As revolutionaries operating in the U.S. – in the belly of the imperialist beast – we have a responsibility to learn from socialist Vietnam’s achievements and educate the masses about them. Our enemies are your enemies, and the example of Vietnam gives us encouragement that we can win.

What is the Average Cost Per View (CPV) of an Ad on YouTube?
YouTube has become a powerhouse for digital advertising, offering businesses and creators a platform to reach millions of viewers worldwide. One of the key metrics advertisers focus on is the cost per view (CPV), which determines how much they pay for each view of their ad. If you’re wondering about the average cost per view of a YouTube ad, you’re not alone—this is a critical question for anyone looking to maximize their marketing budget. In this blog, we’ll dive deepLaura into what CPV means, the factors that influence it, and how you can optimize your ad campaigns for better results.
Understanding the average cost per view is essential because it directly impacts your return on investment (ROI). Whether you’re a small business owner, a marketer, or a content creator, knowing what to expect can help you plan smarter and spend wiser. Let’s explore this topic in detail.
What Does Cost Per View (CPV) Mean on YouTube?
Before we get into the numbers, let’s clarify what CPV actually is. On YouTube, the cost per view refers to the amount an advertiser pays each time a viewer watches their ad. Unlike cost-per-click (CPC) models, where you pay for clicks, CPV is tied to video engagement—specifically, when someone watches at least 30 seconds of your ad (or the full ad if it’s shorter than 30 seconds) or interacts with it (e.g., clicking a call-to-action).
YouTube primarily uses a bidding system through Google Ads, where advertisers set a maximum CPV they’re willing to pay. The actual cost can vary based on competition, targeting, and other factors, which we’ll cover later.
What is the Average Cost Per View on YouTube?
So, what’s the typical cost per view for a YouTube ad? While it fluctuates depending on several variables, industry data suggests that the average CPV on YouTube ranges between $0.10 and $0.30. For highly competitive niches or audiences, it can climb higher, sometimes reaching $0.50 or more per view. On the flip side, in less competitive markets, you might snag views for as low as $0.05.
This range gives you a ballpark figure, but the beauty of YouTube advertising lies in its flexibility—you only pay for engaged viewers, not just impressions. That makes it a cost-effective option compared to traditional TV ads or even some social media platforms.
Factors That Affect YouTube Ad Cost Per View
Why does the cost per view vary so much? Several elements come into play, and understanding them can help you fine-tune your campaigns. Here are the main factors:
1. Audience Targeting
The more specific your audience, the higher the CPV might be. Targeting a niche group—like tech enthusiasts in the U.S. aged 25-34—can drive up costs because fewer people fit that profile, and competition for their attention is fierce.
2. Ad Format
YouTube offers different ad types, such as skippable in-stream ads, non-skippable ads, and bumper ads. Skippable ads (TrueView) tend to have a lower cost per view because viewers can opt out after 5 seconds, and you only pay if they keep watching. Non-skippable ads, however, often cost more since they guarantee exposure.
3. Industry and Competition
Highly competitive industries like finance, insurance, or gaming often see a steeper CPV. More advertisers bidding for the same audience means you’ll need to up your budget to stand out.
4. Seasonality
Timing matters. During peak shopping seasons like Black Friday or the holidays, ad demand spikes, pushing the cost per view upward as businesses vie for attention.
5. Video Quality and Engagement
A well-crafted ad with strong visuals and a clear message can lower your CPV. Why? Because higher engagement rates signal to YouTube’s algorithm that your ad is worth showing, potentially reducing costs over time.
