SFTH Battle Royale in numbers!

Since I love data analysis, especially when it's about stupid ass stuff, I decided to break down this whole tournament into numbers: 1. Dates The first post was made on the 17th of March. The last planned post will me made today, on the 4th of June. 2. Number of posts Over the course of those 2,5 months, I have made 554 posts. For comparison, I've made 1503 posts on my main blog in 4 years, including reblogs. There were 313 counted polls. There were 2 tie-break polls, which featured Gary vs Theresa May and Maria Prostitute vs Psychic Mother. There was 1 additional poll, which featured AJ's two cat characters. 3. Number of longforms and characters There were 48 longforms starting in this tournament. There were 116 AJ characters overall in this tournament - 48 made it into the polls (AJ has never skipped a show, or at least he was present in all of the longforms released so far), or 2.4 characters per longform. There were 130 Sam characters overall in this tournament (because Sam loves popping into random ass scenes with characters that are there just to make a quippy joke and vanish into thin air and never be brought up again) - 45 made it into the polls (Sam skipped 3 longforms, #33, #35 and #37). He played a whopping 8 characters in Death For A Dollar. That means he averages 2.8 characters per longform. There were 107 Tom characters overall in this tournament - 47 of which made it into the polls (Tom has skipped one longform, #4). Average 2.2 characters/longform. There were 90 Luke characters overall in this tournament - 38 of which made it into the polls (skipped longforms - 7, 9 , 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 27, 28). Average 2.3 characters/longform. 4. Most voted in poll The most voted in poll was poll #296 Jeremiah vs Titch, which amassed 412 votes. Jeremiah won by 2%, only to lose immediately in the next round against Egbert. 5. The winners Over the entirety of Julian's run, you guys voted for him 944 times. The closest he got to getting yeeted was against Clarissa, where he won by just 2% of the votes. Over the entirety of Andre's run, you guys voted for him 1236 times, or 1296 times if you want to count time travelling Andre Beetroot from Burglary and Bobsledding. The closest Andre got to getting yeeted was against Priscilla, where he won by about 5%. Over the entirety of OLM's run, you guys voted for her 1130 times, which is more than you guys voted for Julian even though she skipped the first two rounds of individual polls. She was also the only character ever to get a 100% approval rating at some point in the tournament. The closest she got to getting yeeted was against Sam, where she won by 22%. Over the course of Amanda's run, you guys voted for her 1265 times. The closest she got to getting yeeted was against Derek, where she won by 0.8%. 6. Number of votes Over the entirety of this tournament, you guys voted 10 497 times in AJ polls and an additional 849 times in the final-finals.

Hi! Do you have any information about how to vet PayPal-based donation blogs based in Gaza? I got an ask from this user (screenshot below) and on their blog it seems that the only donation source is PayPal, but my understanding was that PayPal didn’t work there. I really don’t want to not help people because I misidentified their blog as suspicious but I don’t want to lead anyone to a false link or donation. Any help super appreciated.

First of, this user is a scammer. They're already on the scam list, and their pinned post is directly copying this genuine gfm (buy we know this can't be the person from the gfm, because the gfm doesn't link to this tumblr or offer that paypal the tumblr blog uses as a form of accepting donations)

Regarding vetting, I'll say, and this is important, that 1. I myself don't do the vetting, I call out the scams that are definitely scams and that I have proof of, and 2. The people who are doing the vetting are multiple Palestinian users on here (such as 90-ghost, nabulsi, el-shab-hussein-, & others) who have been on tumblr for quite some time, and who can confirm what Palestinian fundraisers are real because they either know them, know someone who knows them, or have talked to various Palestinians who have made new blogs and determined them to be genuine due to a number of factors. Most scammers are either not trying to talk to real Palestinians doing the vetting because they know they'll get caught lying (and many will block the users doing the vetting), OR the ones that DO are quickly found out anyway for various reasons (such as for obviously using something like Google translate).

But if you want tips on how to suss out who you think might be a scammer on your own, try these:

If a suspected blog claims to be "vetted and verified!" In their donation post or ask, go and look at their posts and blog: most genuine fundraisers who claim to be vetted will @ the users that vetted them, sometimes might even provide a link to a post of the vetter confirming them to be genuine, and/or you'll see a Palestinian user verbally confirming them to be genuine in the notes in one of their posts, OR you can go to a vetter's blog & look for their url. If they're actually vetted you'll find them there. Additionally, the person confirming them to be genuine MUST be a popular Palestinian user who is currently volunteering to be a vetter, it CANNOT be the suspected blog in question "verifying" themselves or any other rando. But many scammers are lying by starting off their post by saying they are "vetted" & sometimes even name dropping random users hoping nobody will double check to see if they're lying. Double check. You won't find any vetter in their notes confirming them to be real. If you're still unsure, don't interact with the blog or reblog their donation posts until you find evidence theyre vetted.

