If someone's got traveling tips for Hamburg, I'm listening
I've got a weekday to fill, because I'm taking the night train home. It will be in late spring / early summer. I've been to Miniature Wonderland before. I am planning to go to Planten un Blumen.
Mostly I want to know which areas are nice to stroll around in, but if you know where to find art or nerd stuff, I'm willing to listen!

Cordless controllers made me play TV-games a lot less. I can never be like “hey, I know! Lets play a video game!” because I have to be prepared, I have to charge batteries before I want to play a video game.
Back in the days, if a friend was like “Let’s play Mario Party” we simply could! Well, we still can if they want to play my Nintendo 64 or Game Cube. Or well, I got rid of my Game Cube since it’s possible to play the games on Wii, and I guess I couldn’t actually load a game on Wii if I didn’t have batteries?
TV-games are more difficult now, to even start playing.

Hey languages
please only have one word for “pen”! I’m currently learning yet another language that has different words for “pen” and “pencil” - and I haven’t succeeded in memorizing which is which in English even though I’ve tried for like 25 years!
Also you have words like “marker” and “sharpie” and things like that. Just do what my language does! “pen” - pretty much anything you can write with (except crayon) and then just add specifics when it matters “ink pen” “colour pen” “marker pen” “graphite pen”

Rules: tag 9 people you want to know better, I got tagged by @bakomglaset and I am very honoured!!!
Favourite colours: pink, a light pastel pink.
Currently reading: I have had problems with my eyes for a while and it makes reading difficult, I’m going to see a doctor again this Monday and if I’m able to read again soon I’ll read the magazine Expo that’s reporting about what the far-right are up to, and “Sverigevänner”, a book about being an immigrant in Sweden. My co-worker lent it to me, she’s an immigrant in Sweden and wants me to understand. And then Foundation by Isaac Asimov.
Last song: last song I sang was probably Satan i Gatan by Veronica Maggio, but the last song that made my say “I really love this song” was Kizunguzungu by SaRaHa.
Last series: I think the last I finished was Handmaid’s Tale, now I’ve started watching Downtown Abbey (season 1, episode 4).
Last movie: Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.
Sweet, savoury or spicy: Depends.
Currently working on: a house :o and also taking up photography again I guess? And I’m trying to write a diary.
I tag: @kelleppe (whenever you come back to Tumblr), @chiligoat, @officialjeffgoldblum, @lilstinky, @uminotenshi

If newspapers could write as much about climate change as they do about the pandemic, that would be great.

I would be lying if i said November was an easy month to appreciate. But I’m finding comfort in the small things outside that are still lingering from warmer months. Here’s to picking rosehips and conifer needles even in 40 degree weather.

We can be the first generation to succeed in ending poverty; just as we may be the last to have a chance of saving the planet. The world will be a better place in 2030 if we succeed in our objectives.
