雀おどり総本店の白玉ぜんざい。
昔は大須の七福堂に良く行ってたけれど、数年前？から休業していて、とても残念。
そこのぜんざいは、かなり旨かった。でも、それに匹敵するくらいの味が、雀おどりで食せるのは嬉しい。
雀おどりも、２０年以上、通い続けてるんだけど、実は、生ういろうが、めちゃうまで、ミニサイズの外郎は、ここで何か食せば、あるだけですが、おみやにいただけます。

Doing a JLPT N1 workbook -- not because I have any plans of taking the exam, I just got worried about forgetting all the Japanese I know -- and of course they'd do this thing where the subchapter introducing particular phrases gives rather typical, predictable examples of their use, but the general comprehension check test has examples where the phrases are used in a way that's just. Weird. >:/
#oh how I missed this part about studying something :''''''')#like if the meaning of kosoare is 'although/despite' (as in 'a nurse's job; although difficult and tiring; is worth doing') then How does i#work in a sentence like 留学生の多くが、程度の違いこそあれ言葉の問題に悩まされているとみえる? the translated sentence is 'to varying degrees'#so there's nothing that even remotely resembles 'despite'!#there's another sentence like 外食したことにしてその分を貯めたとすればかなりの額になるだろう but I can't figure out what is the exact#meaning of that ことにして is ( ˘︹˘ ) FASCINATINGLY#both people and translating softwares online are torn as to what this sentence means. the workbook says 'If you save what you spend on#eating out; it'll come to a considerable amount'. Warning a bit of spoilers,however it's reitarated that Inglis chan is in an awful mess. The new novel confirms something by its previous volume:That even a so Strong girl,and squire in traning,somehow gets wrapped in the weird,agend of nasty manipulators..
Synopsis of the new volume
A beautiful girl, Inglis Eucus(in the previous life a great heroe king) is caught up in an unexpected civil war in the heavenly territory of Illuminus, which is isolated on the edge of the ocean. Fortunately, Inglis threw herself into the battle, but due to a plot by the rebels, she was trapped in Gray Friel's sarcophagus and sunk to the bottom of the sea! Meanwhile, Rafinha and her friends,are desperately trying to resist against a strong enemy in order to protect the residents of the heavenly territory. "We have no choice but to do it, we're the only ones left!"

ういろうで白小豆餡を包み、表面に花の絵をあしらった美しくも美味しいお菓子です。銘は記載されてませんでしたが、萩の花を表しているようなので、他店ではこぼれ萩や小萩餅と呼ばれる類のお菓子です。白小豆餡がめちゃめちゃ美味しくって素晴らしいお菓子です。
名古屋の川村屋の上生菓子です。
