i just KNOW mfs on the argo ii were SICK of percy and annabeth. after months of not seeing one another, they could not keep their hands off the other. if annabeth was in the middle of a conversation w someone and percy entered the room, almost immediately his arm was around her waist. they sat next to each other at every meal and held hands over the table and played footsies under it. leo has been victim to percy mistaking his leg for annabeths and rubbing up his shin more than once. if you were looking for one of them, you were looking for both of them. walking up to the deck of the ship to see them making out against the railing. i just know they were Tired.

percy jackson has a driver's license. i would just love to know how that went for him. how many times he had to take the test because his instructor kept being a monster in disguise. or better yet. him making undocumented turns and routes to avoid the hydra a couple of blocks ahead of him, or the minotaur that miraculously senses anytime he's in a car and won't leave him alone since he was in sixth grade.

imagine creating a silly little story for your kid, and years later, they light the empire state building in blue to celebrate the silly little character you created. must be crazy

really like to imagine a post-credit scene in the lost hero season when we see sally and annabeth getting back to sally’s apartment and there is a beep in the phone signaling a lost call and when annabeth clicks on it, there’s total silence and percy’s voice saying “mom. i’m alive” and BAM cut to black

i could literally make a giant chart of how every single event in harry potter books 5-7 parallels books 1-3 with book 4 (specifically, cedric’s death) as the turning point but i won’t do that but i could.
