Cause wtf not? This is (probably) gonna include laws from all over the world. This is gonna include what the criminal law is, the type of criminal law it is, the severity of it, and the punishment(s) for it.

Basically, it involves having sex (though some countries define what sex for incest involves) or any kind of sexual contact with family members. In the U.S., there's a degree of kinship chart used, and many states prohibit intercourse with a 12.5% DNA share between family members, but some get up to 25%. (i will put this chart at the very bottom if you're curious)

Incest is usually charged with jail time, and usually has child abuse tacked onto it because that's what the majority of incest crimes comes with in the U.S. for some reason. (this can also lead to removal of the child from the adult)

How do they present themselves to others? ▷ Roo tends to completely shut off any form of his real self when initially meeting people, he fears coming off as weird to others, however as he gets to know people more and gets closer, his mask slowly fades. In general, he presents himself as tight and sometimes stingy and/or jumpy (to lesser known people), or he'll present himself as silly, loose and able to laugh, and better at communicating (to more well known people).

2. Do they like animals?

▷ He absolutely LOVES animals, he loves just being in proximity of them and literally wishes he could take any and all animals he sees home (the lovely cuddly ones anyways LMAOOO).

3. How do they dress? ▷ He dresses like he just fucking got out of bed most of the time. 4. How many languages do they know?

▷ 2- technically, He's fluent in english and knows very little swedish (he's trying).

How big is their family? ▷ Just to avoid me going off on an INCREDIBLY draining journey, I'm going to list off only immediate family: He has two parents, Reese and Virginia He has one immediate sister, Jordynn He has three half siblings, Devan, Deliahna and Juniper Devan and Deliahna's Father (Sort of Roo's Step/Half-Dad???) is named Noah and Juniper's Father (also sort of Roo's Step/Half-Dad?????) is named Mateo Roo has a nephew named Evan and a Niece named Josey (Both Jordynns) and he has a Brother in Law named Sean (Jordynn's husband). 6. What is their purpose in the story? ▷ Roo has no purpose, he's intended to just be a character, he's intended to be a character that I do my best to develop as almost real, he will never be real, of course, but I like to treat as though he is, additionally he's meant to show growth, and just letting characters grow and develop flaws, if you read/saw his Roo-seum post, you'd have seen just how different he was 10 years ago RT (Roo's timeline). I mean, 10 years ago RT, he was literally homophobic, and now hes VERY gay. I never intended to make roo grow as much as he has and at the end of the day, hes just a persona who was lucky enough and interesting enough to become his own character. 7. Do they know how to fight? ▷ LMFAO No. 8. What is their back story? ▷ Not typing all that, you can find his backstory (Roo-seum) on the Roo page of my blog. 9. Why is their name, their name? ▷ From a literal sense (why I chose his name), I initially chose Roo as his name, why is that his name? I dont remember. I remember I wanted to also give him a real name, and funnily enough, I REALLY like/d Harvey from SDV, and I LOVE the name Harvey its really cute, so I gave it to Roo. From a lore sense (why Virginia chose his name), when Virginia had Roo, she didn't really GAF what she named him, she was still mourning Reese's death, and she just needed a name to give Roo, and was reminded of when Reese and Her were thinking of boy and girl names, Heather? No, it's a boy. Heath? ...Uhh.. No. Melody? Still a boy. Arthur? That's a silly name (no offense to any Arthurs out there).... Harvey... It was a name that had Reese grinning from ear to ear, She'd never seen him smile that big for a name... besides her own, it was the perfect remnant of Reese. 10. Do they have any nick names? ▷ Yes. Roo. In canon, his siblings call him Harv or Rooey (like kangaroo and joey???.... LMAO), his mom used to call him Havvy as a kid/baby, but now he hates that nickname and sometimes Virginia tries to use it to get him to forgive her for the way she treated him, although he never budges. Some joke nicknames I have given him, is Rookie pookie and if I'm ever making a genderbent Roo I call him "Roo-ella", all of which are not canon names in HIS universe, but are canon names in other universe.

11. Do they have a romantic interest? ▷ uhhhh yes and no, it's complicated, he's only now realizing his feelings for a certain someone. 12. How do they cope with struggles? ▷ he cries, and he vents, he doesnt really know how to cope (in a healthy manner, like seeking therapy or doing stuff to calm him down). 13. Do they have anyone they can lean on? ▷ Yessirrr, He's got Rylan, a friend of his that I STILL need to introduce............ He also has his siblings. 14. How do they react to someone dying? ▷ ???? In sheer horror?? I'd assume he probably would be 1000x more devastated than the average human though cuz he hasn't properly experienced a loss of a loved one (like actual death loss, not like a family member leaving thats a WHOLE different story). 15. Can you name 5 personality traits they have? ▷ Introverted extrovert ("thats just an ambivert!" hes INCREDIBLY introverted, until/unless he gets to know someone who really clicks with him, at which point he becomes super extroverted, and they HAVE to click with him, otherwise he remains relatively introverted, and I do not see that fitting into the ambivert definition) Insecure (in a sense that he doubts a lot of his decisions) Overthinker Very oblivious A daydreamer. 16. How did they become a character? ▷ I don't want to keep explaining this, but in short, he's a persona that is also separately an OC. 17. Do they get along with others? ▷ He's often called charismatic cause hes such an enjoyable person to talk to, he often thinks people dont like talking to him, but thats only because he never fucking talks to people and usually only talks to someone when they initiate conversation. But yes, he does get along with others, even if he denies it. 18. What flaws do they have? ▷ Can't cope in a healthy manner, bad at initiating conversation, mega procrastinator, not super good at emotional control and often isolates himself without letting anybody know, making everybody worried, especially considering his isolation track record. 19. How do they influence the story? ▷ N/A idk cuz his life is the story and i mean like, what he does influences the story LMFAO. 20. What do they look like? ▷ We all know by now but:

How do they react to being around wild animals? ▷ He gets super SUPER nervous, but at the same time bubbles with joy cause he loves animals and wants to touch the animal, except hes fucking terrified of getting killed and ends up, of course, not touching said animal. 25. If they were given the task to prank someone, who would it be, what would they do, and would the prank work? ▷ He just wouldn't do the prank to begin with tbh, he's a little bitch like 😭😭 26. What music do they enjoy? ▷ Honest to God, he enjoys whatever music I enjoy, not saying this out of laziness, I mean like he, as a character, would genuinely just enjoy the music I enjoy. Although I will say, he'd definitely prefer more somber-esque songs.

