Vegan Bolognese with vegan minced meat from sunflower seeds! First time trying and it's quite good 😚 This and pasta with garlic, mushrooms, zucchini and carrots in tomato sauce.

Als man die Halle des FZW betrat, wurde man erstmal in ein schummeriges Licht eingehüllt. Irgendwie unangenehm. Es war jedoch nicht blau sondern gelbstichig. Kann Leute also nicht von ungewolltem Drogenkonsum abhalten. Von der Vorband aus Toulouse, Frankreich, habe ich mich mal überraschen lassen, denn die kannte ich vorher noch nicht. Waren jedoch großartig. Wie eine wilde Version von Eivør trommelte eine Frau drauflos und ein Typ begleitete auf einem Alesis ebenfalls mit rhythmischer, tranceähnlicher Percussion. Dazu tanzte die Frontfrau unentwegt und heizte dem Publikum ziemlich ein. Zwischendrin gab es auch mal einen melodischeren Folk mit Akustikklampfe und gediegen sitzend auf der Bühne. Tolle Band. Empfehlung! Nachdem die Leute dann heiß genug waren, standen die Mongolen, für die alle hier waren, auf dem Programm und es dröhnte kurz nach 21 Uhr "Balls To The Wall" von Accept aus den Boxen. Es sind wirklich viele Mongolen auch im Publikum. Die haben natürlich hart gefeiert, exotisch mitgetanzt und konnten die fremdländischen Texte mitsingen. Habe mich gleich mal dazugestellt. Da war die Stimmung am besten und außerdem kommt die Band ja eh aus dem russischen Teil der Mongolei. Bis 22:30 Uhr wurde man hier bespaßt bei ausgelassener Stimmung. Am Ende gab es die Hits "Yuve Yuve Yu" und "Wolf Totem", gefolgt von einem etwas wuchtigeren Stück zum Abschluß. Mittendrin noch die Coverversion von Iron Maidens "The Trooper". Eine geile Performance, gut gespielt und absoluter Funfaktor. Würde ja sagen, dass die die nicht da waren, etwas verpasst haben. Aber wahrscheinlich haben die nicht mal eine Karte bekommen, so voll wie es war.

Things are looking up with the bad news. Hopefully it's anothing burger. Today I handled what I thought would be a nightmare change to my evening routine really well! Now I'm in bed to get some sleep. Gonna give myself 30 mins chill time in bed to adjust and let my gummy assist. I have found it a little difficult to find way of letting off into sleep recently. The usual dream suggestions aren't quite hitting. Will need to think.
