TARTARE DE FRAISES 🍓 Â LA PISTACHE.

POUR 2 PERSONNES

250 g de fraises 🍓

30 g de pistaches décortiquées, non salées.

15 g de sucre .

4 à 6 feuilles de menthe fraîche 🍃

1/2 jus de citron 🍋 .

Préparation : 10 min.

Lavez les fraises, 🍓 ôtez les queues, émincez la chair en petits morceaux.

Râpez finement les pistaches, ou concassez-les au couteau.

Lavez, séchez et émincez les feuilles de menthe.🍃

Mélangez l’ensemble des ingrédients, laissez reposer 30mn au frais.

Servez le tartare de fraises à la pistache en assiette, dressé à l’aide d’un cercle, ou mettez-le dans des petits bols au moment de servir.

Si les fraises ont rendu beaucoup de jus, faites-le chauffer avec une cuillère à soupe de sucre dans une petite casserole.

Montez à ébullition et utilisez cette sauce pour décorer les assiettes.
