Raven understood his desire to be alone at this time. When you suddenly discover a huge power inside you that you didn't know you had, it's very scary. Sometimes, when she lost control of her demon part, she also felt afraid that it could happen again. But the others proved to her time and time again that everything was fine and they were still friends. That's why she thought that being alone at a time like this was a very bad idea.
"Casper, I'm sorry, but I'm coming in."
She found herself in his room and smiled softly at him.
"Being alone at a time like this is a very bad idea. Trust me, I know."
Raven walked up to him and gently touched his shoulder.
"I'm here for you."
There was no answer, his desire to be left alone currently meant he wasn't responding to anything or anyone, so it was good the others could manage whenever there was trouble like they'd done before when it was the five of them.
Casper was just too frightened to do anything now, what if his next angry outburst killed someone? What then? What if he just got completely angry and didn't stop at the one person? What if he then turned on his friends, even Raven?
He didn't want to think about those possibilities, the thought of returning home for a time had come to mind, his mother might be able to help calm this rage that flared up on occasion, but he couldn't just go and not tell his friends either, so here he was.

It was definitely a memorable trip. They even got lost a couple of times! But it was all worth it when they found that one shop. Steven loved those old shops, they held mystery and history. An amazing place full of books!
"See, this is an incredible place!"
Steven went inside and started looking around. There were a great many books! He would have loved to buy them all. But he didn't have much money. That's how it all started, right?
"Hello? Is anyone there?"

Woo-hoo! Road trip!! Well, as near as a quick jaunt through London's streets, with all the traffic and intersections could get to one. It reminded Thera briefly, in just a passing thought while Steven was making his call, that she'd promised him a proper trip outside the city one day - maybe over to her old haunts in the west.
But that was for later ... hopefully soon, but later. Today they're on a mission to buy the rare book he's discovered.
It takes around half an hour to weave through traffic, get lost for a minute (twice), then find the bookshop in a place where ... Thera doesn't remember ever seeing a bookshop before.
It's something that has her very curious as they walk up to the door and go in ...

Ed smiled and shook his head. He was just here because he wanted to be, not because he expected anything. Al had a girlfriend, wasn't that a good time to get to know her?
"Well, we can hang out and talk. I'm interested in learning more about you."
Though Angel could feel her cheeks darken in shade, a small warm smile began to grow on her lips. “That’s so sweet…” she started to trail off but immediately halted upon realizing she wasn’t by herself. “Anyways, it’s nice to finally meet you as well how can I help you?” She asked.

Yona still didn't know if she could forgive Soo-won for everything he had done. She had been conflicted with herself ever since she learned the truth. Father and Uncle were both wrong and had made too many unforgivable mistakes. Soo-won had a reason to seek revenge. He had done so much for Kouka during this time. With Yona's help, but still.
And yet… Ill was her father. Even if he was a lousy ruler and hid many things from her, she couldn't stop loving him. But she couldn't leave Soo-won in such a vulnerable state either.
So she could only accept that they would have to work together for a while. Kouka needed both of them. Maybe later, when the country was not in danger, they could resolve these issues.
And yet, she was here, in his room, watching over him. He was weak and needed help. Yoon had not returned yet.
Noticing that Su-Won had woken up, she walked over to him.
"Sorry for being in your room, but I thought someone would need to watch over you until Yoon got back. How are you feeling?"

"Yes..." He felt so exhausted. As soon as Yoon left the room, Soo-Won rolled over and coughed into his hands, before weakly flopping onto his side and staring at the wall.
He eventually dozed for a few hours.
He dreamed of Yona and Hak, their smiles when they were children, before everything had gone wrong. He dreamed of playing in the snow, holding them both close--
When he opened his eyes to the darkness of his room, he expected no one to be there and so he didn't hide the solemn wetness of his eyes.
He had done all this to himself, for a cause, but not for the first time he hated himself for it.