How do they overcome obstacles? ▷ He just... idk, overcomes them, eventually tho cuz he's a procrastinator (as someone who doesnt know how I overcome my own obstacles, I dont know how to describe overcoming obstacles so this is a difficult question). 32. When faced with a difficult decision do they get stronger or break? ▷ When Roo is faced with a difficult decision, he freezes, or I guess in this case "breaks," he can't really handle the pressure of having to make big decisions and may even just subconsciously/stupidly answer (which is prominent during the Reo sub-plot). 33. Do they have any special powers? ▷ Nope. 34. How do they change throughout the story? ▷ Another situation where I point you towards the Roo-seum and also say that his story IS the story. 35. Do they have any friends? If so, are they close knit? ▷ Yes. Him and Rylan are VERY close, they met when Roo was attending College 36. How is their family life? ▷ Pretty fucking messy, you can find pretty much most of your answers in the respective posts of his siblings introduction posts. He fucking hates his Mom for leaving him, however there's two sides to this as Virginia was initially expecting to be caring for Roo with Reese, and didnt expect Reese to die so suddenly and so soon before the birth, depression sucked the life out of her and she progressively became less and less willing to live (she's doing better now, but yeesh), So it wasn't her fault, however Roo still holds a bit of a vendetta just cause she left Jordynn to care for him when she [Jordynn] was 7 He LOVESSS his siblings, except for Juniper. Jordynn raised Roo, Roo has been an off and on translator for Devan (because he cant speak fluent english), and Deli treated Roo as... basically a father since Roo showed much more love and care to her than Noah [her father] or Virginia, and he also got rid of her bullies (not in THAT way, i mean like just got them to stop bullying her) He's a hit or miss with Juniper, as he hasn't heard incredible things about her, but is warming up to her as he learned that she was recovering from her bad habits. 37. Are they likable? ▷ I mean, yea. 38. Are they the hero, or anti-hero? ▷ neither, his story does not involve that kinda stuff LMFAO and even if it did, he'd be neither cuz he'd suck at BEING BOTH 😭. 39. Do they make questionable choices? ▷ All the damn time man, as I reveal certain tidbits of his life (especially with him and leo), you'll really see his questionable decisions come to fruition. 40. How do they become who they are? ▷ Explained in his Roo-seum post 😭😭

41. How was their childhood? ▷ Pretty shitty, because of his Mom, but got better as he was "properly" taken care of by Jordynn. 42. Are they close with anyone who is going to screw them over? ▷ He used to be close to Hayden and He did something a little worse than screwed with him/screwed him over. 43.How do they adapt to different situations? Do they adapt at all? ▷ He's kind of like a sponge... I guess? While he may be uncomfortable in different or new situations/environments, he can adapt pretty well, although adapt doesn't necessarily mean comfortable for him, that just means he puts on a silly little autism mask and pretends to be comfortable. 44. How do they speak? Examples - Are they soft spoken, hot heated, vulgar ▷ I'm gonna take this as an opportunity to share my sort of voice claim for Roo, which isn't even that clear cuz I haven't found someone with the perfect voice claim yet but: His voice is a mix of Danny Gonzalez (25%) and Kryoz (75%), with Mr. Click's accent (all of these are youtubers just as a heads up ahdbsj) In general tho, I'd say he's more soft-spoken, he does swear and does get vulgar, but its funny when he does it cuz his voice does not fit the shit that comes outta his mouth sometimes. 45. Are they opposed to violence? ▷ ...Yea?? 46. When is their birthday? ▷ 10/05/95. 47. Are they quick to judge? ▷ Yes, but he usually keeps it to himself, and his judgements are often proven right, but he still prefers not to say it aloud because he feels bad. 48. Do they have anything they are trying to hide from others? ▷ His condition, otherwise called Piametia (check the linked page if your confused), although its not prominent anymore, he does find it a bit embarrassing, even though people usually find it cool, he doesn't share that bit of his life since it reminds of him when he was bullied. 49. Do they act different around different people? ▷ Every person is another personality for him. 50. Do they enjoy the arts? ▷ Yes. He LOVES art, he wishes he could draw, but as much as he tries, he always ends up getting burnt out and not drawing for several months if not entire years (art [roo] imitates life [me]).

He is SOOOOO obsessed with Science, had he been successful in college and continued his course, he, looking back on it, would've gone with a major in Science (he's flexible and literally would take any area of science except for maybe Entomology). 52. Are they more emotional or logical? ▷ Emotional for sure. 53. How do they deal with their emotions? ▷ He just lets it overcome him and honestly just waits for it to go away or until he forgets he was even feeling that emotion (in regards to negative emotions, for positive emotions, he tends to repress it a bit to not come off as overbearing, but sometimes his bucket of silliness overflows). 54. How do they cope with sadness? ▷ He doesn't. He just gets really sad, lets it consume him and waits for it to go away or until he gets distracted and forgets he was even sad to begin with. 55. What is something they care about? ▷ Probably his apartment, the placement of everything and all his stuff is literally sacred to him, and he hates it when people touches his stuff. 56. Would they die for anyone/anything? ▷ He'd die for his siblings (mayyyyybeee..... not Juniper tho), any day and any hour of the week. 57. What do they do when they are happy? ▷ Listens to music and/or goes out and does stuff/gets stuff done. 58. How would they come across to other characters? Examples- messy, lazy, childish, caring ect ▷ Depends on the character and their personality, but typically charismatic, childish, carefree and maybe even a little bit annoying, but also easy to get along with. 59. In a crowded room are they in the corners, sides, or in the middle? ▷ Probably wherever his friends are, but if he doesn't have any friends with him, he's probably in the corners or on the side.

How do they relax? ▷ He likes to walk and just appreciate his surroundings, it's very quiet and somber(?) where he lives, and he views it as cozy where some people would say overgrown, taking in nature is, while cliche, very relaxing for him, otherwise he'll just listen to music or lay on his bed and just do nothing. 63. Have they ever harmed anyone and regretted it? Verbally or physically? ▷ He left marks on Hayden physically and has never fucking regretted it and if anything wishes he left deeper marks. 64. Do they like to dance? ▷ Dancing makes Roo unbelievably uncomfortable, he tries to dance and always gets embarrassed with himself, so dancing is a NO. GO. Unless it's slow dancing and someone guides him. 65. How do they get around their environment? Examples - horses, bike, vehicle ▷ Bus, or just public transportation, he can't fucking drive. 66. Considering he literally grew up different from others and always being seen as "wrong," He's began living by that motto after his major depressive episode, and it's been slowly but surely working for him. 73. What is their biggest fear? ▷ Having what happened to him (referring to the previous question) before, happen again. 76. What are their goals? ▷ Just be a cool little guy idk LMFAO. 77. How do they go about achieving their goals? ▷ By being a cool little guy (i dont know how to set goals if you couldnt tell). 78. Do they have a fight or flight response? ▷ He has flight and then immediately freeze. 79. Is there someone in their life that they care about more than themselves? ▷ Probably Deliahna, he loves her like no other. 80. How would they fair in zombie apocalypse? ▷ He would not fair in an apocalypse, he would be frozen in fear and balled up, and would never be able to un-ball himself (this is not counting AU versions of Roo, this is only applicable to CANON Roo).

