How do I stop??
I appreciate it is a sensory thing so I need to find something similar sensory wise to do but I have no idea where to start.

Hi!! Not my usual topic.
I have had back pain for a good four years now, I’ve tried painkillers, exercise and hot packs. Exercise makes my pain worse and the others have absolutely no effect. Can anybody recommend anything?? I can’t sit unsupported and my pain is getting worse. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I know a lot of people are making posts about coronavirus but I need to get this out of my mind. If my college closes then I am still expected to do my work at home. The problem with this is that I have in-class support. I have support to help me understand assignment briefs and provide me with prompts so I know what to write. This is going to be difficult if my college closes.

I got shouted at today by one of the girls on my course. I made a joke about my autism and she got offended even though she doesn’t have autism. I feel like the world is against me.

I like my autism. I’m not afraid to say that. I am afraid of situations where people misinterpret my jokes and start shouting at me. People think autism is a bad thing but around the right people it’s a good thing. When people don’t understand you they think you are a horrible person. I’m not horrible, I try to be the nicest person I know.
