Since my case was investigated; the rapist Joe Labisi would finally have to talk to SVU detective. Could this be WHY he refuses to report a false police report?

3. Has attempted to silence me with protection orders in two different states. As well as threating me of filing a defamation case.

4. Filed a protection order in California and was denied twice. Filed for protection order in NY and was force to withdraw with prejudice since him and his lawyer did not want to accept my lawyers dismissal stating; “there is no family relation here. The only relation there is between the plaintiff and defendant is that the defendant is a victim of a heinous crime committed by the plaintiff.