Go to the blog @kyra45 and have a look at our resources where Kyra helpfully gives tips on how to spot scams, and lists the really popular scammers & the stories they like to reuse. Also keep tabs on the "users pretending to be Palestinian" post there, where Kyra & others give daily updates on which users are scammers pretending to be Palestinian on the same post & give proof for why.

Connected to our resources post, but look at the tips posts, anc give the blog a scan to see if it fits any of the common red flags that of a scammer (and remember, these things have to be taken in context together, it can't just be one thing). Does the blog fit the description of any of the scammers we listed (such as one who constantly reuses the fake story of being a diabetic Palestinian & mentions humalog)? Does their paypal location match where they claim to be (such as, they say they're in the U.S but the paypal link says they're located in the Philippines)? Are they using a knockoff site instead of the more popular one (such as gogetfunding instead of gofundme)? Do they ONLY link to a paypal set to USD instead of a gofundme? Does their profile photo show up in another place but they're claiming its a photo of themselves (such as one I found where the photo belonged to a woman in Pakistan, & the scammer pretending to be Palestinian claimed the photo was of them)? Copy & paste the ask or parts of the ask they sent you: do other asks with the exact same or similar wording show up on lots of other answered asks in the tumblr search from now deactivated blogs? Does their donation post seem to have multiple replies, but the replies section shows nothing except a notification that says "some replies may be hidden or deleted", and/or replies are turned off? (<- this usually is an indication that this blog is a scammer, and people were calling them out, & so they hid those replies so no one could see the evidence). Does their url show up in the scam list? Things like that.

But if you're still unsure and want some help, and think a blog might be a scam, bring it to one of us scam busters (& there's about 8 of us currently active) & we'll have a look at it. If you think a blog might be real, visit a Palestinian vetter's blog and see if that url shows up. In the meantime when you still aren't sure, don't interact with blogs claiming to be Palestinian that you can't be sure are genuine.

I would like to make a post with every Disney magazine/book series currently published, by country, to help people orienting themselves in this environment.

Of course I will start with Italy (and I ask for everyone from a different country to share their perspective of their own Disney magazines. For example the Brazilian Culturama ones... I have a hard time understanding the different identities of the various titles).

ITALY - Part 1

Topolino (1949-)

The flagship title, that publishes new original stories every week. Although it is named after Mickey Mouse, duck stories have always been pretty prevalent, but the trend has never been as strong as in northern european countries. It has now 164 pages, so it accomodates both long stories (with chapters on different issues or in the same libretto) and shorter ones. It is truly a magazine, so the comic stories are accompanied with artciles about lifestyle, games and more.

I Classici Disney [2nd series] (1977-)

This is the most historical of the reprint titles: since its first iteration, in 1957, it helped to spread Disney comics culture to generations of readers, proposing classics to kids and adults who may have lost track of them in the weekly magazine. The new revamp of the second series (since 2019, and following some changes in 2021) goes back to the original format of linking the stories proposed in longer narrations through inbetween pages, now written by some reknown Disney writer, who gets to choose the stories too. The title has generally reprinted more recent stories, compared to the subsequent I Grandi Classici, and nowadays thw covers are by Stefano Zanchi. It is published once every two months (plus a special summer issue).

I Grandi Classici Disney [2nd series] (2016-)

I Grandi Classici has been another title of reprints, but with a lens more interested in digging up older stories than the ones proposed in I Classici. A big role in defining the identity of the magazine has been played by the never forgotten Luca Boschi, who took the reins of it, becoming the curator, in 2004, during the previous run of the title. He led this book to become more philological, always proposing balanced indexes, between stories which can clearly considered Great Classics, parodies, and more minor and lesser known stories, like some american and S-coded ones. His mantle was then passed over to Pier Luigi Gaspa, who continued to follow this path. As a title dedicated to more in-depth knowledge of the material published, it presents a few articles, detailing the more interesting adventures appearing on its pages every month. Since the 2005 revamp, the cover artist has been Giorgio Cavazzano.

Disney BIG (2008-)

This is the disapponting title. Initially it competed with the Classici for the same stories, period-wise, as it is more centered around recent ones, but, as Classici went back to its original format, BIG could fly more freely in the skies of Disney publications. The main advantage of it is its size. Beaing cheap for its number of pages (initially over 500, now over 400) its popularity rose among parents who want to have their kids occupied for a lenghtier time than the average Disney magazine. But the choice of stories has always been... disapponting. Its size could favour longer and lessen known series, but it rarely went that way, publishing even parts of different series, leaving them unfinished. The selection is, so, pretty random, albeit initially it was supposed to be thematical, a differentiation from other riprints that was soon lost. It is monthly and the covers (which nearly always are dedicated to the first sstory in the volume) have always been done by Corrado Mastantuono.