How Does CPV Compare to Other Platforms?
To put YouTube’s cost per view in perspective, let’s compare it to other platforms:
Facebook/Instagram: Cost per view here can range from $0.03 to $0.20, often cheaper than YouTube. However, video engagement might not be as deep, with shorter watch times.
TikTok: CPV on TikTok varies widely, from $0.02 to $0.15, but its younger audience skew and viral potential can make it a bargain for some brands.
TV Advertising: Traditional TV ads can cost $5-$20 per thousand impressions (CPM), making YouTube’s per-view model far more targeted and affordable.
YouTube strikes a balance between cost and intent—viewers are already in a video-watching mindset, which can lead to better conversion rates than static ads elsewhere.
How to Optimize Your YouTube Ad Costs
Want to keep your cost per view low while maximizing results? Here are some actionable tips:
1. Nail Your Targeting
Refine your audience by location, interests, and demographics. Overly broad targeting wastes money on uninterested viewers.
2. Create Compelling Ads
Hook viewers in the first 5 seconds. Use strong visuals, a clear call-to-action, and a problem-solution narrative to boost watch time and lower your CPV.
3. Test and Adjust Bids
Start with a moderate CPV bid and monitor performance. If your ad’s getting tons of views but few conversions, tweak your targeting or creative.
4. Use Remarketing
Target people who’ve already interacted with your brand—they’re more likely to watch, often reducing your cost per view.
5. Leverage Analytics
YouTube’s integration with Google Ads provides detailed insights. Track metrics like view rate and cost trends to refine your strategy.
Real-World Examples of CPV in Action
Let’s look at a couple of hypothetical scenarios to illustrate how the cost per view plays out:
Scenario 1: Small Business Launch A local bakery runs a skippable ad targeting foodies within 10 miles. With a $0.15 CPV and a $50 daily budget, they get around 333 views per day. If 10% convert (33 customers), and each spends $10, that’s $330 in revenue—well worth the ad spend.
Scenario 2: E-Commerce Push An online retailer targets holiday shoppers nationwide in a competitive niche. Their CPV hits $0.40, and with a $200 budget, they secure 500 views daily. A 2% conversion rate (10 sales) at $50 each nets $500, still yielding a solid ROI.
These examples show how CPV can scale with your goals, whether you’re local or global.
Pros and Cons of YouTube CPV Advertising
Pros:
Pay for Engagement: You only pay when viewers watch, not just see, your ad.
Massive Reach: YouTube has over 2 billion monthly users—your audience is out there.
Measurable: Detailed analytics help you track every penny.
Cons:
Competition: High-demand niches can inflate your cost per view.
Ad Fatigue: Viewers might skip if your ad feels generic or repetitive.
Upfront Effort: Quality video production takes time and money.
Is YouTube CPV Worth It?
The short answer? Yes—if you play it smart. The average cost per view of $0.10-$0.30 is reasonable for the level of targeting and engagement YouTube offers. Compared to scattershot traditional ads, you’re reaching people who’ve already opted into video content, making them more receptive to your message.
For small budgets, start with a modest daily cap (say, $10-$20) and test the waters. For bigger campaigns, the scalability and data-driven insights make it a no-brainer. Either way, the key is aligning your CPV with your goals—whether that’s brand awareness, website traffic, or sales. The average cost per view on YouTube offers a sweet spot for advertisers: affordable enough to experiment with, yet precise enough to deliver results. By understanding what drives CPV—targeting, competition, ad quality—you can stretch your budget further and connect with the right audience. As video continues to dominate online marketing, mastering YouTube ads is a skill worth honing.

