長岡京のビール工場と大山崎のウイスキー蒸溜所

前回と前々回の記事で「京都伏見の酒蔵」にまつわるネタで記事を書きました。

京都の伏見は、お稲荷さんも有名だけど、酒蔵の町でもあるのですよーってはじまって

酒蔵だけじゃなくて、有名酒造メーカーのレストランや記念館、酒蔵にちなんだ施設、飲食店がたくさんありますよーっていう流れでお話ししました。

で、今回は、ここからそこそこ近くにある長岡京市のビール工場、

大山崎のウイスキー蒸溜所の話に触れたいです。

この伏見の桃山あたりから車で20分くらい移動すると

サントリービール工場がある長岡京市にたどり着きます。

長岡京市は、細川ガラシャのゆかりの地でもありますね。

そして、そこからさらに大阪方面に車で20分くらい移動すると

同じくサントリーのウイスキー蒸溜所がある大山崎があるのです。

じつは、京都のこの辺りは、お酒を��っているところが多いのです。

電車で移動できないので、観光コースとしてはお勧めできませんが、、、、

車で移動すると、意外と近いのです。

だから、バスかタクシーなどで移動すると、いろんなお酒の工場や資料館などを見学できたり

お酒の味見とか美味しいお料理を食べられたりできるので、楽しいかもですね。

私の実家からも近いです。

だから私も見学などしたいと思ってます。

長岡京市のサントリービール工場は、リニューアルのため、今は休止しているらしいので

先に伏見エリアから見学していきます。

A Sweet Treat at Glover Garden – Hello Kitty Style!

During my recent visit to Glover Garden, I stumbled upon a charming little tea house café that was too inviting to pass up. The peaceful atmosphere, with its blend of history and beauty, made it the perfect spot for a little break. After a leisurely stroll around the gardens, I thought, “Why not treat myself?” and ordered something I hadn’t expected to see on the menu—the Hello Kitty coffee.

Yes, you read that right. The Hello Kitty coffee. Now, I’m not usually one to get overly excited about themed drinks, but there’s something about a coffee with an adorable character stamped on it that makes it feel like an experience rather than just a caffeine fix. It arrived with the cute little pink bow on top (because of course, it did) and a sweet, almost innocent aura about it—perfect for someone like me who loves a good quirky coffee. It tasted just as charming as it looked, with a lovely smooth flavour that could almost make you forget the world exists. Almost.

To go with my Hello Kitty coffee, I also ordered a slice of apple pie, which came with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side and some forest berries. And let me tell you—this was the perfect pairing. The pie was warm and comforting, with that delicious, spiced apple goodness wrapped in buttery pastry. But the real magic happened when the cold vanilla ice cream met the warm pie. The contrast was pure bliss—creamy, sweet, and just the right amount of indulgent. I’m not sure if I was more in love with the ice cream or the pie, but honestly, why choose when they’re a match made in dessert heaven?

As I sipped my coffee and dug into my pie, I couldn’t help but laugh at the combination of a grown adult in a garden, sipping Hello Kitty coffee, with ice cream dripping off the side of my pie and feeling like I was living in some kind of whimsical fantasy. But hey, sometimes a little bit of cute—and a lot of ice cream—goes a long way. And let’s be real—I’m not the only one secretly thrilled by an overly adorable coffee and dessert combo, right?

「長崎～五島列島旅行（1）」 5年前に家族旅行で来た長崎に今年再び

前回行けなかった佐世保や五島列島 軍艦島のリベンジもかねて

初日、佐世保は小雨模様だったけど それ以外は綺麗に晴れて とてもいい旅になりました

島原城

島原の乱で有名な長崎県島原に1625年に築かれた安土桃山期の城

残念ながら明治の廃城令で解体されたが1964年に復元

青い空と有明海を背景に聳え立つ白亜の五層天守は当時も四万石の大名には過分の城だった。

Sean bienvenidos, japonsistasarqueológicos, a una nueva entrega arqueológica, en esta ocasión nos vamos a la ciudad de Kameoka una vez dicho esto, pónganse cómodos que empezamos. - La ciudad de Kameoka, se localiza en la prefectura de Kioto, en la región de Kansai, nos vamos a trasladar a los hornos de Shino que se denominan así oficialmente :Sitios de producción de cerámica de Shino, Kioto alguna vez se llamó provincia de Tanba. A Continuación os pondré imágenes de dichas cerámicas, desde 1976 hasta 1986, con el fin de construir una carretera de peaje llamada Kyoto Jukanmichi, Shinogama fue excavada y supervisada continuamente. - Datan del periodo Nara entre los siglos VIII y IX, dicha área cubre un área amplia, desde la prefectura de Aomori en el norte hasta la prefectura de Miyazaki en el sur, el horno Otani No. 3, que investigó la Universidad de Osaka, también era un horno que producía cerámica vidriada en verde durante ese período. - Espero que os haya gustado y nos vemos en próximas publicaciones que pasen una buena semana. - 日本の考古学者たちよ、ようこそ！今回は亀岡市です。 それでは、ごゆっくりお過ごしください。 - 関西の京都府にある亀岡市、これから移動して、志野窯、正式には志野焼生産地といいます、京都はかつて丹波国と呼ばれていました。この窯元の写真を紹介します。1976年から1986年まで、京都縦貫道という有料道路を作るために、篠窯は発掘され、継続的に監視されました。 - 8世紀から9世紀の奈良時代のもので、北は青森県から南は宮崎県までの広い範囲にあり、大阪大学が研究している大谷3号窯も、その時代に緑釉陶器を生産していた窯である。 - 私はあなたがそれを好きで、将来の記事であなたを参照してください願っています素敵な週を持っています。

Welcome, Japanese archaeologists, to a new archaeological instalment, this time we are going to the city of Kameoka. Having said that, make yourselves comfortable and let's get started.

The city of Kameoka, located in Kyoto prefecture, in the Kansai region, we are going to move to the Shino kilns which are officially called Shino pottery production sites, Kyoto was once called Tanba province. Here are some pictures of these potteries. From 1976 to 1986, in order to build a toll road called Kyoto Jukanmichi, Shinogama was excavated and continuously monitored.

Dating from the Nara period between the 8th and 9th centuries, this area covers a wide area from Aomori prefecture in the north to Miyazaki prefecture in the south, the Otani No. 3 kiln, which was researched by Osaka University, was also a kiln that produced green-glazed pottery during this period.
