Today I participated in the #PinkRun ...but not only did I participate (I use that term very loosely since I am NOT a runner), but I did it with my #dragonboat team, the @abudhabijets. Sometimes our chakras are balanced, we are meditating, working on our spirituality and health but most of the time, we are reacting to situations that are occurring around us, like the "damage control" setting is always on. One of the reasons this happens is because we hold on to beliefs that no longer serve us. We hold on to them because "it's always been this way"...prisoners of our own belief system (be it religious, political or societal) Did you know this is also a sign of a unbalanced crown chakra?
