## **Types of Deposit Boxes**
There are commonly two types of protection deposit boxes: the ones housed inside financial institution vaults and people provided by personal vault centers. Bank vaults are usually handy during everyday banking hours, while private vault centers may also offer prolonged admission to hours and extra facilities.
## **Benefits of Safety Deposit Boxes**
The number one gain of protection deposit packing containers is their exceptional protection. These containers are designed to face theft, fireplaces, and herbal disasters, offering a haven for your most treasured possessions.
## **Choosing a Safety Deposit Box**
When choosing a protection deposit box, it's essential to remember elements such as size, accessibility, and price. Conducting thorough studies and comparing alternatives will ensure you discover the right match for your desires.
## **How to Rent a Safety Deposit Box**
Renting a safety deposit container is a truthful procedure that usually requires legitimate identification and a condominium settlement. Once rented, you may be granted exceptional right of entry to the field and its contents.
## **Items Suitable for Storage**
Safety deposit containers are best for storing files, wills, deeds, insurance regulations, rings, uncommon collectibles, and other valuable items. However, certain objects, such as perishable items and dangerous materials, aren't appropriate for the garage in these packing containers.
## **Safety Deposit Box Regulations**
Various policies govern the usage of protection deposit boxes, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and shield the pastimes of both box proprietors and vault facilities.
## **Maintaining Privacy and Confidentiality**
Vault facilities prioritize customer confidentiality, employing strict privacy guidelines to guard the identities and possessions of field proprietors.
## **Accessing Your Safety Deposit Box**
The authorized right of entry to a protection deposit container is usually granted upon presentation of legitimate identity and adherence to installed safety protocols. In case of emergencies, designated approaches make specific prompts to gain admission to the field contents.
## **Insurance for Safety Deposit Boxes**
While safety deposit packing containers offer exceptional safety, obtaining coverage insurance adds further protection against unforeseen situations such as theft, damage, or loss.
## **Costs Associated with Safety Deposit Boxes**
The cost of renting a protection deposit container varies depending on elements, including extra services provided by the vault facility. Budgeting for apartment expenses and any associated prices is essential to ensure you get the right of entry to your container.
## **Alternatives to Safety Boxes**
For those looking for alternative storage solutions, domestic safes and virtual garage alternatives provide feasible options to standard safety deposit containers.
## **Security Tips for Using Deposit Boxes**
To maximize the security of your protection deposit box, adhere to satisfactory practices with ordinary inventory exams, update the right of entry to protocols, and maintain confidentiality concerning box contents.

NO I’M NOT IN LOVE ☆ rafe cameron PART 1
Tumblr media
✦ . MATTER FACT, WE COULD BE FRIENDSES
Tumblr media
𝜗𝜚 bodyguard!rafecameron x popstar!reader
Yn Yln has been dealing with too many stalkers and papparazi lately, it's made her team worry about her and hire her a personal bodyguard. Insert Rafe Cameron, the new bodyguard, who is the talk of the internet every time he is working. Known as 'the attractive grumpy bodyguard'. And well now even Yn can't resist the charm.
𓂃.☘︎ part one 𓂃.☘︎ part two
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
FAMOUS BODYGUARD, WE’VE ALL SEEN HIM AROUND, RAFE CAMERON. BUT WHAT DO WE REALLY KNOW ABOUT THIS MAN?
Rafe Cameron was born on June 14, 1997 in North Carolina, United States as the son of wealthy corporate lawyer Ward Cameron. He was raised In luxury Figure eight.
In July 2015, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps against his father’s wishes, as it was decided from early age he should take over his father’s law firm which he turned down when he turned eighteen.
He completed his basic training at Parris Island, then went to The School of Infantry (SOI) located in eastern North Carolina at Camp Lejeune.
In 2016 he was assigned as 1st Recon Battalion at Camp Pendleton In San Diego, California. Where he had to sneak into dangerous places to find information and spy on their enemies. He careied out quick attacks with small teams. He applied for MARSOC selection, where he had to do extremely tough training, and only a few make it through — like Rafe.
After such difficult training at MARSOC he became a Critical Skills Operator — highly trained Marine and got deployed to multiple operations like Afghanistan, Northern Africa, and Eastern Europe all throughout 2018 until 2020.
He returned in 2021 with minor injuries during his latest mission, but with lingering PTSD symptoms. He received Navy Commendation Medal and Joint Service Achievement Medal. In 2021 he got honourably discharged after his 6 years of service for the country.