Paperino (1986-)

One of the oldest titles, Paperino is now not much more than the covers of Alessio Coppola. The series started as a ploy to capitalize the popularity of Donald Duck, producing even some original new stories and selecting some old classics. In the 90s it recolored those old stories and, under the guidance of the usual Luca Boschi, developed some taste for lesser known tales, revolving every issue around a theme. Now it mostly reprints itself, with stories having appeared multiple times over the years. Recently the original story has become, more often than not, an Egmont story, as the places to publish foreign material have winded down over the years and to curb the investments on it. It presents, nevertheless, some articles to introduce the stories, every month.

Paperinik (2017-)

With the popularity of Paperinik, could we not have a title dedicated to him? Many times the numeration has been rebooted and at every iteration there has been the will to change some minor aspect (proposing a chronological reprint of the stories of the Duck Avenger, publishing the Frittole series, importing some Egmont stories or some DPW ones, getting more "social") but its identity has stayed more or less the same. The title is monthly and the covers are now by Ivan Bigarella.

Zio Paperone (2018-)

This is a more interesting title. Zio Paperone in its previous iterations was the magazine for the "collectors", the Donaldists, if I may say, focusing on Carl Barks, Don Rosa and the artists perceived as the heirs of the Man of the Ducks. The articles and the analysis have been so important for the more cultured readers that it was the go-to title for everyone interested in behind the scenes and te re-discovery of lost material. This new book, started years after the demise of the previous one, has a very different aim: it is pretty much the equivalent of Paperino, but for Uncle Scrooge. The choice of stories has, instead, been pretty interesting, as they always publish a new story (Egmont or, more often, dutch), the "Superstar" adventure in every monthly issue is really a source of interest in many ways. There are a few more articles than the norm (2) and they care to publish even some series (and complete them, do you hear, BIG?). The cover artist is Andrea Freccero.

Almanacco Topolino (2021-)

We end this first episode with the heir of Zio Paperone, the current title for more cultured readers, Almanacco Topolino. Its role is easy: to publish selected new foreign stories, older international stories with some significance and a couple of episodes originally published in the previous historical series of Almanacco. The link between all of these proposals is, among others, the fact that it is mostly dedicated to 4 rows per page stories. Originally edited by Luca Boschi, his mantle has passed to Davide Del Gusto and recently to Marco Travaglini. It has plenty of articles, to dive deep in the Disney lore and it is published once every three months. The cover artists is Emmanuele Baccinelli.

Next time we will dive into the less regular magazines, divided between the more popular ones and the prestige titles.

Ok, I just had a good nap, and now I'm feeling more level headed. Allow me to, more calmly, explain why what adversarysmiles and the-ancient-forlorn said was dangerous rhetoric that riled me up.

To start with, what I was saying: within some trans communities, there are trafficking rings, which almost exclusively exploit ftm bodies and labour.

Now it is important to note, that as a non-western person on tumblr, i connect with a great deal of victims and survivors whether through here or other social media platforms. This means that i do know what i'm talking about and am defensive, because I know these people.

Warning: LONG post

To start with, adversarysmiles. I am blocked, so I cannot see if her pronouns have been updated but from my knowledge, she uses she/her.

Number 1) she said not that I was wrong, but outright laughed at the idea this could be possible, and by doing so, laughed at the horrific experiences of myself, and many of the people i know personally.

Number 2) She then claimed in no uncertain terms that ANYONE who states that this is a thing, is a terf. That effectively means any survivor who points out a thing that fucking happened to them, is a terf by virtue of saying it out loud. Effectively silencing an extremely vulnerable group.

(its also symptomatic of a wider issue of refusing to listen to people in the global south about their experiences and an arrogance of assumption, but I get into that enough so we'll save that for later.)

These are both objectively horrible things to do. Especially to a survivor.

Now for the-ancient-forlorn. Now her I do feel a bit bad for, because I was sick and cranky and had much less patience than usual. But now I'm going to go through what she said that was bad.

Number 1) Right off the bat, she calls me a bioessentialist. She speaks over my beliefs, again, with the confidence only a westerner could produce. This is annoying, especially on a post which was directed at a serious problem in my country and others.

Number 2) She says that by saying this, I am inciting transmisogynistic violence by claiming trans women are a 'massive oppressive force'. Rather than what I actually said- systems make trans men victims in these hyper-specific situations. The same way, trans men can (in hyper-specific situatiions) use transmisogyny to victimise transfems Again, by framing calls for discussion in this way you dismiss and actively silence victims.

Number 3) Again, puts words in my mouth. Nowhere in my post, did i say these systems were set up to specifically target my demographic but that they DO. And that that is their function.

Number 4) She says about me (a trafficking survivor, who knows several people currently in systems, and those who have survived, both in my country and across the world) that I 'knownothing about the lived experience of those who are trafficked'. Incredibly fucking sucky to read at 5 am.

Number 5) The whole long spiel of trying to explain trafficking to me was weird but im not gonna go into it too much but the idea that being a trans man specifically is not a reason for you to be targeted is fucking tone deaf.

