This has the opposite desired effect because this is the equivalent of using increasingly difficult locks to keep the raccoons out of your trash. All you're doing is teaching the raccoons how to pick locks. This also pisses off the other Rogues because Joker keeps making trapping the Batman exponentially harder all because he's beefing with his teenage son.

It was Maid Day today yesterday a week ago so I got struck by inspiration to draw the worsties, and it ran away from me into a whole AU where they’re coworkers at a maid cafe. She’s a med student & this is just a part time job, and this is his depression job while he gets his life back together. He needs something he can be workaholic about to forget what it’s like having a personal life and personal issues. He’s actually the accountant, but the new hire janitor (Izutsumi) doesn’t show up for half her shifts and is a sloppy worker, so he gets the extra work of doing her job on top of his because he’s undervalued and overworked. Of course, janitors also have an uniform to keep the aesthetic cohesion as they go about cleaning the place, of course.

Senshi’s the part time cook you only see slivers off, he’s kind and warm when you do see him and have a chat but most shifts he’s in and out the kitchen without a trace. Laios and Falin are regulars because Falin and Marcille are besties & in the same med school, Laios accompanies Falin as she visits her friend at work and gets hooked on the food. Chilchuck has to remind Marcille to work instead of chatting with Falin for an hour, and next thing he knows she’s distracting him from work too. That’s it that’s the AU. Inspired by this idol AU fanart a bit <3

As a show of good faith toward the remaining Decepticons at the beginning of a new, united Cybertron, newly appointed Senators Bumblebee and Soundwave allowed Shatter and Dropkick to enlist into Autobot City's Defense Team.

These two turned out to be... not the best choices.

The city may have fallen to Insurgent Decepticon occupation had it not been for young recruits Hot Rod and Arcee's accidental interception of Shatter's communication with the fugitive Starscream.

To replace the errant Defense Team members, Springer and Blurr were reassigned from Iacon to Autobot City in their stead.

Imagine: random chance frees you from 200 years of slavery and you team up with this random, extremely bad vibes stranger for "protection," except each of you is completely convinced the other might kill you in your sleep (one of you has horrifyingly worrying intrusive thoughts and the other has already pulled a knife at least once). You dont have 20 strength between you. You can barely protect each other but at least this random freak is SOMEONE and you need SOMEONE or Cazador will find you and grab you. So you attach yourself at the hip and try to ignore the way this strange amnesiac mutters "blood" to himself when he thinks you're not listening

and OK, you think, the other guy hasn't killed me yet and he definitely has had ample opportunity, but you're SO THIRSTY and neither of you have slept through the night yet because you're too busy keeping watch on one another, so maybe he's finally tired enough that you can just take a little bite while he's--oh shit

I spent three days like this. It was a delightful little interlude and everyone should try it

Between some of Tuvok's favorite music being monks chanting, having a copy of a proto-Vulcan drama in his quarters, reciting poetry that no one else likes (his own? someone else's? unclear: It's a talent night which implies the former but the two who mention it say 'Vulcan poetry' - not 'His/Tuvok's poetry') buying a meditation lamp from a Vulcan master even though the guy doubled the price on him last minute, the fact that he's always reading alone in the mess hall and wants others to know he stands apart from them (taking steps to ensure this is the case), and that he's memorized The Dictates of Poetics by T'hain of Vulcan (being very opinionated about them), I feel like we the audience can cobble together a lot about his taste in media and that's honestly so special. He also likes and actively follows sumo wrestling. That's important. Not because it adds or subtracts to what I've said above but because I think it's kind of funny. He, Janeway, and Chakotay all just really like sumo.

I'm terrible pjo gay rep because I fucking love the Cupid scene and won't shut up about it. I think it's an excellently done outing scene and it saved my life. Sorry you didn't like it because it scared you and I'm sorry that we live in a world where queer kids have to feel that way but as someone who has repeatedly been put in the position nico was in that scene I need you to know that the way Cupid was obviously painted in a villainous light and the way Jason reacted 100% gave me the strength to carry on at multiple points in my own life when I was in really terrible situations as a kid facing people like Cupid. It was a triggering scene for many I'm sure and I don't mean to minimize that, but that scene literally changed my world view in so many ways and helped constantly remind me that there were people like Jason who would be there for me if I could live long enough to find them. It's fine to criticize it or question it, but sometimes you also need to take a step back and ask "is this scene for me or is it for someone else" it may not have been what you needed but it was 100% what I needed and I'm so greatful that I read that scene when I was young and all that the memory of that scene carried for me and gave me.