"No, you don't have to bow."
Loki was a little disappointed in himself. He hated being without magic. He was a god! How could a god be without magic? It was frustrating. Maybe he should try to learn to dress himself. Otherwise, he would be a laughing stock.
"Thank you very much. I really appreciate it."
Loki folded his arms.
"Well, it never occurred to me that I would ever stop being a prince or lose my magic. Doing things with my hands…is so primitive."
loki's frustration drew mobius attention and he smirked, amused.
"sure, your royal highness." mobius chuckled and rolled his eyes, approaching loki "what, you want me to bow too?" he grinned, stepping closer and starting to fix his tie, carefully pulling the fabric through and adjusting it with practised ease. eventually he moved to work on the buttons on his shirt, doing them up quickly with a small smile tugging on the corner of his lips.
"ya know, for such a high and mighty prince, you’re pretty hopeless without magic, huh?" he teased lightly, looking up to meet loki's eyes as he finished the buttons. mobius then took a step back, admiring his handiwork. "there, all done."

Tanjiro chuckled. Eat all the way home? They'll be like balls by the time they get back. However, if it makes Nezuko happy, he doesn't mind. The main thing is that she'll be completely healthy by then.
"Yes, if that's what you want."
He stroked her hair.
"What would you like to do now? We don't have any missions yet, so we can rest a bit."
While it was nice having the ability to express herself again, Nezuko had some difficulty constructing sentences depicting her thoughts. However, that did very little to curb her willingness to make an effort, though.
"Definitely try this!" She echoes enthusiastically. "Nezuko, and nii-chan. Will eat, the whole way home!"

"Are you implying that I'm stupid? I'm not stupid at all!"
He may not have been a genius, but he wasn't completely stupid either. It just took him a while to figure it out sometimes. Books aren't the only thing that makes a person smart, right?
"Okay, Miss Genius, recommend me a good book and I'll read it before we kill Dio."
"Yes, an excellent swordsman with a tiny brain." She responded. Even though she found his skills useful in battle, it wasn't going to stop her from insulting him.
"Maybe you should pick up one. It would really help your brain cells."

It's kind of funny, but I just went to Tensei's wiki and it turns out that what I headcanoned is now canon. Tensei got a job at his old agency and works with Tenya as his sidekick and uses special devices that help him.
So… looks like my Tensei is no longer so divergent lol

River smiled and hugged him. She was happy that he would be with her and that they wouldn't go anywhere. "Well, I was thinking of using random order and seeing what came up. I was thinking old-fashioned horror movies, though. But if you have any interesting ideas, I'm full of hearing."
"That sounds wonderful," he told her, wanting to spend the holiday with his wife. "Any particular movies in mind?" he asked her.

Steven couldn't call himself clumsy at all. No, he knew how to keep his balance. But it seemed like whenever he stepped on the ice, he turned into a fawn taking its first steps. So stupid and embarrassing.
When Thera suggested that he stay home, Steven brightened up. It was the best option. Better than feeling like one big bruise after falling too many times.
"That sounds nice, thank you. We could order a vegetarian pizza if you want. It's different from the usual, but I promise it's just as good. Or better! We'll order two pizzas. One of your choice and one vegetarian."
Steven didn't mind either option.

Fairly often, one or two decent falls were enough to convince someone that ice-skating was not for them. It was an activity that was supposed to be enjoyable, and landing on your face or your butt didn't really qualify. But on the other hand, having someone with you could make the difference - either to enjoy it with, or to patch you up after you hit the deck yet again.
Still, that's something to look into for another day. Right at the moment ... Thera threw a glance toward the window, noticing the sun not quite setting but certainly on its way down.
"I think staying in sounds great, love. We can order food, or throw something in the microwave?"
And an evening on the couch together would suit her just fine.

"Then I can't wait until we're alone," River smirked. "Okay, where do we start our search?"
"Those roleplaying games sound rather fun," he told her with a smirk, "But we can do that afterwards. For now, we should focus on finding out what happened to everyone and then we can head back to the TARDIS."

