must be a hot take but by leaving the fandom cuz a certain group of ppl "has the platform" you're giving them more platform.

there's a big chance you'll end up feeling pressured by the things you're meant to enjoy - if you give it your all, then realize the place is filled with assholes. just like everywhere else.
