Please if anyone has any health 3d advice to share i'd appreciate it sosososo bad i really need to be okay with this again

been so fucking shaky and lightheaded lately and my head hurts like hell and also my heart beats at 1000miles per hour aaaa. i had to actually eat today + salt water + i'll probably need to at least eat a little before sleeping cause i fr feel like shit and i tried to at least ask chatgpt to tell me a plan to not die lol (And they scared me so bad) without also destroying everything cause i'm seriously so sick rn. I hate this. i fucking loathe being this weak. i was never this sick when i first started and she was really damn stupid and couldn't actually be strict as i'm now but i guess she was able to actually be consistant without this type of stuff happening to her...

Also I have epilepsia (My ed started around my first grand mal but i just now got the diagnosis months ago) so i'm always scared af that someday something will happen and the doctors will expose me to my parents. what then? I can't let an illnes that destroys make the other one crumble without dissapearing.... i need the comfort of it more than ever now, i need to control just a single thing, I HATE IT HERE MY GOD