Despite the fact that he's doing a lot better now, he's still bad at managing his own mental health, he tends to forget about self-care, like eating meals at proper times, and getting laundry done. 83. Do they get along with others? ▷ I feel like I answered this already, but yes he does, although he doesn't feel like it, thats mainly cuz he overthinks and assumes they just hate him. 84 Are they lazy? ▷ No, he's pretty active (surprising.) and is pretty stingy on the cleanliness of his apartment, especially after his MASSIVE strike of depression. 85. 10.  first spring without persephone.  this was when it truly sunk in just how much he had messed things up.  it was a period of immense reflection, and guilt, and introspection. hades thought he knew what it was to be lonely before, but this was so much worse.  he realized how bad he fucked up, basically, and it impacted his future treatment of persephone significantly.

9.  being swallowed.  being consumed by your own father and spending your formative years in darkness and bile is pretty shitty, and its left him with some pretty serious issues, fears, and opinions on fatherhood.  however, the reason this is so high up on the list is simply because of the distance between hades and this event.  it was difficult, but compared to a lot of things that have come after, its… child’s play.

8.  early relationships.  some of the first relationships hades ever had (pre-persephone, of course) were pretty significant, and shaped his entire view of love and romance.  though there’s no proof, obviously, i’ve always headcanoned a lot of “non-canon” relationships during the titanomachy.  and one of those is the relationship i’ve imagined hades had with zelos during the war, which started out fairly innocent but turned out to be exploitative and unhealthy. hades was in a very vulnerable space and zelos, intentionally or not, took advantage of him, which really did not help hades’ already fragile sense of self.  then there was demeter, who in my headcanon was a very positive relationship for him, one that helped to heal his perception of love, sex, and himself a little bit.  after the war was leuce, who despite holding hades’ attention and affection, was not meant to be. i don’t think hades was at all ready for a relationship and therefore leuce did not work out.

7.  inheriting the underworld.  i don’t think hades was upset about this assignment, because he had always preferred the dark and quickly realized just how much he disliked the politics of olympus. but he wasn’t particularly thrilled either, and venturing into a massive realm, an unruly realm, and trying to make order of it was exciting, but also difficult and isolating.  and it is what solidified him as this deity to be feared, not loved.

6.  titans 2 (or 3?):  so this existed purely in the world of roleplay w/ @ ichoric but it has been no less significant on my hades.  he watched his family die, felt their souls ripped away from the world of the living.  he was forced into exile, spent weeks tracking down his missing children, running himself ragged.  for the first time since his youth, he was in full blown war again, which dredged up a lot of old horrors.  the only good that came from this was the rekindling of old relationships, wounds being closed -- particularly with his siblings, nieces, and nephews.

5.  getting sober.  i think this is one that takes time for hades to come to grips with and fully recognize its impact.  he knew how his drinking affected him and his family, and it’s part of his motivation for actually getting sober, but it’s not until he’s sober for a while that he realizes how much better they’re all doing and how much more enjoyable his life is, and generally how much healthier he is.  despite the pain he was trying to cover up, he feels happier more often.  food tastes better, he sleeps better, sex is better, everything is just so much better and he never believed it could be, but here it is and he’s so grateful for it.

4.  the titanomachy.  fairly obvious, here, but no less significant.  he emerged from the darkness and was thrown into a ten year long war, with no skills, no safety.  it was long and brutal and took so much adaptation that it left him with a lot of issues.  he was physically injured, abused, manipulated, and left in fear during this time - but he also got to meet his family, make friends, and transition too.  so it was a very significant period of time, in good and bad ways.

3.  the birth of his children.  its kind of hard to rank any one of them higher than the other, so i’m meshing them together.  its also hard to compare these to the one below, so imagine that these two are sort of all meshed together.  but he adored his children.  he never thought he would get to be a father, but then there his children were.  he cherished them.  he loved being a father.  he still does, i should add.  but in that moment, he was content.  every time one of them was born, he felt more complete.  and then disaster struck :)

2.  marrying persephone.  aside from the chaos this also created and the sheer impact it had on the world around them, marrying persephone is also the source of almost all things good in his life.  he adores his wife, grew with his wife, had beautiful children with her.  the only reason i put this above the last one is because he couldn’t have the kids without her, so… i guess this wins out.

1.  the death of zagreus.  this completely threw his entire world into chaos, broke his spirit and tore apart his family, and hades was never the same again after this happened. everything up to this point has been quite impactful, but nothing so much as this. i’ve talked a lot about how zagreus’ death affected him, so i won’t elaborate too much, but there is no denying how much this changed his life and perspective.

I wanna talk about family. Specifically, my family.

Between my bio-father, my mom, and my dad; there are 6 siblings. I'll do my best to explain, but keep in mind that I only use half and step to explain because in everyday life, we just call each other brother and sister (and sometimes not so nice names).

The oldest is my half-brother, E. He is 41 and is a very nice and laid back man. He doesn't really like our bio-father because he used to beat him.

The second oldest is my step-sister L. She is 39 and has pretty ginger hair. I get mad when she dyes her hair blonde. My Dad's oldest.

The third oldest is my step-sister A. She is 37 and a bit odd. She was born in Feb. My Dad's middle child.

The fourth oldest is my step-sister M. She is 37 but born in Oct. A is her and L's half sister by Dad. I am very proud of M, she is going to collage to be a pediatric nurse.

The fifth oldest is my blood brother, C. He is 34 and one of the funniest people you'll ever meet. My mom's first child.

I am B, and I am the baby. I am 31 and considered to be everyone's favorite. Mom's last child.

Phew, with me so far? This is where it gets a little crazy.

I have 5 older siblings and between those 5, they have 18 children. All children are written from oldest to youngest with their parent.

　Layer 2: Your Family Do you have any brothers or sisters? Two full-blooded sisters, one half-brother, two half-sisters I know, and another that I've never met, so I don't REALLY consider her my "sister," I guess. Do you have any pets? A cat, snake, and dog. Do you still live with your parents? I live with my mom. Do you have any stepparents? My dad remarried, so technically yeah. How many cousins do you have? Oh hell if I know.

