#this week is entirely devoted to troy 2004#and next week we have tsoa and sotg#which will absolutely have an impact on what i’m reblogging - i’ve already got posts queued from several months ago because they fit here#i would like to make it very clear for anyone following me that i will be critiquing sais works#*said#it’s literally part of my course. it’s not just tumblr discourse that i’m reblogging for shits and giggles to piss people off#i actually get graded on it - both this semester and next semester in which troy 2004 makes a reappearance#(i’m saying this because i know some people get defensive if their favourite adaptation is picked apart so this is a general psa)#(and for the love of all things holy. i’m getting sick of people on tumblr - the media criticism website - deciding that literary criticism-#-completely off the bat for a certain thing is ‘snobbery’ and ‘a superiority complex’ even when it is not)

slow down for your disabled friends. thats like a bare minimum kindness that we shouldnt have to ask for. i love that youre so quirky and walking fast is a cool personality trait to you and all that but i bet you can count your physically disabled friends on less than one hand
