anyways the bnuuy is left behind when jvj and Cosette escape into the convent and he’s just. sittin there. in the flat.

javert upon seeing the bnuuy while searching the flat after losing jvj is just like:

so idk he just keeps him (for. Reasons. this is my au, javert. do what i want old man.) and names him Louche. now javert has to deal with this stupid Thang (affectionate)

RANDOM BRAINROT

OK so I got out of class yesterday and told myself "I can't forget to send this to Jes even if it seems dumb" and then I got distracted by dinosaur videos and forgot. :( So here I am the next morning.

ANYWAY I have clearly been spending too much time with philosophers because now I'm trying to figure out how to write a proper little story about how being a hero and figuring out ethics is complicated because you have to consider the consequences of your actions (consequentialism) but you also have to consider what's your personal responsibility to do (deontology). Usually in real-life, this turns into the Utilitarianism VS Kantianism debate. ANYWAY MY POINT IS THAT I now desperately want to write a fic about this, maybe causing some sort of clash between Sky and Warriors and even some of the others? Because ethics is hard, especially when you're The Hero. And especially especially if you're trying to be a good example for your younger/less experienced brothers.

Also, we've been studying Luís Camões in my Portuguese literature class, and his poetry is actually pretty good? He's like if Shakespeare was born in Portugal during their exploration era and then got an eyepatch. I had to read some of his poetry earlier this week, and I liked how he expressed the paradoxical nature of human emotions. That's one of the things I try to focus on when I write fics (and something I think you do very well).