　Layer 3: Your Friends Who is your best friend? My boyfriend and mother. Who have you been friends with the longest? That I still really associate with, Summer. What do you like to do with your friends? Admittedly I don't do much with friends that aren't my boyfriend, but I LIKE doing lots of stuff with such people. I like just spending time together, going out doing fun stuff, or things at each other's houses. Do you have more friends online or in real life? Oh, easily online. Do you prefer having people over to your house, or would you rather go to theirs? I prefer to visit other people's places because I'm a very awkward host that doesn't know what to do with guests.

　Layer 29: Electronics, Internet, & Social Media How much time do you spend on the Internet per day? Basically almost every waking moment and it's super sad. Which social media platforms do you belong to? Facebook, Instagram, and Tumblr (does that count?). When’s the last time you replaced the batteries in your television remote? Oh hell if I know. Are you more likely to stream movies and shows on your laptop, or cast them to your television? Uh, out of the two, I'm watching on my laptop. Do you have an e-reader, or do you prefer actual books? I STRONGLY prefer actual books, like I have absolutely zero urge to read digitally, and I think it's because it's a very rare escape FROM technology for me.

Are you looking forward to anything coming soon? Yeah, a surprise birthday party for Girt's mom. Are you dreading anything coming soon? Hm, I don't believe so, nothing that's truly "soon." Are you gullible or naive? Definitely not.

　Layer 31: Does Does your workplace make you feel like you can never take a day off without feeling guilty about it? I don't work. Does anyone out there hate you? I'm sure. Does talking about sex make you uncomfortable? If it's about MY sex life, yes. I'm extremely private about those details, but I'm not uncomfortable if other people are talking about their experiences. Does crying make you feel less strong? No, I absolutely will not feed into the bullshit that crying is a sign of weakness.

　Layer 32: Would You Do the Polar Bear Plunge? I would for charity. Ever try to walk across a room blindfolded? No. Swim with sharks? Possibly. I definitely would if I was in one of those safe cages. Go into outer space, given the chance? No, but only because of how long space expeditions are. I would miss Earth and the people I love way, way too much. But if it could be like a day-long adventure, THEN I totally would. Go out in public, looking how you do right now? I'd go in my mom's car dressed how I am (in pjs) if I was just riding somewhere and not getting out, but I wouldn't go in anywhere right now.

　Layer 33: Pets/Animals Do you have any pets? If so, what type, and their names... I have a gray and white domestic shorthair of some sort named Roman, a champagne morph ball python named Venus, and my mom's dog is a chihuahua named Cookie. If not, what type of pet have you always wanted? N/A What is your favorite animal? Meerkats, of course. Do you think it is cruel to have circus animals? of course it is????? How often do you walk your dog, if you have one? How often do you scoop the litterbox, if you have a cat? Cookie doesn't go on walks. I scoop the litterbox every few days.

　Layer 34: Food What is your favorite breakfast item? Cinnamon rolls. What is your favorite kind of dessert? Probably cakes. Do you eat all three meals everyday? Not every day, no. What’s the longest you’ve gone without food? I dunno, but nothing very long.

　Layer 35: Past Does your past ever come back to haunt you at times? Yeah, I think everyone has moments of this. What is one of your favorite memories of the past? I cherish times of playing make-believe with my sister or even myself as a little kid. What is something that you used to do in the past, but no longer do? Pray. Which historical time period would you like to go back to and check out? The time of dinosaurs lol, just put me in a safe bubble.

　Layer 36: Future Do you think you will ever get married one day? Yes. Do you plan on ever getting a different job in the future, or are you happy with the one you’ve got? I want a job to begin with. I'm never going to be happy without some sort of career. What age do you plan to retire at? Or do you plan on working til you’re dead? How the hell should I know? What is something on your bucket list worth mentioning? I want to go to the KMP to photograph and interact with the meerkats, specifically Whiskers individuals. If given the opportunity to see how your future plays out, would you take it, or no? I... don't think so. What if it's awful? I'd rather just not know that's the end of me.

　Layer 37: Hygiene How often do you shower? I struggle with self-care for a number of reasons and I do not want to share this. How often do you brush your teeth? More than I used to. Do you actually iron any of your clothes? *I* don't, my mom probably would if it was a fancy shirt and I was going to like, an interview or something. How often do you do laundry? Wow I hate this section, *I* don't, my mom does. She does our stuff together, and I don't keep track of how often the washer or dryer is on. How long do you use a bath towel before switching it out? Only once, but keep in mind I don't shower as much as I should so using it twice would be extremely gross.

　Layer 38: Clothing, Makeup, & Style Do you wear nail polish? If so, how often do you paint your nails? No. How would you describe your sense of style? Some mix of geek, goth, and metalhead, I guess. Are there any popular trends that you do not find appealing? I'm sure there are, but I don't keep track of this stuff. Where do you typically buy your clothing from? Wal-Mart or Hot Topic. What sorts of accessories do you wear/use? Piercings and one ring. Sometimes I'll put on a necklace.

　Layer 39: Hobbies Do you still color, even as an adult? Only when I draw something, really, which is already rare. Do you/would you like to crochet, knit, cross-stitch, etc? Not really. What’s the last thing you crafted all by yourself? I drew something like a year ago. Do you use Pinterest at all? Yeah. What’s the last thing that you cooked or baked? I don't cook.

　Layer 40: Dislikes List some of your pet peeves here. People trying to make conversation with me when I'm obviously listening to music (yes I know this is bitchy but it's like my biggest pet peeve there is), "tough guys," the "kill it with fire" mentality towards snakes and spiders (no seriously I fucking despise you), continuously pestering me when I need alone time (not in the case of like, ACTUALLY needing me, this is mostly a situation I've encountered with kids, who obviously don't get it and I can't be TRULY mad at), putting so much effort into a drawing and it not coming out right, competitive people (I don't get their mindset at all and it just makes you look really shitty to me), non-meat eaters acting holier than thou towards people who have meat as part of their diet, etc. What are some things that annoy you about yourself? I catastrophize like NOBODY'S goddamn business, I assume the absolute worst with like everything (this especially includes assuming everyone hates me/pretends to like me), I underestimate the shit out of myself, I'm VERY socially flighty/awkward, etc., blah blah blah this question is gonna make me upset at myself lol Is there anyone out there who you actually hate? Who? That I personally know/have known, I don't think so. The closest would definitely be Sara, but I don't feel confident saying I hate her; "hate" indicates too much of my energy going towards her, to me. I dislike the shit out of her, but "hate" just seems too intense, especially as time passes. What is a feeling that you dislike? Embarrassment. It's the worst sensation to me, I am so absurdly sensitive towards it, like I basically wanna die. Do you get some ugly road rage while driving? I don't drive, but when I did, I was way too terrified and passive of a driver to feel this. People with road rage scare me.