Other Brands
In addition to the above brands, many other brands on the market provide CPV diagnostic products, such as BioRad, Thermo Fisher Scientific, etc.
Considerations for Choosing CPV Diagnostic Products
Accuracy: This is the most important factor in choosing diagnostic products. Products that are certified and have high accuracy should be selected.
Ease of Use: For homes or small clinics, products that are easy to operate are more popular.
Test Items: In addition to CPV, some products can also detect other diseases at the same time, such as distemper, coronavirus, etc.
Price: Price is also a factor to consider, but low prices should not be pursued at the expense of the accuracy of the test results.
Warm Reminder:
Home diagnostic products are for reference only: These products can only provide preliminary diagnostic information. If your pet shows abnormal symptoms, take it to a veterinary hospital for a comprehensive examination promptly
Follow the instructions strictly: The usage methods of different products vary, so be sure to read the instructions carefully to avoid misoperation.
Regular maintenance of equipment: Equipment that requires calibration should be calibrated regularly to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
The spread of canine parvovirus can be effectively controlled through timely diagnosis and treatment, protecting more dogs to grow up healthily.

Panic filled corrupted pure vanilla as he realized his own mistake. He grabbed him, shook him, he tried to reverse the spell..but he couldn't...nothing was working... Until he remembered, he saw mystic flour was able to break his spell (I feel like he can see everything in cookies eyes that he puppet-tified).
That gave him hope, a small bit of hope... He had no choice...
He carried the puppetified shadow milk back to his friends... Unease fills him, as he isn't sure if his friends would help him or not... But he needs to save his dearest friend from the curse he gave.
-
At the créme republic...where he knows where his friends are, he hesitated... "Will they hate me? Will they attack me? Will they still think of me as a friend..? " He asked himself.... He looked back at shadow milk... Seeing his blank face, guilt swallows him.
Corrupted Pure Vanilla knocks at the door of the créme republic... He waits for an answer before knocking again. He hesitantly pushed the doors open.. letting out a weak cry for help... "Please... Help him..." All the ancients, redeemed beast stared in shock.
Tumblr media
Corrupted Pure Vanilla cried for help louder this time, yelling from the top of his lungs "please help him! save him! Fix him!" He sobbed as well...
The others snapped from their shocked state and quickly helped the two. Golden cheese taking shadow milk out of corrupted pure vanilla's arms. And Hollyberry, dark cacao and white lily attempted to comfort cpv... Golden cheese knowing what to immediately do, she brings her to mystic flour to help him.
Mystic flour, holds shadow milk's face gently.. staring at his blank eyes.. she leaned on him attempting to bring him back.. but nothing happened...

Mystic flour still tried her all.. the spell wouldn't budge... She stared in despair.. unable to fix shadow milk...
Cpv on the distance.. watched.. as grief, guilt, pain, regret fills him whole... His knees collapsed... He froze in his own sorrows, regrets... Staring at puppetified shadow milk... His dearest friend... His love one... Harmed by him... Unable to reverse it..
The other ancients didn't know what to do... They just continued to comfort him... Reassuring him that they'll find a way to fix him...
-
At his castle.. where he stays... Cpv kept quiet.. silent.. not responding to anyone... Still frozen from before.. the ancients visits him from time to time...to Care for both shadow milk and him whenever they visit...
As the night comes... Cpv couldn't sleep.. he continued to stare at nothingness... Guilt and regret still consumed him from the inside out...
He stood up and walked towards where shadow milk is.. when he finally find him.. he stared at him for a bit... Admiring his beauty... Remembering his smile... Oh how that thought made him cry again...
He approached shadow milk.. staring into his eyes. Blank eyes.. Kissed his forehead.. and stepped back away... And he gave him a smile...

