Is it too late to revert the climate change back to its normal?
The fact, that you have asked this question is a sign of a conscious mind. I have seen very few people, that they are aware of nature.
There are many people here, who are not aware of this nature or the condition of this world. The only goal is to increase their financial prosperity, and because of this greed they do not hesitate to destroy Mother Nature.
In the state, in which we have taken nature today, it is very difficult to bring it back to normal or a healthy state. I'm not saying that it's impossible. But it is very difficult.
Let me tell you a simple calculation, the population of this world has reached two to three times as much as it was 20/30 years ago. The United Nations has predicted that their population will reach 9.6 billion by 2050, and 12.1 billion by 2075. And there is no doubt that this population will grow heavily in every country.
Think about how much pressure will be put on nature, and this bad situation will gradually increase. Nature's resources are limited, there is increasing pressure day after day, that is because, nature very often contains horrible idols. Man is just a wooden dol infront of her.
If we want to change this situation with a little bit of awareness, I think there are two ways. 1) conscious consumption
2) conscious production
conscious consumption -
This is a very important step, we should spend the resources of nature, the water of nature very thoughtfully. This work we can practice from our own home. Right consumption is a very important step in maintaining a healthy world in the future. We should all have this sense of responsibility for the future generation. I will say one thing - be aware.

I was already talking about a statistic about population a while ago. With this in mind, conscious production is a very important step. The fact is that, we should maintain the balance of this mother nature.
We can create forests, we can save marine animals from death by eliminating plastics, we can recycle Waste material of the factories with the nature, we can maintain ground level water without wasting water bodies (pond). We can also give birth to many more healthy thoughts.
This nature is our mother. Can a child abuse the mother? I don't think so. We have to hold the hand of awareness, anyway. And in this way we can take nature back to its previous state.

Expectations-
Never make expectations to anyone. Know that, if that hope is not fulfilled, then you will suffer a lot in your mind. So be practical in life. And don't rely on a single plan to run your life. Make Plan B, Plan C. Then you will automatically become more realistic than expected.
comparison-
The five fingers of our hand are not equal, the fingerprints of our hand are not all the same. In the same way, we each do our best, the best in our own place. Never compare yourself with others. Your own talent, your own self-esteem is underestimated, if you compare yourself to others.
In comparison, self-confidence decreases day by day. Take care of your self-confidence. Life will be more easier.

What do you know something about healing?
Frankly speaking After hearing this 'healing' word, I am reminded of spirituality. Spirituality is infinite, and healing is a part of it!
If you look at yourself from the very top, you will see that the man of inside you manages you. Consciously if you feel the man within you, this is the one step towards spirituality.
If you look at the ancient history of India, you will see that, many sages here have lived their lives in meditation, with absolute joy. Because, in a very conscious way, they found the infinite joy hidden inside us. So no external condition could have any effect on them.
The Creator created this universe, we are a very small part of this world. One thing we need to keep in mind is that, the existence of the Creator is hidden in the midst of the creation. Someone understand it, and someone do not.
Inner Healing is possible only when one can establish contact with the inner infinity. To establish this communication, the approach we can take is: yoga or meditation.
However, in order to be successful in this yoga or meditation, we need to know some things. The creator of this world continues to express himself inside our body at every moment. We need an eye to see that, who does that work! That eye, can feel this inner activity. When we are born, we are all small. As we grow older, our sizes have become big. do we try exercise or harder work for it? My answer is 'no'. If we look at the nature closely, we will see exactly this kind of phenomenon.
We can see the work of the Creator in two ways, one- everything is nonsense to you, the miracle / two- everything has cause and effect.
Need to explain briefly!
nonsense to you or the miracle-
This universe is constantly on the move. Think about it very closely, was there any need for so much creation? The sun is always shining, does anyone control it? Why is it burning? The world is spinning, who is spinning it? We do not have the answers to many such questions. And the things we don't know, or we do not understand, can call that nonsense or miracle.
Cause and effect-
Or we may think that there is a cause behind everything that is happening. And science is created from this idea. Science is constantly looking for that cause.
Our inner healing is possible only when we will try to create a passage to express every work of the Creator from within. So, gradually in the midst of all the work, try to hold the hand of spiritualism.

Hmmm, that's a good question. I always think that Body + mind = Health. We see our body in the mirror every day, that's how it is. But we have to feel how good the mind is. Let's talk about this--
First I ask a question, how do we know that our body is very good?
When we see that our bone and muscle capacity is very good and there is no problem in our body to do any hard work. Then we will understand that we have very good physical power.
If we look at this formula with our mind, then we will understand how our mental health is!
What is our inner reaction to any problem in life? Do we give up on a small problem? Or, solve a big problem effortlessly by planning? Or, solve many complicated events in a simple way?

What is health according to you?
I'm sure you've heard the saying, "HEALTH IS WEALTH", and I believe from the inside out that "Health is everything".
This is the answer in one word. I want to discuss four points on this topic, then you will understand why I said it!
1) Body fit, mind fit, life hit
2) live like a human, not like an insect
3) Brain like infant
4) craving for fitness
Let's talk a little bit about these-
1) Body fit, mind fit, life hit -
We are born on earth as human beings, saying that we are the best creatures on the earth. I would like to add that, as long as our brains are working properly, we are the best creatures in the world. Think about it, a person's body condition is very bad, but he has achieved something good in his life, then can he enjoy his life in extreme happiness? I don't think so. Because he will always think, how to keep the body healthy even if it is a little by taking medicine. If you do not have your own body, then where will be the joy of success?
live like a human, not like an insect-
Exercise is very important to keep the body fit. But many of us can't understand this word in our brain. Those who can't, are intoxicated to get temporary pleasure in bed of laziness. These things are just like those insects, it's lifespan is three to four days. So it is our duty to live as human beings, not like an insect.
Brain like infant -
Our brain is like a baby, the real game changes when you make understand to that brain that, Health is Wealth. Then you see, all the hard work, you have to do to maintain fitness, it feels sweet pain to you.