　Layer 41: Random Have you ever successfully pogoed on a pogo stick? Yes; I got one one Christmas as a kid and got pretty good at it. Have you ever mastered the jump rope? Not "mastered," but I got decent at it. I could jump in with one rope going, and came extremely close to jumping in while doing double dutch. Do you know what it feels like to be truly happy? As a kid, I think so. In my adult life, I think I've had moments, but it's hard to tell with depression. What’s your favorite type of survey, and why? Ones with totally random questions that you generally wouldn't be asked.

　Layer 42: Music What are some of your favorite genres of music? Mostly metal, I think industrial and heavy, specifically. I also like rock, alternative, and indie. What are some music genres that you can’t stand? Rap and country. If you had a blank pair of concert tickets, who would you hope to be going to see? Do you honestly expect me to say anything but Rammstein lmao Do you still listen to music on the radio from time to time? No. iTunes, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music, or YouTube? I normally do YouTube, especially since I tend to binge songs on repeat.

　Layer 43: Books What were some of your favorite books as a child?Stellaluna, What Makes a Rainbow?, Rainbow Fish, 10 Minutes 'til Bedtime, When You Give a Mouse a Cookie, Chrysanthemum, lots of the classics for my age group. What genre of books do you typically read most often? Young adult fantasy, maybe. What are some of your favorite books as an adult?Johnny Got His Gun, The Outsiders, Wings of Fire, The Handmaid's Tale. What is a book that you were required to read for school that you actually enjoyed?The Outsiders was the main one. Do you read any newspapers or magazines anymore? No.

　Layer 43: Around the World Where’s the best place you’ve taken a vacation and/or day trip to? A really clear lake multiple hours away from where we live now. We'd been visiting my younger sister's childhood best friend. Fish and stuff were accustomed to human presence so you swam right with them, and everything was SO clear. Oh yeah, of course Disney World was amazing too, but my memories of it are faint because I was quite young. Where is somewhere that you’d like to go someday, assuming you have the funds to do so? Alaska, particularly at a good time of year to see the Northern Lights. I'm very confident I'd cry. Where do your family members originate from? My ancestry includes German, Irish, and Polish, on my mom's side. We don't know Dad's heritage. What is your favorite type of ethnic cuisine? Honestly, probably just basic bitch American lmfao What is something that is typically representative of your own culture? Cheeseburgers? lmao

　Layer 44: Would you rather... Drink apple juice or grape juice? Apple, grape juice is repulsive. Wear pants or shorts? Pants. I never wear shorts. Be taller or shorter? I'm fine with where I am. Go to a zoo or an aquarium? Zoo. Visit an art gallery or a museum? Science museum. But an art gallery sounds nice, too.

　Layer 45: Movies Do you remember what the first movie was that you saw in theaters? I don't. What are some of your favorite movies you’ve seen?The Lion King has my heart, and I even love the "live action" remake. The Meerkats documentary is fucking beautiful, the cinematography is unreal. What genre of movie do you typically enjoy? Horror and fantasy stuff. I can enjoy comedies, too. What is a movie you’ve seen that you weren’t expecting to like, but were pleasantly surprised? Uhhhh let's see... yeah I actually don't know, I'm not one to watch movies much even if I think I WILL like them.

　Layer 46: Personality Are you more of an introvert or an extrovert? I'm way more of an introvert. Are you more easygoing and laid back, or anal? I'm a very anxious person, but still laid back in situations where I'm comfortable. Are you kind to everyone who shows that they deserve kindness? I absolutely try to be. Describe your sense of humor. I don't really know, I don't think I understand my own well enough. I don't think I'm funny, so it's hard to indentify for me. Do you tend to over-share? In real life, hell fucking no, but I KNOOOOOOOOW I do online.

　Layer 47: Celebrities Which celebrity has given their child the most unique name, in your opinion? *shrug* Are there any celebrities that you keep tabs on/read articles about often? I don't read articles on people, but I "keep up" with the Rammstein boys, as well as Markiplier, though I've eased up with knowing everything going on in his world. He's still the one YouTube channel I have notifs for though, I care about major things he shares. Who is/are your celebrity crush(es)? rzk is old enough to be my fucking father and i don't care Have you ever personally met someone famous before? If so, then who? No. Who is a celebrity that you’re getting tired of hearing about all the time? I mean, no one specifically because I don't hear about anyone excessively.

　Layer 48: Emotions When was the last time you cried? I can't remember for sure. What are some things that you’re afraid of? Parasites (especially internal), tornadoes, pregnancy, driving, becoming paralyzed from the neck down, actually becoming diabetic, never losing the weight I want to lose, going through another serious breakup, living alone on the streets... There's honestly a lot of stuff. What is something small that makes you happy? People I cherish remembering little things about me. Who is the last person that you were angry with, and about what? Ummm not sure? Are you typically a shy or outgoing person? I am extremely shy.

　Layer 50: Games What are some of your favorite video games? The Silent Hill franchise, Shadow of the Colossus, World of Warcraft, Spyro games (excluding Skylanders, I won't fucking touch it), the Resident Evil series, and mostly loads of other horror games. Do you have any computer games that you play regularly? Yeah, WoW. What was your favorite board game, growing up? I surprisingly liked "Mall Madness" a lot, even for a kid that didn't like shopping. How about your favorite card game? I liked poker at some point, but I haven't remembered the rules since I WAS a kid. How good are you at solving puzzles? (such as a Rubik’s cube, word puzzles, or putting together a jigsaw puzzle) I guess this depends on the puzzle, but I'm not exceptional at any.

Tiffanie Robinson, BJU Class of 2010.

Tiffanie E. Robinson, age 37 of Waynesboro, PA, heard well done my good and faithful servant and entered into the glorious presence of her Savior on Monday, November 25, 2024, at the Chambersburg Hospital. Her journey with cancer was finished and she now enjoys the glorious breath of heaven. Born in Terre Haute, IN on May 3, 1987, she was the daughter of Kathy J. Duncan Speers and the late Leonard Speers.

Tiffanie was a 2005 graduate of Cumberland Valley Christian School, 2009 graduate of Antietam Bible College, and she earned her Master’s in Elementary Education in 2010 from Bob Jones University. Tiffanie taught at Cumberland Valley Christian School for a short time before becoming a Mom. She was active with Child Evangelism Fellowship, served as a Missionary with CIM for 3 years, worked as a Pastor’s wife and a home manager. She lastly worked as the Assistant Director to CEF. As a testament to her faith, Tiffanie worked as a summer missionary, chapel leader, participated in Good News clubs, and worked in the Day Care industry. She was a member of Chambersburg Bible Church. Tiffanie loved to travel, especially to the beach, most often to Rehobath Beach, she also enjoyed home décor, being a dog mom, and appreciating the simple things, watching sunsets, deer, and most wildlife, however her passion was her love for Jesus, her husband, and her children. She had a tireless devotion to family and a smile that could light a room. She had a never-ending positive attitude and an infectious faith that called countless thousands to see Jesus live through her character.