Tfp smokescreen with adhd/autism is becoming my Roman Empire. I mean, he was so audhd coded in the show, and I don’t even think it was on purpose, it just kinda happened. And now I’m having all kinds of thoughts about potential interactions with team prime, and all about cybertronian neurodiversity in the first place.
Such as there there IS such thing as something like adhd/autism/ocd in cybertronians, but they has different names. I’m thinking something like “Cortical Processor variance” or CPV for the general term of neurodiversity. And different disorders can stem from that name such as ADHD being “attention energy regulation variance” or AERV.
Maybe ratchet has a very basic understanding of what CPV is, after all he has been to med school and has thus studied the processor at some point. He notices little things in Smokescreen such as fidgeting, restlessness, and innattention, and it gets his mental gears turning a little bit. One day, he brings out a set of magnets - just some scraps from a project he was working on - and he gives them to smokescreen. He loves them. He plays with them all the time. During meetings, he clicks them together, and plays with them, and his attention has improved now that his hands are busy.
The rest of team prime are aware of CPV, but don’t have a deep understanding of what it looks like or the symptoms. They can sense smokescreen is “off” somehow, such as him missing social cues, talking a lot, getting distracted, maybe taking things literally when they aren’t meant to be. This has some mixed results with each member.
Optimus is patient with smokescreen, understanding that he is a little different and maybe needs some accommodations for certain things, such as giving him lots of field missions and things that will hold his interest and let him burn off some of his energy, and just letting smokescreen infodump to him while he works. Not even necessarily listening, but just letting him get it out of his system.
Bumblebee is amused by it. He and smokescreen are both energetic and fast paced, so they have that in common. Bumblebee likes to challenge Smokescreen to races and sparring, and they laugh together.
Bulkhead is also patient with smokescreen. Perhaps he even knew some people who were like him. He chats with smokescreen, doesn’t judge him, and is generally a safe space for him. They don’t become besties, but bulkhead at least makes him feel welcome.
Arcee is a little off-put by him. She isn’t mean to him per-say (other than the nickname “destiny’s child) but she doesn’t really know what to DO with him. Especially since a lot of her sarcastic comments tend to go right over his head. She will say something like “well, THAT mission went well” and Smokescreen will say “oh, well that’s good” and she’s like 😑. She tends to just
not really interact with him. And Smokescreen can sense that she doesn’t really want to be around him, so he just kinda
. Gives her space.
Now, Wheeljack eventually becomes something like a cool uncle to Smokescreen. I like to think wheeljack also had something like ADHD (but a more inattentive variety) and he kinda gets smokescreen. They don’t become best buddies, but Wheeljack tells him stories of wrecker battles and smokescreen is like đŸ€©. He also shows smokescreen his grenades and other weapons (but he’s not allowed to touch) and even tells him the story of how he built the jackhammer. He also lets smokescreen infodump about famous heros he read about in the iacon hall of records and Wheeljack is like “well, I MET seaspray 😎” and smokescreens jaw drops. Smokescreen gets super excited when Wheeljack comes to visit.
I also think he would vibe with miko. They have similar energy, and Smokescreen would tell her all about ancient cybertronian war heros, and he would take a liking to her taste of music.
I dont think Smokescreen really knows he might be CPV. He has always sensed he was different, and he always had a hard time making friends, but he never got diagnosed. I like to think that after the war, ratchet encouraged Smokescreen to go see a psychologist, and he got tested and diagnosed as AERV. This made so many things in his life make so much sense, and he starts to learn how to regulate his symptoms, and start to have some compassion for himself when he makes mistakes.

