Progress has been slow. I’d be lying if I didn’t say it was disappointing. They say not to rush it and that it takes a few weeks to see anything. I started on the 1st, it’s the 26th now and I’ve only lost 6 pounds.
I try not to eat but at night I get this feeling that I’ve done good and have no calories so I should reward myself. I then over eat. Fasting all day and then binging all night, I need to stop. Idk if stopping is just stopping completely or stopping the cycle. Small things throughout the day but then I can’t stop.
Idk what to do but hopefully by next month I’ll be down 2 or 3 more pounds.

We started Saturday at 176 pounds (79kg)
dinners:
1 protein style (in and out) after workout (330 cal)
Chicken and rice + 2 eggs (450 cal)
Enchiladas home made low cal + cucumber (2=408cal)
Breakfasts:
Protein drinks Dutch bros (290 cal)
Lunch:
Salad + ranch + chicken (219 cal)
Sweet treats:
Raspberries and black berries + Table spoon honey ( 281 cal )
Daily calories:
Saturday = 1,147 cal
Sunday= 985 cal
Monday= 1,285 cal
Tuesday= 956 cal

Hello everyone !!!!
Here is a late update but it’s good! I’ve been working on muscle gain recently and discovered that my weight is staying close to same but I’ve been losing body fat and gaining more muscle.
My diet consistent of working out (weights) and eating around 900 calories daily. I have been eating a lot of protein. This means I go over calories in protein but I never go over in carbs or sweets (anything but meat)
I have seen more definition in my biceps and triceps, I’m hoping to see some in my stomach. The core has to be the hardest for me.
Legs and glutes have been getting worked out harder than I used too and the soreness is not finally beginning to go away a little bit.
I’m 168 LB (76 kg)

Hii everyone I know it’s been a while but this has been the progress:
Biceps: 9”
Body fat %: -0.3
Weight: 169lb (76 Kg )
This is just a solid 2 weeks of working out and taking the right supplements, also keeping my calories under 1000. It’s been a good presses and I haven’t been feeling weak besides when I don’t eat enough. Anyways I hope your journey is going well.

Hello everyone, this year was unexpected, but I finally was able to watch myself and I’ve been doing better now. I’ve cut my calories and began working out and seeing how I better when I haven’t eaten over my calories. I’ve dropped 1 pound since this year began, I haven’t had more due to inconsistency. But now things are going better so we shall see more progress.

Hello everyone !!!!
Today was the second day of my new diet. Yesterday I was just getting used to cutting calories back and today it came very easy. I went all day under 1.200 calories!!! What I noticed is gum is essential! It helps me not be so hungry, and water. What I also noticed was I was very tired today and that’s most likely due to me not taking in as much sugar or caffeine as I usually would. But this isn’t an issue, my body’s just needs to get used to it and I need to make sure I’m eating things to replenish my body. Anyways great first days. Hope yall are also having a good time!

January 8th marks the first day of the new years diet and new year body. 🫶 Good luck to anyone else starting and I’m excited to start this transformation!