Number 6) the random inclusion of white? pissed me off. What is up with that. why does fucking everything have to be about fucking white people. Its not relevant to 90% of the posts i make because i dont fucking live in a white country??

Number 7) I explicitly do not like to be called a man/this man. (just man in casual context is fine, but please do not call me a man, it is crossed out in my intro for a reason.)

Last, and most important, the sheer fucking arrogance and laziness. Remember in the first sentence she says 'that-satireguy is a bioessentialist who believes... an ultimate oppressed class'. The fact that she got so many things wrong about me post-claim shows that she didn't even LOOK AT MY FUCKING BLOG. before saying this shit out in the fucking open with 0 shame.

I could also go through her whole second reblog but honestly, mostly the same problems. She says I'm deep in conspiracy theories, dont know what i'm saying , 'lashing out', uninformed etc. Basically doubles down while also dismissing me as someone emotional who doesn't know what he's saying. And then does the same thing about my friend. A married, grown man who survived, left and now dedicates part of his time to help people in this situation. All around gross.

I did! Killer got it for me. Is it safe? Uh...well I tried it and I was fine! We had reasonable safety precautions. It is nice, and definitely different than what I thought. Aaand wrote. This is the collar set we got, in orange - one for me, and one to share with uh, curious friends. Tho, I want to attach one as a garter belt around my upper thigh and the other around my neck. Fun fact: Orange is Fletcher's favorite color :)

The collar has three settings you can use: Beep, vibrate, and shock. I guess the beep is the lowest level, but it's my least favorite. Super loud and unpleasant. I hate it.

The vibrate gets your attention, and it feels kinda funny, but it doesn't hurt. It can be a little startling. They mix in the vibrate sometimes to mess with me.

The shock collar has two protruding nubs that make contact with your skin and deliver the shock. They aren't sharp, but just having the collar tight enough to touch means they are pushing into you, and moving makes them rub, so I usually have a couple red spots afterwards from where they sit. It very quickly becomes uncomfortable, but uh, comfort's not really the point. Makes me feel bad for Tommy for having those metal barbs in his neck as contact points. My collar hasn't left marks that last, at least not yet. I also have skin that does not easily bruise or scar though! Disappointing, tbh lol.

The great thing about this collar is that it has 99 levels, so we could start super super slow and see how it goes. I started out pressing it to my thigh. Nice large muscle with some fat before I put it somewhere as sensitive as the neck. I couldn't feel a 1 or 2, but I felt a 3 as a light shock. It hurts, and I was quickly thinking, yikes, no way I can get to 99 and I don't know about my neck. We began with increments of 1, then a few at a time, then 5 at a time, then 10.

The shock is painful, but VERY very short. Once it's done, it's done, no remaining sting or aftershock. So it would hurt, then it would end, then I would think "well....that wasn't SO bad...maybe I could do one or two more..." Then we were at 30, 50, 70, 90, 98, 99. I survived!

It hurts, and makes me jolt, but that's it. I wrote them before as being strong enough to drop you to your knees, but it really wasn't that strong. I've seen videos of people passing out when they try a shock collar - I was nowhere near passing out. I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but I want to check and see if other shock collars are stronger. I also have a hand taser... but it was purchased online, so I want to check exactly how strong it is before I get shocked.

Time for the neck. 'vv'

The nodes were right against my trachea. More painful for sure. We started slow from the beginning again, but started jumping up in higher intervals more quickly. I made it to 99 just fine.

We've played some games with it, sometimes with friends. Kills would roll the antenna which changes the levels up and down. Then they'd tell me to guess which number they stopped on. If I got it right, I wouldn't be shocked. The only one I got right was 69 because they laughed when they looked at it.

They checked the number and raised their eyebrows. I guess 99 and they smiled and laughed, holding up the controller. "Wow! Yeah!" I felt relief. There's this inherent anxiety you get when you're wearing it, knowing it can happen any second. They showed me the screen. "Yeah, 98. So close." And shocked me. So mean!

They claimed that the levels were random, but they were magically always 60+. Except for one 42, which is my favorite number other than 10. Fun Fun. I've enjoyed it.

Gaza isn't and wasn't an open air prison. Even Gazans admit that. Also, you're aware they have a border with Egypt, too, right? A border closed by a wall the Egyptians build to keep Gazans out. Dear Travelers,

During Version 4.5, a new type of Event Wish: "Chronicled Wish" will become available. Here, we've gathered together some questions that you might be curious about to better explain the rules of this new type of Wish.

Q: What is "Chronicled Wish"? What can I get from it?

A: "Chronicled Wish" is a new type of Event Wish that allows you to wish for certain rerun characters and weapons.

Travelers can obtain random 5-star, 4-star, and 3-star items from "Chronicled Wish." Unlike other Event Wishes, the item list of "Chronicled Wish" includes both 5-star characters and 5-star weapons. It also includes a number of event wish-exclusive characters and weapons.

