Henry sighed and nodded. “Right sorry, we’re humans we are quite normal for our species except maybe William…”

William walks a full circle around Ena before blinking a few times. He took a few steps back and proceeded to duck behind Henry. “Henry what is it!? It physically hurts my braaaaiiiinnn!” He declared as he peered around Henry to look at it.

Henry sighed and rubbed his temples at William, a full grown man’s complaining. Henry ran a hand through his beard before holding out his hand to this new person, wait was it a person? “I apologize for my friend calling you an it, what are you if I may ask?”

ENA blinks at William, before turning her attention towards Henry. Looking down at him, she smiles and replies. "It's quite alright, my good sir. I've been called worse... and at least he makes sense. I'm an ENA!"

She reaches out, about to offer a hand shake but pulls away quickly, her head spining around to reveal that the yellow side of her face had fallen off, leaving only the blue side that had turned... white? She starts gesturing wildly with her arms. "YOU'RE BOTH TOO NORMAL! WHY DO YOU LOOK SO WEIRRDDDDDD?!"ENA sounded much more feminine now.

William let out a scream like a little girl. “Oh my g#d Ena’s face fell off!!!” William then curled up into a ball and started whining and whimpering.

“G#dd#mnit will, you’re supposed to be the… oh for goodness sake…!” Henry pinched the bridge of his nose before taking off his glasses to wipe them off probably a compulsive habit cause they weren’t dirty.

William was having his morning tea when he felt small arms pull gently on his shorts. He figured it was one of the kids trying to get his attention. “Please wait till after my morning tea, please and thank you.” His signature British voice a little husky from sleep. When he heard the small but recognizable voice he looked down and frowned a bit. As soon as he looked down and saw a tiny version of his husband he snickered. “Ha I guess I’m finally taller than you.” His teasing light not meaning it as an insult to the now smaller ginger man.

Henry looking displeased yanked on William’s shorts again as if threatening to remove them. He looked up at the now much taller man and frowned. Tapping his foot lightly Making a small tapping sound. The sight almost reminded him of Tinkerbell from Peter Pan when she got angry at Wendy. William still snickering gently lifted Henry up into his arms enjoying cradling his husband like a baby.

“So hen what happened? Are you becoming a fairy?” William spoke softly with amusement gently kissing his forehead. Henry squirmed trying to release himself from his husband’s grip but found himself melting into his husband enjoying being able to be held by him. Even if he wouldn’t admit it he didn’t mind being the short one…

last book: I am currently trying to read the Witcher series (per @lickthecowhappy's suggestion) so I am at the start of the Last Wish

last movie: Moana 2 (I have young kidsssss)

last TV show: My oldest is almost 10 which means she stays up late. Which also means I have so little time to watch adult things. So we've been watching the Office with her. I think I want to watch the Good Place with her next tho (I've never watched it!)

sweet/spicy/savoury: Sweet followed very, very closely by spicy. Habanero maple syrup is one of my favorite things on the planet.

last thing i searched online: How to explain a 10 year career hiatus in a cover letter (looking to return to work since having kids. It's been an interesting experience so far).

current obsession: Have not moved on from Good Omens, but recently realized that my obsession may be more in my own little connected universe of fics that I wrote rather than the actual canon at this point😳. I'm sure once we get that first glimpse of red and white hair that will change very quickly.

looking forward to: Going back to work and having a more established adult life again, honestly. I've been so lucky to be home with my kids while they are young, but I am ready. And figuring out how my newfound passion for writing is going to fit into that new life of mine. Another big year of change over here for me, and I am eagerly looking forward to how the growing pains are going to make way for something beautiful beyond.
