Enjoy the delicious mix of honey and gingerbread in these mini bundt cakes arranged in a parfait. The warm spices and sweet honey yogurt go well together to make a tasty treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup molasses. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup Greek yogurt. 2 tablespoons honey. 1/2 cup gingerbread crumbles. Whipped cream for topping.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Clean and grease mini bundt cake pans. Mix the flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl using a whisk. Melt the butter and add the honey, molasses, buttermilk, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients together well in a different bowl. Stir the wet and dry ingredients together until they are just combined. Fill small bundt cake molds with batter. If you stick a toothpick in it and it comes out clean, it's done. Let it cool all the way down. Add honey to Greek yogurt in a different bowl. In parfait glasses, put mini bundt cakes, honey yogurt, and gingerbread crumbles in a layer. Add more gingerbread crumbles and whipped cream on top. Enjoy! Serve cold.

The outside of these Pull-Apart Sweet Potato Fries is crispy, and the inside is soft. They are also packed full of flavor. They're easy to make and even easier to eat! They're great as a side dish or a snack.
Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoes. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up. Scrub and wash sweet potatoes well. Cut each sweet potato into thin slices, but don't cut all the way through. Leave the bottom whole. Put garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl. Spread the olive oil mix over the sweet potatoes, making sure to reach all the way through the slices. Put the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until soft and a little crispy. Grate some Parmesan cheese over the top after taking it out of the oven. Put it back in the oven and bake for five more minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Enjoy while hot!

Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. cup granulated sugar. cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 4 large egg yolks. 6 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a medium saucepan, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder over medium heat until sugar and cocoa powder are dissolved. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks. Gradually whisk in about cup of the hot cream mixture to temper the eggs. Pour the egg mixture back into the saucepan with the remaining cream mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Do not let it boil. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean bowl to remove any lumps. Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. Transfer the churned ice cream into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve scoops of chocolate ice cream and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup cornstarch. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/2 cup water. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger. 1/2 cup sliced green onions. 1 tsp sesame seeds optional. Cooked rice, for serving.
Instructions: Toss the thinly sliced flank steak with cornstarch in a bowl until it is well covered. For 5 minutes, heat your air fryer up to 400F 200C. Spread the steak slices out in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch each other. If you have to, you might have to cook in groups. In the air fryer, cook the steak for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping it over once, or until it's golden and crispy. Take it out and set it aside. Bring the vegetable oil to a low boil in a small saucepan. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic. Saut for one to two minutes, until the smell is nice. Add water, brown sugar, and soy sauce and mix well. Slowly cook the sauce for two to three minutes, until it gets a little thicker. Toss the cooked steak slices in the sauce to make sure they are covered all over. Keep cooking for another two to three minutes, until the sauce gets thicker and covers the beef slices. If you want, you can top the Air Fryer Mongolian Beef with cooked rice, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy your tasty Mongolian beef that you made yourself in the air fryer!

Ingredients: 6 large vegan flour tortillas. 1 can of vegan refried beans. 2 cups of cooked quinoa. 1 cup of diced tomatoes. 1 cup of shredded lettuce. 1 cup of diced avocado. 1 cup of vegan cheese shreds. 1 cup of vegan sour cream. 1 cup of salsa. 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Instructions: Put some refried beans on top of each tortilla. Put some cooked quinoa on top of the beans. Diced avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, and vegan cheese should be spread out on top of the quinoa. Put vegan sour cream and salsa on top of the vegetables. Fold the tortilla's edges in toward the middle to make a hexagonal shape. Place the fillings in the middle of the hexagon. Warm up a big pan with olive oil over medium-low heat. Put the crunchwrap together with the seam facing down in the pan. Cook for three to four minutes on each side, until both sides are golden brown and crispy. Do it again with the rest of the tortillas and fillings. Cut each crunchwrap in half and serve hot.

Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract together. Gradually add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture, stirring continuously until well combined. Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled kettle chip crust. Bake the tart in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center. Whatever you like, you can add more lime juice, salt, or pepper. You can eat the guacamole right away with tortilla chips or put it on tacos, nachos, or any of your other favorite Mexican foods.