In addition to her Mom, she is survived by her beloved husband of 14 years, Matt A. Robinson, whom she married on August 14, 2010; three children, Noah A., Maggie M., and Titus E. Robinson all of Waynesboro, PA; two siblings, Christopher Speers (wife Mindy) of Thompson, OH and Heather Meyers (husband Corey) of Mechanicsburg, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Tiffanie’s life will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 10 AM at the Chambersburg Bible Church, 810 Orchard Dr., Chambersburg, PA 17201, where Pastor Sean Coffey will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM on Monday, December 2, and Tuesday one hour prior to the service at the above church and address. Everyone in attendance is encouraged to wear colors representative of her beloved sunsets, oranges, pinks, and purples. Interment will follow the funeral service in Lincoln Cemetery.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., Chambersburg, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Child Evangelism Fellowship Franklin/Fulton, P.O. Box 6, Waynesboro, PA 17268. Eddie As An Uncle Headcanons

My hcs about if Eddie was an Uncle bcuz yes

Totally wont be basing these off of what I think could work and mostly based off his uncle-niece dynamic with my oc Bean Idk what ur talking about. Before I get into this Yes I understand he is NOT canonically an uncle, Yes I understand some of my hcs could be a stretch you don't have to like them and its okay if you don't I don't expect everyone to have the same hcs or even like the Uncle Eddie idea But that doesnt mean I cant have fun with a silly idea that brings me comfort/happiness or that I cant use this to help me cope with my own issues. So if you dont like these you can keep it to yourself. Block me if you have to but dont try to invalidate MY hcs especially when they're NOT problematic and made just for fun. So without further adu lets get into the hcs now shall we since I've gotten that lil explanation out of the way. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. He’d be a pretty fun and goofy uncle. Though he wont be afraid to be strict with the kid when he has to. He may be fun/goofy/etc but he still is responsible and considers it his responsibility to be able to put his foot down

So he would probably treat the niece and/or nephew as if they were his own kid He probably also lovingly refers to the kid as “my kid/kiddo” He doesn't care if that's “just his niece/nephew” If he says that's his kid then that's his kid End of story You can’t change his mind ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Due to his fatherly side and very likely close bond he’d have the kid he’d probably be the Godfather if not some other relative. I can definitely see Eddie willing to take that sort of responsibility I think his only concern tho would be that he doesn't live on his own He lives with his friends so that may be a bit harder to arrange and have the kid adjust to. Other than that he would be great at that role bcuz he was probably already like a 3rd parent type of uncle anyways

He’d give embarrassing nicknames just to mess with the kid ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7. He can have a tendency to be overprotective While his heart would be in the right place and would mean well Doesnt mean he cant get unnecessary with it like god forbid the kid starts dating someone or some shit He’d try to have it under control but if he senses the kid’s partner could cause trouble, break their heart or some bad shit towards his kid He is NOT having it like nuh-uh none of that shit he’s getting ready to bury a body That one Family Guy scene is literally going to be him

He SO WOULD BE THE EMBARRASSINGLY SUPPORTIVE UNCLE Lemme give an example with my AB Oc Bean So I have it written in canon that when she is 17 and is currently playing in her highschool’s volleyball team and whenever she was little she played Little League Softball And I could so see Eddie embarrassing the absolute HELL out of her during her games/tournaments Hes just yelling at her from the stands “WHOOO HELL YEAH BEANIE YOURE DOING GREAT!!” “THATS MY GIRL!!” Or some shit like that and not only does he do that but nearby ppl in the stands have to deal with Eddie pointing Bean out and going “You see her? THATS MY NIECE!” In his embarrassingly proud way And poor Bean is beyond embarrassed hiding her face with her hand or any other way to hide and her teammates could look at her and go “So thats your uncle?” And Beans just like “Him? No I dont even know him” And Eddie still continues his embarrassing antics bcuz why wouldn’t he XDD Eddie isnt normally the embarrassing type of uncle but this is definitely a time where he does become that ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- And that is all I have for now! If I do come up with more later I can try to add them! If you guys also have ideas I would love to hear them especially for the other members of Alpha Team bcuz I dont have nearly as many or as in thought and I really want more for them! Dutch words and phrases in aap noot mies

Hello, if you’re reading this, you’ve read aap noot mies. Thank you for reading. This fic had Blaine, an alien, teaching Kurt how to speak Dutch. The learning of the language was secondary to the whole falling in love thing, but there’s still plenty of Dutch in this fic.

I made the choice to not add translations, mostly out of laziness and also because I liked the idea of keeping people in the dark. It shows how hard it is to learn languages. Does that make sense? I feel like it adds something more. I did try to add as many context clues and sometimes vague translations in the text, but there’s no actual word list.

Well, I decided to give some possibly curious people a list after all. 

So here we go.

1. Warn - 7 points 

No Dutch!

2. Decay - 11 points 

“Aangenaam kennis maken,” Kurt says, because yes, of course, Dutch! That’s why Blaine’s here, to teach the language, not to gawk at Kurt.

“Aangenaam kennis te maken,” Blaine says back.

Aangenaam kennis te maken is nice to meet you. Kurt didn’t get it right the first time, so Blaine corrects him.

3. Year - 7 points 

No Dutch!

4. Snap - 6 points 

“How do you say ‘Are you single?’ in Dutch?”

“Ben jij vrijgezel?” Blaine answers.

What is says on the tin.

5. Slick - 13 points 

“Het spijt me.”

Het spijt me is I’m sorry. This phrase comes back several times, so I won’t repeat it in this post.

“Het zonnetje in huis,” Blaine says sarcastically

This is a saying. Literally, het zonnetje in huis translates to the sun at home, but it means that someone is very bright and happy. Blaine uses it sarcastically to mock Rachel.

6. Caved - 11 points 

A lot of Dutch here!

“So, in the Netherlands, my dad has a zus-,” Kurt points towards a certain part of a hastily drawn family tree, “-and that zus has two children, so my dad has two… what is niece or nephew in Dutch again? Neef and nicht both are cousin, right?”

Blaine nods.

“The Dutch language doesn’t make a distinction between the kids of a sibling and the kids of an uncle or aunt, which means that your dad has a neefje or nichtje. Those are the diminutives of neef and nicht.”

