can basicaally try them out, see which one you feel like works for you and go from there. A tip is also you could pick like 4 or 5 out of these 12 and just filter through the techniques if you can't just stick to one since you get uninterested quickly. (I get bored easily, do I normally do 8, 9, 7 and 4 just so I don't lose interest.)"

I think when it's comes to void state this is one of the most important thing you need to print in your mind, Trying harder to enter the Void State will only backfires because the very effort to “try harder” creates mental resistance, attachment, and tension—which are the opposite states of what’s needed for the void to occur. The void is a state of absolute detachment, stillness, and surrender, and trying hard introduces ego, control, and desire, which repel that state. Even though the most correct method, affirmation and visualization will won't help until your intentions are not right. You will never induce the void if you're still in the mindset of trying because
Trying is fueled by the ego's belief: “I don’t have it yet; I need to get it.” This belief reinforces separation from the void. You're affirming:
“I'm not in the void.”
“I need to do more to get there.”
“Something is missing.”
The void state, however, is already within you. It’s not something you achieve—it’s something you surrender into. Trying will only create a mental noise in the bridge between u and void.
The more you try, the more you think.
“Am I close?”
“Is this the void?”
“Should I count more?”
“Why am I not there yet?”
This over-analytical mental activity activates the Beta brainwave (conscious thinking) rather than the Delta or deep Theta waves necessary for the void. Effort adds pressure, expectation, and performance anxiety, all of which pull you out of the void.The more attached you are to the void (or results), the more you resist it subconsciously. Attachment says: “I need this to happen.” But the void only happens when you're in the state of: “I don't need anything. I'm already it.”

Letting go is the act of releasing mental, emotional, and energetic attachment, control, fear, and resistance toward a desire, outcome, belief, or identity.
It’s not giving up—it’s giving up the need to control, the obsession, the fear of not having, and allowing the universe (or your subconscious) to do the work without interference.
Breathe. Anchor into the present. Forget everything else for now—no void to reach, no thoughts to chase, no fear to fight. There is nowhere you need to go, nothing you need to do. Just let your body rest. Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath, the stillness beneath it. Let every thought drift away like clouds passing through a quiet sky. There’s no pressure. No attachment. You are allowed to relax all the way—deeper and deeper—just by being here. Remind yourself softly, “This moment is enough.” Let go of needing results. Let go of control. Let yourself fall into stillness without resistance. And above all, remember this truth: you are already everything you’ve ever needed. In this calm, open state—without trying, without needing—the void finds you.
Affirmation to end with:
“I am at peace. I am whole. I am enough. I let go of everything, and everything flows to me.”
And now, you persist—not by effort, but by knowing. You don’t chase the void anymore because you understand: it is already yours. You carry it within you. You don’t need signs, symptoms, or proof. When doubt or fear tries to creep in, you don’t fight it or get caught in it. Instead, you acknowledge it briefly—like a passing breeze—and gently brush it aside by returning your attention to your breath, to your body, to this very moment. Persistence is not trying harder—it’s calmly standing in the quiet confidence that the void is already yours, already here, already unfolding. So you stay open, relaxed, and certain. Not waiting—just being.