Q: What are the rules of "Chronicled Wish"? Is there a wish guarantee?

A: Wishes for "Chronicled Wish" require Intertwined Fate. Before wishing, you must choose your "Chronicled Path" by selecting a 5-star character or weapon from the list of 5-star items. If the Designated Item is a character, the 5-star items you can obtain in the Wish will all be characters; whereas if the Designated Item is a weapon, the 5-star items you can obtain in the Wish will all be weapons.

There are guarantees for both the 5-star and 4-star items in the Wish. A maximum of 90 wishes conducted will secure a 5-star item through the guarantee. When you obtain a 5-star item in this Event Wish, there is a 50.000% chance it will be the Designated Item. You are guaranteed to win a 4-star or above item at least once every 10 attempts.

"Chronicled Path" Rules:

After choosing a 5-star item as your Designated Item, if you obtain a 5-star item that was not your Designated Item, you will receive 1 Fate Point. Once you have reached the maximum amount of Fate Points (1 Fate Point), the next 5-star item you obtain through this Wish is guaranteed to be your Designated Item.

Obtaining the current Designated Item or changing your choice will reset the Fate Points to 0.

To take Version 4.5's Chronicled Wish as an example, if you chose the character "Dandelion Knight" Jean (Anemo) as your Designated Item, then the 5-star items you might receive would be limited to the characters in the image below (and would therefore not include weapons). As Jean is the Designated Item, if you were to receive the character "Dance of the Shimmering Wave" Eula (Cryo) instead, you would receive 1 Fate Point (the maximum amount). The next 5-star item that you'd obtain would then be guaranteed to be Jean.

Q: When the "Chronicled Wish" event ends, will my accumulated wishes carry over to the next "Chronicled Wish"? How about the Fate Points for "Chronicled Path"?

A: The wish guarantee count will continue to accumulate within "Chronicled Wish," and will carry over to the next "Chronicled Wish." The wish guarantee count for "Chronicled Wish" is independent of the guarantee counts for other types of Wishes.

Your Fate Points will not be carried over to the next "Chronicled Wish." Your Fate Points will be reset to 0 when the current "Chronicled Wish" ends.

E.g.:

In the current "Chronicled Wish," you chart a course towards "Dandelion Knight" Jean (Anemo) but the first 5-star character you obtain is "Fleeing Sunlight" Klee (Pyro). As this character is not Jean, you obtain 1 Fate Point for "Chronicled Path."

You make another 10 wishes during the same "Chronicled Wish," but don't receive a 5-star item, so you are still 80 wishes away from being guaranteed a 5-star item. You then don't make any other wishes during the current "Chronicled Wish."

Once the next "Chronicled Wish" begins, your accumulated wish count is carried over from the last "Chronicled Wish," but your Fate Points for "Chronicled Path" are reset to 0. In the new "Chronicled Wish," you will be guaranteed to obtain a 5-star item after 80 wishes, and there is a 50.000% chance that it will be the current Designated Item.

Q: Will the item list change between different "Chronicled Wish" periods? Are there corresponding rules for said changes?

IN9 episodes tournament, round 1 stats

I have created a spreadsheet based on the wonderful polls by @insideno9bracket and now I am here to give you some solid facts (it's about 1000 words long, I sincerely apologise).

First off, I looked at the general data.

The mean amount of votes per poll was a nice round 90 (to the nearest whole number), with a SD of 11.6 (quite a lot).

The mode was 83, and the median 89.5 (meaning there are a few outliers at the top).

The mean amount of notes per poll was 17 (to the nearest whole number), with 10 of were likes and 7 were reblogs (the number of comments proved to be almost negligible, with a mean of 0.25 comments per poll).

Firstly, I think this shows the general trend on Tumblr of moving away from reblogs and towards likes (a trend that other Tumblr users have made way more interesting posts about, so I won't go into detail about this here). Due to the nature of these polls, I really enjoy reading people's reblog-tags, so I urge you to reblog more next round so I have a good time lol.

Secondly, it shows that only 19% of the people who voted also interacted with the post in another way (not taking into consideration those who liked AND reblogged). Again, I feel like we can do better than this next round. I want to know why you choose the episode you choose! Give me those unhinged and insanely biased tags, reblog with propaganda of why people should vote for a specific episode! It’s what these polls are all about!

Next up, let's take a look at the most popular polls and episodes.

My last take-away for now, is that we are all insanely predictable and I love that for us lol. Of course Plodding On and The Stake Out are in the top 3, of course they are. 

If we look at the most voted for polls/episodes, we of course also need to look at the least voted for (or as I’d like to call it; the bit of this post that would get Reece annoyed).

A couple of points on this, Private View vs Boo To a Goose was the first poll to happen, which I believe is the main reason this poll received so few votes. Secondly, some of the episodes in this top 3 were just unlucky with which episode they were up against and aren’t bad episodes per se (to be fair, are there any actual bad episodes? I think not. Just popular and less popular ones). For example, The Referee’s a W***er was up against Cold Comfort (which got 91% of the votes), and Nana’s Party was up against BCDR (which got 92% of the votes). 