Kurt is scribbling it down. He’s adding the words to the family tree.

He reads out loud.

“Okay, my father has two zussen. My tante Janine, who is married to oom Paul, and they have two children: Anne and Jeroen. Then there’s my tante Barbara, who is married to Ellen, and they have a daughter named Gwen. And both my dad and I can call those children neef and nicht. I do not know if they have partners.”

Zus = older sister

Neef/nicht = older cousin

Neefje/nichtje = younger cousin

Zussen = sisters

Oom = uncle

Tante = aunt

“Een vriend.”

“Isn’t that also the word for friend?” Kurt asks, “As in, a regular totally platonic no-romo friend?”

“Yes, it can be confusing. To avoid confusion, some people refer to a friend as een vriend, a friend, or één van mijn vrienden, one of my friends. And then to a boyfriend as mijn vriend, my boyfriend. Or de vriend. The boyfriend,” Blaine explains and maybe Rachel put something in the milkshakes because he feels particularly daring and adds: “As an example, I am een vriend of yours, not de vriend. Assuming that I am a friend.”

Also explained here, and yes, this can be annoying and confusing.

7. Anger - 6 points

“When you combine two words, why do some plural forms lose a letter, like zonnen with straal becomes zonnestraal?” “Quite frankly, this makes no sense. Why is it Koninginnedag, but also koninginnensoep? There are a lot of exceptions to rules on plural forms. It causes understandable anger and annoyance.”

All the stupid grammar rules are very real. Zonnen is suns, straal is beam, so zonnestraal is sunbeam. Koninginnedag is Queen’s Day, a former national holiday in the Netherlands. It’s now Koningsdag, King’s Day, since we now have a king. I honestly do not know what koninginnensoep is. It’s... soup? It translates to queen’s soup.

Okay, hi, we’re a couple of days later now and I looked it up. It really is soup. It’s chicken broth with roux, and it originated in France under the name potage à la reine, aka soep a la Koningin, aka soup a la Queen. Fun fact, I now learnt the English word for bouillon.

“Why do you put the diaeresis on the last e in ideeën, but on the second one in creëren?” “Because it notes a new syllable.”

Ideeën is ideas and creëren is to create (a verb). This is actually really nice, because I sometimes confuse this as well.

I also added this in the author’s note:

At the moment, mine is the difference between leiden and lijden.

Lijden and leiden are pronounced the same, but lijden is to suffer and leiden is to lead, so yeah, that is weird.

8. Jest - 11 points 

“Is dit heel, uh, erg?”

“Nee, het is oké,” Blaine says back.

Is dit heel erg? can be translated to is this wrong? or is this a bad idea? Kurt’s asking if it’s a problem that they’re meeting at the loft. Nee, het is oké is similar to the English translation: no, it is okay.

9. Chime - 12 points

“Natuurlijk,” Blaine replies.  

Natuurlijk in this context is of course. In other contexts it can be translated to natural.

“Welkom!” he says

Welkom is... welcome. Yeah, this one isn’t very difficult.

10. Pleased - 10 points

“Isn’t that the thing they say in the Netherlands? When someone’s hot, you say they’re een stuk. A piece.”

It falls into place for Blaine and he lets out a laugh. Even Wes and Rachel lose sight of each other to stare at him.

“I mean, yeah,” Blaine says laughingly, “They do say that, and yes, stuk can be translated to piece. Een stuk taart is a piece of cake, but this sounds wrong.”

This is also explained. This part was a last minute addition, but I just remembered that people really say “een stuk” here and it just amused me a lot.

11. Imagine - 10 points 

“Proost!”

This is the Dutch way of saying cheers before drinking.

“Mijn hemel, don’t make my heart jump like that! Imagine my heartbreak!”

It’s very funny that a song called Hemel & Aarde (Heaven & Earth) just started playing. Mijn hemel literally translates to my heaven, but when it’s exclaimed like that, it is similar to oh my God.

Je bent mooi = You are beautiful

Ik vindt je leuk = I like you

Wil je met me uit? = Do you want to go out on a date?

Ik heb een oogje op je = I have an eye on you (????)

Je bent een stuk = You are a piece (??????????)

Ik vindt je lekker = I think you are delicious

The translations are in the text, but I feel like I have to explain some of them, especially Ik heb een oogje op je, Je bent een stuk and Ik vind je lekker (without the added t for vindt, cause yeah that is wrong) since they are proverbs. Kurt wrote down the literal translations, and yes they are questionable. 

When you say Ik heb een oogje op je, you tell someone that you’ve got a crush on them. It’s basically another way to say I like you in Dutch. The whole Je bent een stuk has been explained in the story. It means that you find someone attractive. And last, Ik vind je lekker. Oh man, it’s seen as a bit crass. Lekker is delicious, but in this context it means that you find someone extremely hot, sexually, which is why Blaine thinks it’s a bit too much for Kurt to say so early. Saying that someone is delicious sounds like an innocent flirt, but not here.

“Oh, auw, dat was niet de bedoeling…” Blaine says as he rubs his chin, “That wasn’t meant to happen.”

“Er is niks aan de hand, there is nothing wrong,” Blaine reassures them.

These also have their translations in the text. I initially only wrote the Dutch ones, but I figured this would maybe be a bit too difficult with the limited context.

“Ja?”

“Ja.”

12. Wished - 13 points

Weltrusten, it reads.

Weltrusten is good night.

Ik studeer aan NYADA! Wait. Studeer aan or studeer op?” “Aan.”

I study at NYADA. The whole part with studeer aan or studeer op actually happened to me while writing this. I was confused for a second.

"Hebben ze jou net uit de oven gehaald? Want jij bent heet!”

This translates to Did they just take you out of the oven? Because you are hot!

13. Package - 16 points

Bonus Chinese! This is because I am actually following a Chinese course now. 

“晚上好, 我们要点菜,” Blaine says and he orders a lot of food for the two of them.

The pinyin is Wǎnshàng hǎo, wǒmen yàodiǎn cài. It means good evening, we want to order food. Thanks to zipadeedoodah#0724 and Lauren starwarned#2819 from the Carry On Discord for confirming that this is correct.

14. Riches - 11 points

“I can make lunch!” he says, “I have some boterhammen.”

“… Butter hams?” Kurt asks with a frown.

“Sandwiches,” Blaine explains as he walks towards the kitchen, “But yes, boter translates to butter and hammen to hams. Good job.”

This entire conversation was basically created by Gwen @cerriddwenluna. In the Lima Bean Discord, Iz @special-bc-ur-part-of-it asked us if the Dutch word for sandwiches really translated to butter hams. 

