ever wondered why does person who is very sensitive or attentive of their surroundings can get easily overwhelmed?

not trying to brag or smth. but I'm actually a sensitive person, i can read people's mind easily even though they dont tell me anything how they felt. How so? their tone while talking, expression, how they treat people, etc. can tell me everything! It's so detailed honestly, and i know it might sounds cringe but their aura also different compared to others. and with that i even know how everyone felt when i met them. this thing makes my energy drained so much because what other's feel i can also feel it too. i don't want to socialize, to have any physical interaction, and i don't even want to talk with anyone fr... so PLEASE try not to push anyone that's like this.

tomorrow is the day!! The first fasting in Ramadhan this year!!

it's the perfect time to wash away our sins and make plenty of good deeds. oh and also, I'm going to take advantage of this time to actually lose weight (since 30 days is not a short time) i really REALLY wanna do workouts while fasting. I've been searching on tiktok, and the advice they gjve is for the food/calorie deficit, while what i want is workout.

do you guys have any youtube vids recommendations for me to loose weight for like idk 4 kg at minimum in 4 years. +i can't workout outside so please a home friendly!! (I'm a female okkk so idw to buff-ing anything)

it's literally a whole new challenge when your friends start to ask abt hxh, like "what is it about" "is the characters hot" "why did their name looks like a name that a child would make?" and god i did not blame them for the last question, like wdym by menthutuyoupi (if im not mistaken), I won't be shocked if there's a new character named bojai nah.

Hey! So you wanna make those juicy wide looking noodles and with some spicy flavor but you dont have that “hard to find” recipe in your house? Here is the place!

Ingredients (1 servings):

4 sheets of rice paper

water

Sauce ingredients:

1 bottle of boncabe (chili flakes) with any levels

150 ml cooking oil

50 ml sesame oil

10 cloves garlic

salt and sugar (based on your likings)

Step:

pour cooking oil and sesame oil in a wok with medium heat.

cook minced garlic until you can see bubbles thingy.

put 1 bottle of boncabe and soy sauce alternately.

after that, sprinkle with salt and sugar as you like.

Noodle:

hydrate all of the four pieces of rice paper and stack them.

brush the top (after stacking them) of the rice paper with oil to prevent them from sticking.

cut the rice paper into a wide shape (around 1,5 cm)

after that, put all of them into a cup of bowl so they dont stick to each other

and lastly, seperate them from the water into another bowl and pour chili oil!
