ᯓ★ i watched the gamestop doc when it came out, i've seen the big short, i watched this and all it has taught me is that i do not think stocks are for me i do not understand them. this had a stacked cast and a banger soundtrack and sebastian stan looking mighty fine (and lesbians!! i love when movies have lesbians in them, esp movies that aren't like,,, marketed as lesbian movies) and i lowkey had the time of my life watching it.

ᯓ★ i have absolutely no idea what compelled me to start watching this but like, it was definitely nostalgia. there's this woman on tiktok who absolutely HATESSSSSS phil with a burning passion and i can see where she's coming from but i kinda love him and it's kind of rare to have an entire cast where i like the characters most of the time. this kind of just took me back to the early 2010s which was rlly comforting.

ᯓ★ the big 200 !! sofia coppola is a genius idc this movie is wonderful. like, we all know it's beautiful, kirsten dunst was absolutely born for this role and she killed it. this was just so lovely to watch, the costuming, the set design, the soundtrack was all so stunning. i want to give every person involved in the making of this movie a little kiss, also the fact that this is my third jason schwartzman film of the week was unintentional but not unwelcome.