Yes. Yes, it’s true.

“Unfortunately peanut butter,” Kurt says with a smile.

Now this is what Gwen suggested. The sandwich convo all led up to this! “But this isn’t Dutch!” you say, and yes, but I lamented that I hadn’t put an unfortunately peanut butter joke in the fic.

Unfortunately peanut butter translates to helaas pindakaas in Dutch. Helaas pindakaas is a proverb and it means too bad. It’s a small inside joke and if you know, then you know.

And if you didn’t, then now you know too.

15. Epilogue

They’ve landed in the Netherlands, so of course there is a lot of Dutch!

“Ik ben nerveus,” he says. “Is it bad that I am this nervous? I’ve talked to them a lot, but now we’ll meet them face to face.”

Ik ben nerveus is I am nervous.

“Ik ben er voor je,” Blaine also says in support. 

Ik ben er voor je is I am there for you. We love a supportive alien bf!

“Ik wil dat je erbij bent.”

Ik wil dat je erbij bent is I want you to be there. Ah, damnit, the song Zoutelande just started playing in my head, because that has a similar line that says Ik ben blij dat je hier bent, which means I am happy that you’re here. Okay, little tangent here, since this isn’t in the fic, but I think the song is popping, so give it a listen. I don’t listen to a lot of Dutch music, but some are indeed good and you can find them here in my Bitterballen mix playlist.

“Mam, mama!” Gwen yells to the adults, “Kurt spreekt Nederlands!”

“Echt?” Barbara, who is still hugging Burt, sounds bewildered.

Burt and Carole also picked up some very, very basic sentences from Kurt and Blaine and Kurt’s extended family is delighted.

“Wat een verassing!” Janine says and she claps her hand in delight.

Gwen: Mom, mom! Kurt speaks Dutch

Barbs: Really?

Janny: What a surprise!

“En dit is Blaine, mijn vriend, in every sense,” Kurt says and Blaine shakes hands with everyone, “Hij heeft mij Nederlands geleerd. Hij is een goede leraar.”

“Bedankt,” Blaine blushes. 

Kurt: And this is Blaine, my boyfriend, in every sense*. He taught me Dutch. He’s a good teacher.

Blaine: Thanks

* the in every sense is a callback to the bullshit that een vriend can be a friend and a boyfriend in Dutch. Blaine is Kurt’s friend AND boyfriend.

I'll do Rin from "forgetfull", cause I want to get to know her myself (this is from right after she wrote the book, as the story spans a while)

1. Are you named after anyone?

I don't know. Maybe? It's a common enough name, I've met enough people with it. I'll have to ask one of my siblings to see if they know/

2. When was the last time you cried?

Editing that memoir. I hate memoirs. There was one part I had left blank, as I usually do when writing my books if I can't come up with something. But this was my memoir. I should have known what happened.

3. Do you have kids?

No. But I've got some nieces & nephews I'm getting to know

4. Do you use sarcasm?

Not really. I think I used to more, but too often misinterpreted. (Also I think my young about "getting rid of all lies" phase might have had something to do with it)

5. What's the first thing you notice about people?

I don't know. What their job is, if it's evident.

6. What's your eye color?

Brown

7. Scary movies or happy endings? 

Happy endings. I don't get all that scared & so can't fully appreciate the scary movies

8. Any special talents? 

I feel like I should say writing, but I could also argue staying secretive (ruined that with the memoir, but eh, it happens)

9. Where were you born?  

I think on the boat I'm currently on. But all the documentation I have leaves that field unknown. Maybe there's my birth certificate around here somewhere.

10. What are your hobbies?

I'd have said writing, but now that I'm actually accessing the money I'm earning, it feels like a job.

11. Have you any pets? 

There's a cat on this boat. He's pretty cute

12. What sports do you play/have played?

I used to run track and do cross country. There was a time when I was a part of a bowling league.

13. How tall are you?

I don't know. You'd think I would, I haven't grown in years now. Somewhere around 5'6", probably.

14. Favorite subject in school?

Math. It went pretty easy. There's a reason I went into a technical, sciencey job after graduation.

15. Dream job? 

I really have no idea. I've had a lot of jobs over the years. I do really like writing books, although I'll see if I like it as a full time job. (So far I don't. Memoir.) Other than that, I could see teaching being interesting if I did it for actually long enough. Or, there's a few things I'd be interested in researching.

i have So Many headcanons abt the Triumvirate's family so figured i should probably write them down

first off, they all lived on the same street from the time they were 7 and Ferre moved there to 18 when they all went off to the same university

their houses are in a triangle: Enj and Courf on one side, and Ferre across from them

okay so Courfeyrac first. because his family is huge.

he's the exact middle of 7 kids, ranging from 3 years older than him to 10 years younger

the sibling he's closest to is his brother Luc, who's 11 months older

they were in different grades, but they weren't even a year apart

the two of them shared a bedroom for 17 years, they sorta had to get along

anyways, Luc, plus the oldest two de Courfeyrac siblings, twins Emma and Max, all have kids

so Courf is 22 and has 5 nieces and nephews

plus Emma's pregnant and his little brother Quentin (who's 20) is engaged so that will probably mean MORE children

but he's really REALLY good with small children, thanks to growing up with many of them

his youngest sister, Zoé, is 12 and goes to school with Gavroche

(they get along fine, but they aren't really friends. they'll talk if a teacher makes them table partners but only hang out if Courf is there too)

he also has cousins. so many cousins.

Courf's parents both came from large families, too - his mom is the oldest of 5 and his dad is the second oldest of 7

therefore, he has close to 40 cousins, the oldest 9 years older than him and the youngest 23 years younger

(one time, he flirted with a girl he met at the Corinthe and she turned out to be his cousin. that was really awkward. the Amis never let him hear the end of it. neither did the cousin.)

Combeferre has the smallest family out of the Three

only his mom, dad, him, and his little brother Pierre, who's 4 years younger, the same age as Courf's sister Léa and Enj's sister Aggie

(those 3 were inseparable. Triumvirate 2.0)

a couple of his uncles are only a few years older than he is and are more like cousins to him

Enjolras has 4 younger sisters, Adélaïde (AJ ), Adrienne, Agnès (Aggie), and Aimée

(you'll notice all their names start with A. their parents had a type)

AJ and Adrienne are 2 years younger, Aggie is 5 years younger, and Aimée is 6 years younger

he was closest with AJ growing up, and still is now

AJ is studying abroad in London but always stays with Enj when she comes home from vacation

(mostly bc their parents are terrible. like who let them have kids.)

Enj's other siblings he doesn't see as much bc they're spread out all across the globe and are rarely all in the same place at the same time