This brings me nicely to the point of win margins.

stares autistically...YAYU..galaxy quest is my Main ocverse bc its almost 11 yrs old now and its just been a default in my mind since i was 11-12ish but capitalist creepshow is a close 2nd with how fleshed out it is...my oc carrd has some good info character wise but its lacking on worldbuilding + plot stuff bc im insanely character focused and suck at that shit badly LOL, also the plot/episode page and number of seasons on gq's page is outdated bc i recently like completely redid the plot and havent updated it yet 😭 anyway u can have existing gq lore. sorry if this is weirdly worded and hard to understand im at work rn 😢 i also have a couple scattered tumblr posts on random important bits of lore/character stuff ill get them later. oh ya and toyhouse if u want to see whos who or whatever. a couple side characters havent been redesigned yet but ill get there eventually lol

gq is like. a 90s-2000s CN styled adult cartoon (i always sum it up as if futurama and chowder were 1 cartoon. BIG BIG influences from chowder especially with the voice acting my goddd )..its Planned to have 5 seasons, it used to be 4 but with the new plot i had to add one to fit it in without Completely starting over on every single season lol, also perhaps 1 semi canon movie and a small side series for a bunch of silly mostly canon fillers i couldnt fit into the show itself.

so like i said im bad at having a consistent plot, also words are hard for me so ur getting a Very shitty bastardized version of what i Do have.

Basically it takes place mostly on 2 planets, earth and alkaliba(i hate this name i made it up when i was like 15ish, i just cant think of something better rn😔) its initially in 2009, but actually this is like a Different 2009. bc basically there was a mass extinction like several hundred million years ago and everything just kinda started over but like only Slightly different (sounds stupid af out loud but just trust me ok) alkaliba had existed for a Very long time the next galaxy over and it just so happens that the planet is dying and all their natural resources are fucked. so melody (lenarrs mom) set up an agreement with alkaliba that they could borror resources from earth. (melody is thousands of years old, but thats a secret lol) also melody was from another dimension Also a very powerful sorcerer and kept most of her spells and whatnot in her journal But its written in her native dimensions language which nobody on earth (except lenarr) can read. anyway she used her magic to connect the 2 planets using a series of portals called stargates (again. subject to change, also they connect to a Lot of other planets besides just earth but whatever) that allowed ppl to easily travel between the 2. bc of this alkaliba Kinda "colonized" (FOR LACK OF A BETTER WORD) earth? and that was normal for a few thousand years.

anyway for s1 jump ahead to where canon starts (2009) tix is sent to earth by meredith (queen of alkaliba, tix is her son but u dont know that until later in s1 when they actually Go to alkaliba) to pretty much track lenarr down and convince him to use his powers he inherented from melody (lenarr is not aware of this at all) to pretty much save alkaliba (BIG SPOILER. THIS IS SOMEWHAT DISHONEST. sure lenarr could Choose to save alkaliba but that would result in the destruction of earth or it could be vice versa. it cant be both BUT youll see) so he find lenarr Completely by coincidence after lenarr offers to help him bc tix has never seen snow or ice in his life and is having Difficulty. anyway this is ridiculous that i havent figured this out after 10+ years but tix does Something to convince lenarr to go with him, bc obviously lenarr would be very hesitant to. a bunch of shit happens u know the drill 1st episode shit to establish everything. i could type out a full episode 1 plot but i don't particularly want to rn😢

s2-3 is just mostly playing toys w my characters and tix teaching lenarr how to use his powers (s1 finale is when lenarr starts to Get it but u know) also s2 is noodles villain arc and s3 has eugene in it which is so fun bc i really really like noodle and eugene is funny. OH AND THE MAIN VILLAINS. hydro is the Main antagonist but he has 5 other idek what to call them. henchmen????? that either work for him (griff, dimentia, derric) Or are loyal to him bc he practically saved their life (grem and pixie, also dimentia a little? its complicated) and while Yes hydro IS a villain and he IS evil, hes actually just trying to save earth bc in his mind alkaliba is actually like the typical alien invasion thing u see in movies (not exactly whats happening but it Is possible u could see it that way) he just goes abt it in the weirdest most fucked up way possible. also BIG plotpoint worth mentioning, grem and tix were dating for at least 3000+ years before tix left him for his (now deceased) wife, which grem is Extremely bitter abt. so hes obviously loyal to hydro bc hydro helped him escape his abusive father BUT hes also doing it for himself to get back at tix. (important note tix Was the asshole in that situation 100%, grem is actually right to be upset a little but probably not That much) anyway once lenarr tix and zach(forgot to mention zach is tixs best friend who tix brings along bc hes smart and good at strategizing, also bc tix is GAYYYYYY) get to alkaliba finally it is literally impossible to conceal the fact that tix is a prince there. and bc lenarr doesnt know the Real reason why hes there he doesnt think much of it, in fact he finds it weird that tix wouldnt tell him that.