Given everything that had happened in Egypt, Marc didn't really want Thera to know about it. No joke, they had died and visited the afterlife and relive its most painful memories. Who would want to talk about that with a girlfriend, even if she could understand them. Mark would rather take those memories with him to the afterlife. He suddenly wondered what kind of afterlife awaited them now.
"If we find a lot of white cloth and bandages, then we can cosplay as Moon Knight if you want," Marc joked instead.
"That sounds interesting. But I don't think we'll be able to get free stuff now, considering we don't have superpowers anymore. Just imagine the number of cosplayers now! And someone will be better at it than us, the originals! In a Charlie Chaplin look-alike contest, he himself, the original, took 3rd place!"
Steven was a little upset about this. They could do so many cool things if Khonshu wasn't such a dick. But they'd rather be free than on the hook of a dead pigeon.
"I don't mind slowing down. Last time we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything."

Thera drew a long, smooth breath, kept her expression ... mostly clam, except for a slight narrowing around her eyes. Taweret and a boat ride ... she knew the Greek gods better than the Egyptian, but those small hints were enough to start her thoughts turning.
"Alright." Both accepting the story and Marc's wish to not get into the subject deeply now. Or maybe ever, if her suspicions were correct. She gave Steven's arm a rub and quick squeeze, then returned to the other subject. "Pity nobody knows about you saving Egypt, though," Kidding, of course - it had hit the news around the world, but no-one knew who they were, "you might be able to get some freebies when we go back!"
Settling in beside him with phone in hand, she opened the hotel website and began scrolling through.
"Might have to pace ourselves a little, but we can work our way through your list."

"Spain is still Earth…" Rose pouted, but then shrugged. Anywhere, anytime, as long as she's with the Doctor. "Yes, why not, amigo. I've seen a lot of Spanish movies in my time. Does that count?"
"Well, you know, I have a particular fondness for England. I don't go to Spain very often." He waved a hand, tilting his head. "You interested in Spain?"

"Yes, you failed me. You could have gotten me out of this prison already!" Loki rose to his feet and kicked the remains of the chair. "Sorry. I failed everyone, I showed them the way… Find my brother and tell him that I have a plan to defeat these damn elves. Let him get us out of Asgard, and then we'll figure something out!"
"I know my love, and I am so sorry... If only I was there to help her or do something" Blade said sadly as he puts his hand on Loki's cell "I failed as your knight to keep you and anyone you cared for safe...."

Yona listened to Zeno with great interest. Everything she knew about King Hiryu was told by her father, who had heard the stories. There were old books and fairy tales. But that wasn't enough. None of these people knew Hiryu personally. Two thousand years is so long. The real stories have been greatly distorted and turned into something fairy tale-like. But here was Zeno, a man who had seen this legend and could tell the truth. Zeno was basically a legend himself. Living for two thousand years… it was sad, but at the same time, how many stories he could tell.
"It seems like he was a very good person. It's a pity that he lived so long ago, I would like to get to know him better."
It was probably a stupid statement, but Yona was saying what she felt at that moment.
"King Hiryu valued you very much, so he didn't want you to cause yourself too much pain."
honey eyes darkened at the mere mention of the name , gaze lowering from the princess before the ouryuu sat up , a hand running through his hair. " king hiryuu , huh ... that's what's been on your mind , miss ? " he questioned. it was only natural for yona to wonder about her dragon ancestor , with how little zeno shared about his time spent with the first dragons.
" king hiryuu ... was kind. forgiving. even when the humans turned against him , he couldn't bring himself to hate them. " the blonde spoke quietly , unable to bring to himself to face the princess. these memories made his heart ache , & yet he couldn't say no to those pleading eyes. " you would have gotten along well , i think. he worried about me , just like you do. he didn't let zeno use his powers. "