Top Three Infectious Diseases in Dogs That Peak in Winter and Spring
Tumblr media
🏠 As living standards rise, pets become part of the family, but the path to being a pro pet owner can be tough, especially when it comes to diseases like distemper, parvovirus, and infectious hepatitis, which are deadly and more common in winter and spring. How familiar are you with these
đŸŒĄïž What are Distemper, Parvovirus, and Infectious Hepatitis?
Distemper (CD) is a serious, fever-causing, and catching disease from the distemper virus.
Parvovirus (CP) is a very catching and deadly disease from the parvovirus.
Infectious Hepatitis (ICH) is a sudden disease from adenovirus that mainly hits the liver.
📅 When do these diseases typically occur?
All three are very catching and can happen any time, but they're more common in puppies and during winter and spring. Purebred dogs are more at risk, but humans and cats don't catch them easily.
đŸš« How are they transmitted?
Distemper spreads through air droplets and the stuff coming out of infected dogs.
Parvovirus spreads mainly through things like food and water that have been in touch with sick dogs. People, flies, and cockroaches can carry it.
Infectious Hepatitis spreads through direct contact, and the virus can stay in the environment a long time through pee.
đŸ˜· What are the symptoms of these diseases?
đŸŒĄïž Distemper brings fever, eye gunk, bronchitis, and chest colds. Parvovirus brings tummy troubles like throwing up, bloody poops, and getting dehydrated fast, and it can also hurt the heart in puppies. Infectious Hepatitis brings fever, feeling down, no appetite, throwing up, yellow skin,èŽ«èĄ€, and red stuff in the pee.
đŸ©ș How to detect and treat early?
Pet owners should keep an eye on their dog's health. If symptoms show up, compare them to the ones above to guess what's wrong. Keep test papers for these diseases at home to help figure it out. If your dog gets distemper, parvovirus, or infectious hepatitis, get them to a vet fast. Even after they get better, they can still spread the virus, so keep them at home for another month.
đŸ•°ïž How long does the virus remain active
🌀 The viruses can last in the environment for months or even years if the conditions are right.
đŸ§Œ What are the required disinfection methods
For these viruses, you need good disinfectants to clean the environment and reduce how much virus is around and how much it spreads.
đŸ›Ąïž How to prevent these infectious diseases?
đŸ¶ Be careful when buying dogs. Go through a regular pet store to avoid problems.
💉 Vaccination: Shots like DP (distemper and parvovirus), DAPP (distemper, adenovirus, parvovirus, and parainfluenza), and DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) can stop these diseases.
đŸ„ Take your puppy to a good pet hospital and follow the vaccine schedule your vet says to really cut down on distemper, parvovirus, and infectious hepatitis.
Curious to know how to sanitize your home after a pet illness Follow me for detailed tips and tricks in my upcoming posts!

okay so here's my ocs backstorys + name drops (have not finished designing im trying to make them detailed đŸ€‘) oc self insert into @fishymom-art au "Fix A Beast"
1ST RESURRECTION!!!! (Clear Quartz Cookie aka SM and PV's soul jam)
okay so what i mean is my ocs are the beasts + ancients soul jams and the way they get "resurrected" is in the fight. CPV (corrupted PV) and is like "im tired of this bru" breaks sm's soul jam and his own. they both are freaking out but then the broken soul jam pieces come together and there's like wowie dramatic smoke and clear quartz (1st to be resurrected) poofs up from said smoke and is like "yo what js happened. 🙀🙀🙀" and so CPV and SM are like WTF and SM js like goes POW to CPV's face!!! end of fight and resurrection 1 :))
2ND RESURRECTION!!! (Black Onyx and White Selenite Cookie aka MF and DC's soul jam/ the dragons)
so these 2 were resurrected after MF and DC were fighting tg and 2 of CPV's like minions or smth whatever Fishy wants CPV has. MF got attacked and her soul jam got broke and DC was like "NOOOOOOOO" and they took that beloved sword and BAM soul jam broken and then these twinny winnys had a whole ahh spiderweb made and they broke that lovely spiderweb broken and they emerged and were like "dam we can help" and js made a wave of magic and enemies were gone (from that area) and DC and MF were like "thx chat" and end of resurrection 2!!!
3RD RESURRECTION!!! (Red Beryl Cookie aka ES and HB souljam)
ES found out that HB broke her souljam and was like "fml" fought HB. HB broke her souljam with her shield and Red Beryl came from a red-headed finch flying around and js transformed and was like "screw ts" and js put some sort of "chill yourself spell" and they worked it out (still waiting on Fishy to give them lore 😞) and end of resurrection 3!!
4TH RESURRECTION!!!! (Pale Opal Cookie aka WL and SS souljam)
so WL and SS were being witches casting spells on each other and shi and SS got badly injured. so he was like "shi if im going down im taking u w me" and he struck her soul jam and Pale Opal came thru with blinding light and was like "peace twins" n healed them both (also waiting for Fishy to give lore 😞) and that's the end of resurrection 4!!
5TH RESURRECTION!!!! (Golden Aster Cookie aka GC and BS)
GC and BS were flirting like the homos they r while they were trying to free ppl from cages (GC's souljam was already broken) and little minions?? goblins?? workers?? of CPV's all got on BS and were like "nom" and they bit into his souljam and Golden Aster came thru all dramatic floating down like a bisexual master and js got all the minions/goblins/workers off BS and was like "yo we shld all lowkey fight" and they fought! and that's the end of resurrection 5!!
ill probably make this more detailed if i stop pulling a SM in Jambound and my shoulder heals :PP ANYWAYS HOPE U LIKEY!!

