(   theo james   )  —   FINNICK ODAIR,  the TRIBUTE from DISTRICT 4 is looking for their CAPITOL FRIEND. they should look like UTP. this is a PLATONIC connection and you do not need to contact the mun at SILKNSHADOWS before applying! this would be the one person who makes his constant trips to the Capitol slightly better. they are more down to earth and ‘normal’ than a lot of the Capitol citizens and they really made his life easier .

(   katherine mcnamara  )  —   VALERIA SNOW ,  the SOCIALITE from THE CAPITOL is looking for their SECRET LOVER. they should look like VANESSA MORGAN, JACOB ELORDI, CAMILA MENDES OR UTP . this is a ROMANTIC connection and you do need to contact the mun at SILKNSHADOWS before applying! this person would need to be a victor in the rebellion. valeria and thenm started a relationship that was purely physical until feelings started to get involved. because of them, valeria is now at a crossroads, thinking of joining the rebellion so she can be with them .

* TW: child loss (   alex kingston )  —   NORA HARDTIDE ,  the TRIBUTEfrom DISTRICT 4 is looking for their ESTRANGED HUSBAND. they should look like MATT SMITH, BRADLEY JAMES, CHARLIE HUNNAM, MOUSA KRAISH, RAHUL KOHLI. this is a ROMANTIC/FAMILIAL connection and you do not need to contact the mun at FORSURVIVING before applying! This character was/is the love of Nora’s life. They were from district 4 too and brought Nora out of her withdrawal from life after her Games. Today they had a little boy together however he was reaped three years ago and died in the Bloodbath. This sent Nora spiralling again and she stepped back from their relationship. She loves him more than anything but doesn’t want him to get hurt. Their son’s death led to her leaving the rebellion - it’d be so interesting if it’s what led to him taking more responsibility in it.

(   adria arjona  )  —   LIBRA RIVEIRA ,  the UNDERCOVER GAMEMAKER from DISTRICT 13 is looking for their SITUATIONSHIP. they should look like OLIVIA COOKE, KATY O'BRIAN, UTP. this is a ROMANTIC connection and you do not need to contact the mun at BLUDSTAINE before applying! libra is grieving and really just wants something simple. your muse is someone they keep being drawn back to despite promising it was a one off thing, and she's starting to feel really guilty about it. (   cemre baysel   )  —   SELIN KAYA ,  the TRIBUTE from DISTRICT 8 is looking for their (YOUNGER) SIBLING. they should look like ANY TURKISH FC. this is a SIBLING connection and you do not need to contact the mun at VILEBODYS before applying! this would be selin’s younger sibling ( can also be changed to older sibling, but younger is preferred) . the dynamic is pretty open and honestly utp. but i imagined them to be very close when they were young, as both of them grew up under pretty harsh conditions. selin had definitely changed after the games which might have affected their relationship in some way. however, in the end of the day all selin wishes is to protect her sibling. anything else can be plotted and i’m open for any idea. her sibling could also have been reaped at one point ( and maybe even be reaped again ) or not ! i’m up to anything your heart desires, the world is your oyster.

(   bailey bass  )  —   DELLA QUINN ,  the MENTOR from DISTRICT THREE is looking for their BROTHER. they should look like CORTEON MOORE, JORDAN CALLOWAY, MICHAEL EVANS BEHLING, ANY FITTING FC. this is a FAMILIAL connection and you do not (but can!!) need to contact the mun at THOROUGHFXRE before applying! della & her brother come from d3. he all but raised her, allowing her to be a kid while having to shoulder the burden of becoming a father, mother, and a bit brother all in one. when he is reaped, he comes back even more hardened than he had been before if not a bit more reckless, even rebellious. there’s a drift between them, but he is still the dutiful guardian. & then della herself is reaped for the 87th games, and he is to mentor her. when she wins, she lets the capitol mold her for fear of her life and her brother’s. he sees this and is perhaps a bit disappointed in it. he was reaped into the games again, but volt volunteered for him — so that gives you another automatic connect! plenty of potential for this guy. give me doomed siblings.

(   tashi rodriguez  )  —   PRIMROSE EVERDEEN ,  the MEDIC from DISTRICT 12 is looking for their EX. they should look like EMMA D’ARCY, SOBHITA DHULIPALA, DAMSON IDRIS, WOO DO HWAN, UTP. this is an ANTAGONISTIC connection and you do not need to contact the mun at BURNTGCDS before applying! This person is a District 13 agent who was assigned to District 12 to spy on the District 12 victors/team and report their findings to President Coin. They grew close to Prim either as a way to get closer to their targets or in spite of their attempts to remain a passive observer, and the duo dated for several months. One day, they were ordered to head back to District 13 and they abandoned Prim without saying goodbye or revealing their true nature. They thought they got off scot-free, but with the two of them both being in the capitol for the games, they now have to deal with unresolved feelings and lingering memories on top of their rebellion duties. 

(   emilia clarke  )  —   MINA DEWITT ,  the MENTOR from DISTRICT 7 is looking for the SIBLING OF HER DISTRICT PARTNER. they should look like UTP. this is a NEUTRAL connection and you do not need to contact the mun at BLUDSTAINE before applying! in mina’s games, she went into the arena with one of her closest friend’s brother, and she couldn’t save him. in fact, she went off on her own after somewhat losing her focus, despite having promised his sibling that she would protect him. they haven’t spoken since, and we can plot out the aftermath more. your muse would be now working undercover in the capitol and readying for the rebellion which would bring them and mina back into close proximity.

(   manny jacinto  )  —  HONORE COIN ,  the UNDERCOVER PEACEKEEPER from DISTRICT 13 is looking for their SQUAD (2/4). they should look like UTP. this is a NEUTRAL connection and you do not need to contact the mun at BURNTGCDS before applying! Honore is in charge of a squad of District 13 rebels who ventured to the Capitol five years ago under orders of President Coin. The team work in different parts of the field (i’m picturing a trainer, medic, programmer and gamemaker, but open to any ideas) and come together once a week to share their findings/discuss next steps in their mission. The dynamics are up for discussion, but I imagine there’s a sense of trust and unity between the five of them.

(   alex kingston   ,   cis woman   ,   she/her   )    did you see them ?!   that was ELENORA 'NORA' HARDTIDE, the winner of the 46th hunger games. they’re back for the 92nd games as a TRIBUTE, and you know they’re one of my favourites!  the SIXTY ONE year old brought such honour to DISTRICT 4 when they won their games with DAGGERS/BURROWING.  they’re known all over panem for being so MATERNAL despite being so OVERLY CAUTIOUS. they remind me of hand knitted cardigans, comfort hidden behind closed doors, wild curls and wilder laughter,  and when i think of them, i think of HOT TO LET GO by august greenwood  .   — C