jumping allll the way to s4 when the Actual shit goes down. this is where shit gets less in depth bc its Extremely new..this is when lenarr learns that hes being used to basically doom earth, u know. his home planet. (considering having either hydro or grem tell him, not in a nice way either) obviously he gets really upset abt this, Especially bc its been at least a couple years since canon started and zach and tix are basically like family to him at this point. he probably runs off idk. i need to think abt it more bc i JUST made this up but im considering recycling an OLDD concept from like early highschool gq where lenarr gets to visit melody in her home dimension. also forgot to mention. melody and lenarrs older brother ruben both committed suicide when lenarr was younger. melody only did it to go back to her home dimension, but ruben did it bc he got rlly depressed after melody died ÷(

anyway lenarr gets to see melody, its very sweet ÷) he talks to her abt his problem abd she gives him some kinda cryptic advice bc Plot. this changes lenarr basically, at this point hes mastered melodys spellbook and Now he can create his own spells or whatever. SO. he comes up with a way to make it so NEITHER planet gets destroyed somehow. this works bc lenarr is actually like twice as powrful as melody at his full potential. after this the main villains would most likely have their redemption arcs somehow i havent thought up What exactly happens yet. and for s5 its basically just me wrapping things up and playing with my toys freely...theres still active plot happening thats very relevant to the story obviously but its a liiiiitle less high stakes and thats all i got in regards to the main plot bc if i sat here and typed a detailed explanation of my fun fillers id be here for years

REMEMBER THIS.) also i thought itd be funny for his name to be griff bc youd think its short for griffon but no its short for grifford. also texs and tiabia names were changed too. tiabis name was janette and she was actually originally an adult but i thought itd be better if she was 7

like 99.999% of my original designs and concept art + silly little comics of my villains bc it was just them when it was still a mario thing is lost media forever bc my mom accidentally threw it all away when we moved to a new house i miss it every dayyyy id do Anything to see it again..... the Only original stuff i have is from highschool and i fucking hate my artstyle then so its sad af...its just lenarrs finalized design (which actually barely changed since then) and MAYBE if i looked hard enough thru my old computers i could find zachs original design too? idk i dont feel like looking

grem went through the most design changes by a huge margin, but imo derrics few redesigns were the most insane and drastic. pixie went through One change and it got reversed a couple years later LOL

some Stupid reasons behind design changes were 1. hydro used to have 4 heads, hence the dumbass wordplay on "hydra" but i got so fucking fed up with drawing them every time + i kept forgetting to so i just made him a regular dragon. and 2. griff has his mask bc i literally just kept getting mad trying to draw his face right. thats literally it. thats the only reason.

fun fact noodle was probably my least favorite oc before i redesigned him. i hated him SO FUCKING MUCH especiallyafter i came up with his villain arc. now hes my favorite toy and i lovie

Oh gorsh thats very flattering ty! What im gonna do is hop onto stitchfiddle my best friend stitchfiddle and make a pixel chart of exactly what i knit for the front and back because i reckon thats the easiest way for me to explain it LOL! Ill stick the rest of the deets under a read more for you and anybody else interested but heres the chart for the logo first anyway:

So the deal is i trial and error'd the logo till i got a chart that was small enough for a sweater and then when i had one i was happy with i built the rest of the sweater around it. so the logo i ended up with is 126 stitches across, which is still preeeetty huge, so theres not a ton of space around it. im still not entirely happy with it because when you actually wear it the M and H are kind of obscured hahaha check it out:

Materials: 8 ply wool in whatever olive drab i saw first at spotlight and some other random pale yellow wool i found in my yellow yarn bag under my bed :), 3 mm and 3.75 mm circular and straight needles, stitch holder, stitch marker, darning needle.

Heres the stitchfiddle chart and ill explain it a little too. Basically the chart shows how to shape the front and back with the arm hole decreases and the top edges. So the red lines are where you cast off. You get a sloped edge on the shoulders and a neck hole, where the left and right shoulders are worked separately (hence the stitch holder!! you leave one shoulder on the holder while you knit the other) BUT WARNING my neck hole is way too small LOL i really have to yank it down over my head. id probably extend the middle cast off portion of the neck hole on the front by 1-2 cm on either side to make it more comfortable.

Basic steps are cast on 152 with 3.75 mm needles, work 15 rows of half twisted rib, switch to 3 mm needles, work stockinette for 30 cm, decrease for arm holes (138 stitches now), work rest of back/front pieces according to the chart. I duplicate stitched the logo in after, but you should be able to just follow the chart and do stranded knitting or intarsia if thats more your speed. Seam the front and back pieces together up the sides and along the shoulders using ladder stitch.