[Fire] grand strategy video games and/or uhhh post war Vietnam
I'll do postwar Vietnam: Vietnam profits handsomely from Not Being China - right now the CCP has an extremely dim reputation in the west on societal freedom, correctly so, they are awful. So, since Vietnam is a counterbalancing rival to China, it gets viewed as the "light" version of it, as like how 90's China was where as long as you don't directly challenge the state, you are fine and they don't care. But Vietnam's CPV is probably worse than Hu Jintao's era CCP; they are less systematic, but more violent & unpredictable. Seemingly innocuous or "acceptable" forms of protest, or deviations from public morality, are sometimes fine and sometimes will get you arrested and tortured for months. They actively cultivate "violence as random terror" as a form of state control, to use fear to prevent people from risking dissenting activities.
But we don't talk about it much because we need them as an ally and they are small enough as a country. Which, honestly I can't blame, reality is harsh and China is a far larger threat to global peace right now. Doesn't change that it sucks though.

A top Democrat fundraising platform hosts donations for an activist group linked to a Palestinian terrorist-tied non-profit, the Washington Examiner reported on Thursday.
ActBlue, a Democrat fundraising platform, hosts a portal for donors to give money to the Colorado Freedom Fund (CFF), a bail reform non-profit that is fiscally sponsored and managed by the Alliance For Global Justice (AFGJ), the Examiner reported. The Examiner revealed the AFGJ was aiding fundraising efforts for French non-profit Collectif Palestine Vaincra (CPV), a partner of the U.S.-designated terrorist organization Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).
In response, Zachor Legal Institute pressed the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in January 2023 to investigate the AFGJ’s seeming support for terrorist organizations, the Examiner reported. Zachor attorney Marc Greendorfer said to the Examiner the AFGJ’s lack of due diligence was “surprising.”
“Alliance for Global Justice has a track record of funding terror,” Greendorfer told the Examiner. He noted that AFGJ has a duty to donors to “do a better job of vetting those who use its platforms, especially when the user has a long, documented history of supporting terror.”
AFGJ has a history of fiscally sponsoring pro-Palestinian organizations, with credit card company Discover shutting down donations to the AFGJ in 2021 over ties to Samidoun, a non-profit with links to the PFLP, according to NGO Monitor.
Tumblr media

The CFF is a left-leaning criminal justice advocacy organization that posts bail for incarcerated people before trial and immigrant detention, according to Influence Watch. AFGJ gave the CFF $1.44 million in 2021 for “racial justice”, according to their 2021 tax filings.
“AFGJ fiscally sponsors and repeatedly defends Samidoun, a terror front that acts on behalf of Hamas and other terror organizations,”Greendorfer told the Examiner. “As a fiscal sponsor, AFGJ benefits from any funds it raises for its terror clients.”
ActBlue did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

I think q!Etoiles needs to go back to the dungeon, with either q!Baghera or q!Cellbit.
First off, he misinterpreted the books and said the Code gave them to him which wasn't the case (they were there when he showed up), and that needs to be cleared out.
Secondly, he didn't solve the enigma, he took the books and left. This means there are still secrets to be solved at that place. Since this is the last known location of an iteration of the CPV shield, there is a possibility he'd find another one there.
Given how strong the codes were today, two shields (one for him and one for BBH) would even the playing field again. q!Etoiles survived but barely, and the two Codes against him would've won by attrition eventually.
