likeee..... i think like canonically remnant is supposed to be separate from the actual Souls of ppl but like i cannot help but wonder........ if thats 100% true........ and what that may imply for special cases like michael afton if he was supposedly injected w Foreign Dead Kid Goop, if nothing intelligent you gotta admit it is a bit fucked. and also like how does possesion (hypothetically...)work exactly w this basis of logic.

like okay, we all know the "the dead do forget" line and the couple other instances of fnaf media where the ghosts arent fully..... cognisant. (for ex. fnaf movie the kids dont recognize the yellow rabbit as the one who hurt them until the end of the movie n whateva) how much of someone memories r tethered to the soul? how much of someones memories are biological? are memories separated from the living body merely impressions on the soul that fade over time? if so this could imply that memories can in fact be stored in remnant/agony, im calling my favorite example again Cassidy(and charlotte) who consistently are written to be more generally aware than the other kids thought to be because of their particularly traumatic deaths, which in turn connects them to The Substance(AND kind of explain some of the peculiarities of their respective animatronic Vessels 😋...). Anyways this opens the gates to questions/ideas i had before and then some, so if you are still following and reading this rn: what do yall think about the possibility of being able to 'inherit' memories from the dead via remnant/agony?

and also what do we think of the idea that a persons soul could deteriorate over time........ that the dead kids tethered to the mortal realm without the necessary components to function properly within it will eventually completely lose all semblance of 'self' memories will fade and theyll be left with only pure will, reduced to an animalistic like state. forever. <-this actually i think could be a cool premise for a story/character like imagine a 'rogue' animatronic r smth that behaves like a wild animal, seemingly only interested in the continuation of its own existance,,