For the sleeves, pick up 90 stitches evenly around the arm hole with 3 mm circular needles, add stitch marker, knit in the round and decrease by K2tog at the start and end of every 20th row until you have 72 stitches. Then do one round of K2tog so you end up with 36 stitches, then switch to 3.75 mm circulars and do 15 rows of half twisted rib. Finish with italian bind off bc it looks so nice.

For the collar, with 3.75 mm circular needles pick up evenly around the neck hole however many you need to get around the circumference, just make sure its an even number, then do 15 rows half twisted rib and finish with italian bind off again bc it still looks so nice.

And thats it!! Let me know if you need a better explanation of anything!! Thanks for asking, id love if someone else made one!!! Or even just using the logo in your own pattern, thatd be cool as hell too!!!!

Hi there, people who like to ship quiz killer with literally anyone without any common sence, because he is "canonically pansexual/romantic" or whatever. Im here to explain why i hate [REDACTED] (as a person, his character development is mid even bad if you please) and every ship with him.

Now lets begin.

Reason number one : an enormous canon facts dilemma

If there is some information about characters, and it mentioned anywhere, but not in a game — i have all my rights to ingnore all "silly random canon facts" from Facebook blogs, streams on youtube, etc. People may don't even have a clue about existence of that stream. That's BAD character development, and y'all ready to talk about it. I had headcanon that quiz killer is aroace evil spirit of darknes with developed psychopathy, who uses corpses as vessels for like 3 years and i won't change my mind.

P.S. Also i hate the way Jackbox devs do character writing if it even was planned. Some of them are just a designs without any personality, especially new ones. All that facts about god-blessed hosts with any backstory that hidden in voicelines are literally random. You can play YDKJ Full Stream and never get "Escape the Simulation" episode because IT IS RANDOM. All fanbase need "lore-accurate archive™" with all voicelines, subtitles and sources. But im getting off-topic and may post about it later.

Reason number two : daddy issues

"Im so sorry he had such a bad childhood i wanna beat up his dad >:((" ... U know what? F*-

That fact and other disgusting things happened with character can be a background for a childhood trauma, i cant disagree with that. But the way people in fandom treating that same fact as excuse to say "aww he is killing ppl because of it, so let's ignore the fact he is doing REAL CRIMES and sugarcoat it by comparing it with Pyro's POV from TF2 because he is so silly little meow meow". Nah-uh. Its a reason for a trauma development, but not a reason to justify all his actions.

I wonder how would you guys react if murdering and kidnapping would be simply replaced by sexual harassment or even more gross.

And there may be same people are judging other characters because of gags about violence, but simp over a serial killer. We all know that famous question section where Cookie cut a head of his assistant in half, but most of people believe it was a real thing, despite lack of demonstration. It all could be just part of scenario with audio, played by a soundpad. In Trivia Murder Party we always saw...how do i say ehh...killing process, i dunno. Think about it.

Reason number three : ship dynamics

That thing always contain "kidnapper/victim" + Stockholm syndrome in 90% of cases. If you unironically ship that sheet of peace with any host, who was kidnapped in TMP 1/2 or any dolls, using all that "he quit killing people for his beloved because of love at first sight"/"i can fix him"/"from victim to happy marriage" tropes or any lovey dovey mushy UWU tropes, thinking its cute, healthy and want same kind of bf - congratulations, you are crime/abuse-romanticizing freako who need to touch some grass 🎉🎉🎉

Shipping characters that never met is weird. I mean it has a ponetial, but not if people use tropes i already wrote about earlier.

Still, in TMP2 there is lots of details that showing IS LITERALLY WANTED. Would any person date a serial killer and put their life in danger by harboring a criminal, who can get rid of you easily because you automatically becoming a witness? Im afraid not.

Same thing to selfshippers. No, you wont fix a mentally ill person you never met in IRL with one hug or kiss. If you need to talk about problems - discuss it with people you can trust or a specialist.

PRO/COM/DARKSHIP sucks, guys.

okay! this is alot. the sheer length of this thing. there's somethings that i think need to be said:

some may find the "aroace serial killing psychopath" to be stereotypical or disrespectful, but i'm not aroace so do not take my word for it. it's just from what i've heard

please do not imply selfshippers are mentally ill, need help, or that they're not allowed to selfship with redacted; that is disrespectful. redacted is not real so of course they never met him "IRL." his crimes are not real and your interpretation of him isn't everyone else's interpretation. redacted is noted to have a girlfriend (in tmp1) and is shown loving his mom, so redacted CAN care for things. also please consider the fact a selfshipper may selfship as a coping mechanism. just be a little considerate please.

(on a much smaller note: cookie DOES murder his interns, as confirmed by an AMA (ik you think secondary evidence from anywhere but the games is dumb, but it's canon and you can't really judge otherwise))

i don't normally comment on confessions and i don't like to do it, but if a group of people is being disrespected in someway i WILL point it out.