Coming home he cut contact with his father as refused to work for Ward Cameron in any way, he spend 6 months recovering off-grid while regaining mental stability.
Months later he joins HAVOC Security Solutions, a private security firm, who are known for protecting famous artists and CEO’s. He got recommended to work for Yn Yln in 2023 after a dangerous stalker-incident at one of her concerts in Los Angeles.
After this he became her full time protection agent and follows her around the world, he has protected her from many crazy fans around the world. He’s known online as the grumpy but hot bodyguard of Yn Yln, always seen grumpy around everyone but soft and caring when it comes to the singer herself.
Press has begun romantically linking him to Yn Yln but they’ve both haven’t said a word about it anywhere.

I feel that after the first baby, it just further fuels these men's need to breed, so how quickly are they trying to get reader to have another baby/how long does it take to secure Baby 2: The Sequel? Do they use the same methods as the first time or do they switch it up? I imagine they're waiting just until reader is cleared by the doc to start trying again. Sorry if this is weird
Don’t ever apologize for being who you are. It is us freaks that are the cultural backbone of society.
It depends a lot on you! Like, baby one is obviously the hardest sell. Usually if mama liked baby one then baby two is not a hard sell at all if the means are available! But I think they do vary a lot on the in between period.
Uhmmm author’s note now that I finished this: I am so sorry I did you first, Gaz. Because I clearly just got progressively more insane and you suffered from first pancake here. No one look at me I’m ovulating rn
cw: pregnancy. So much baby.
Gaz wants like 1 year of baby one before moving onto baby 2. Enough to get used to things. Then, he will gently broach the baby 2 topic. Starts heavy with the compliments.
“He’s just so perfect. Having a baby with you has been like a dream come true, love. But you know what’s better than one baby?”
Soap is gonna wait til one of the development milestones, either speech or assisted walking. Truly, he wasn’t sure that he even wanted another one, but once your baby starts talking he’s like oh my god. It’s all happening too quickly. Tomorrow I’ll be sending him off to college. I need another one.
“Don’t ye think he’s a bit… lonely, hen? Think he needs a little sibling… Maybe two. And, well, ye dinnae want there to be a middle child, so, four total should do it, right, bonnie?”
Ghost is going for a 4-6 year gap. I think you all underestimate just how much he loves your first baby. Light of his life. Never thought there could be something in this world as beautiful as you. Perfection incarnate. How is it just? That he should be such a bastard for his whole life and get blessed with this? He mourns every moment he misses. Thinks about quitting the service altogether— just to spend more time at home. He never felt the itch to come home from deployment before he met you, and now that there’s the baby too, it’s agonizing. Every photo sent to him from you is equal parts soothing and torturous. Every time he has to leave, he says sternly to his baby, “you’d better not be any bigger when I get back, sweet’art, or you’re in big trouble.” It’s when she starts going off to school, getting dropped off for the whole day, that he’s ready for another. Be just can’t bear the thought of coming home on leave and not having a baby to spend every second with. He’ll cry if he has to drop her off at school every day without another little rugrat in his arms to keep him strong.
“Must be gettin’ bored— little darlin’ off at school all day…Think I’ve got a solution for that, dovie.”
Price is the man that’s waiting for the doctor’s go ahead to start trying for another. He wants one in your belly, one on your hip, and one clutching at your skirts at all times. He wants to be covered in munchkins when he walks through the front door. This man doesn’t just want a family, he wants a clan.
“Just the three of us in this big house…. Seems like a waste, doesn’t it? And I remember that wallpaper you fancied at the shops the other day… perfect for another nursery, don’t you think?”
König is waiting 2-4 years. He is another man who has complete and total reverence for the miracle that is his first child. I like to imagine he felt such giddiness at seeing your baby photos, now that he has his own? It’s nothing short of euphoria. He’s a papoose kind of dad— loves the constant contact. Similar to Soap, he has a complete crisis when his baby takes her first steps. “What if one day, she doesn’t need me anymore? Gott in himmel— it’s all happening too quickly, meine liebe.” So he’s quite eager to have another once you’re both feeling settled and a bit more confident with the first.
“You are a wonderful mother, you know. I knew you would be. I think… we can handle one more, ja?”
