3 Mile Walk
Went out into nature for the first time since coming out of winter hibernation and it was ROUGH. A little less than 1hr 30 mins to walk 3 miles. The 2 major hills along the trail had me extremely winded and my heart felt like it would give out 馃槱 When I made it back home my legs were wobbly and weak 馃ぃ Hopefully i can build my stamina back up

Went for a 3.5 mile walk today. The weather was nice, some clouds. I love that it was the perfect amount of wind today. Doing the walk with no music really clears the mind for me while I enjoy the scenery. Being out in nature makes working out bearable 馃ぃ I'll be taking a rest day tomorrow in case im sore 馃珷

Went on a 3.38 mile walk yesterday in the woods...thank God for the benches along the walking trails cause idk if I would've made it without them 馃槶. I did feel good after I made it back home and cooled down. I was so relaxed. Weighed in at 291.4 lbs this morning. 馃槍

Ahh. It鈥檚 been forever
Wow, it鈥檚 been a while since I鈥檝e been on here. My mental health was suffering horribly at my job...so I quit. I had no backup plan when I quit. I just knew I had savings, and took a leap of faith. Well, 2 months later and I still haven鈥檛 gotten a new job, so my savings are keeping me from being homeless atm. Oh, and my weight is an all time high. I clocked in at 293.6 lbs today 馃槵馃槶. So, I鈥檝e decided to come back here for motivation to help me get healthy.
