One time I contacted childline after SH bc of abuse and they sent the police around to my house but the police just told me off for wasting their time and said "you don't know what real self harm is" bc I didn't have any visible wounds... I was trying to break my already scabbed over legs in the hours prior

You see, if everyone around you tells you you're the problem. You eventually internalize it. I wish I never existed, maybe then people around me wouldn't be so miserable. They'd be happy. And that's all I want.