Nikolai has a sort of que sera mentality. Whatever will be, will be. Of course he would love a big family, but he won’t be tracking your cycles after the first baby. He’s confident in his virility. Will you go on birth control? No. Will he be pulling out? Also no (mostly. Sometimes a pretty girl needs a pearl necklace). So if you get pregnant again straight away— lovely. If it takes another year or so for things to line up that way, that’s fine too. More time for him to think of names. He’s not a greedy man, he knows that having you in one arm and your baby in another is a wealth most men will not know in their entire lifetimes, and he has a lot of life yet to live.
“A gift that begets more gifts. That’s what you are, malyshka. I’ll not forget that for as long as I live.”

the voice pt.1
Tumblr media
listener!sevika x radio host!reader
Tumblr media
modern au, veteran!sevika, sevika has ptsd, insomnia, sevika’s perspective, one-sided pining (maybe), open ending, not a lot of interaction between reader and sevika in this one don’t come for me. pt 2
sevika drops her keys into the bowl by the door. they hit too loud. a sharp, clinking sound in the silence. she winces, just barely.
another shitty shift. another overpaid asshole who thinks a private bodyguard is an accessory they can use however they like.
she shrugs off the jacket, boots next. cracks her neck, rolls her wrist. the place is dim, lived-in, but clean. everything in its place. chores are done like muscle memory. she feeds the sourdough starter. checks if the security camera picked up anything weird. throws a dark load into the wash.
it’s 01:07 when she finally sits down. just sits.
she doesn’t want to look at her phone. doesn’t want a drink. doesn’t want anything.
sleep won’t come. it never does. she doesn’t even try anymore.
“have you ever thought that maybe you don’t want to sleep on a subconscious level?” her therapist said last week, like she knows shit, “the brain resists closing loops it doesn’t trust,”
sevika wanted to laugh in her face. like hell she wants to lie awake until dawn staring at the ceiling.
she only keeps going to that therapy thing because it’s in her contract. graveline security solutions mandates it for field agents with over 6 years on record. mental hygiene or whatever. bullshit.
she shifts on the couch. the silence stretches. the lights from the street bleed in weak and watery through the blinds. and then — her elbow knocks the old radio. just a little nudge, but apparently it’s all that takes to turn it on. static, then music.
low and husky, something dreamy. guitar like honey, drums like heartbeat.
she wants to turn it off, but for some unknown reason, she doesn’t. not just yet.
a female voice comes in. your voice.
soft, just a little sharp around the edges. it feels oddly familiar instead of performative. as if the hostess of this programme sevika is hearing for the first time is not a hostess of any programme but just an old friend one’d have a deep talk in the middle of the night during your camp.
this is something i wrote only recently when i was thinking about silence. don’t you think it’s often waiting, rather than empty?
the voice says. then music again.
sevika blinks and leans back slowly, letting the song fill up the space around her.
she doesn’t mean to listen to the whole thing, but she does. she doesn’t know when it started, but it ended at 02:00.
you read letters, tell small stories, pause often like you’re checking if whoever is listening to you is still there.
if you’re still awake, i hope you sleep well when it comes. and if it doesn’t — you’re not alone. this was midnight voice. goodnight.
then silence.
⚢ ⚢ ⚢
it starts again the next night. around midnight.
she doesn’t think about it too much — just comes home, throws her bag somewhere, peels off the layers of another long day. the same old ghost chewing on her spine.
and then she turns on the radio.
walks around the apartment, lights a cigar, window cracked just barely open.
tonight’s air feels heavier, doesn’t it? not in a bad way, just.. full. that’s good. we don’t always have to be light.
your voice. same gentle, slightly hoarse tone, like you’ve been whispering all evening. like you’re not talking to a crowd — just to someone.
sevika exhales smoke slowly. watches it curl toward the ceiling.
she doesn’t mean to stay again. but by the time the hostess says “sleep well, wherever you are”, sevika’s leaning back in her chair, legs stretched, half-lidded eyes, cigar long dead in the tray.
another night sevika is eating too late — steak she didn’t finish from lunch, cold, directly from the pan. radio’s already on when she sits down.
i got a letter from a trucker today. said he only catches this show when he’s stuck on the road overnight. he called this program a lighthouse. i liked that.
sevika’s chewing slows. she looks at the radio like it might look back.
a lighthouse, huh? a bit dramatic, maybe. but hell — she’s slept three nights in a row now. a full night sleep without any nightmares. that hasn’t happened in years.
she might be reading when the radio’s on at that time. or trying to. the words blur sometimes. doesn’t matter. the voice helps. she doesn’t even notice when the book slips out of her hand. just wakes up at 6:12am, blanket pulled over her somehow.
by the end of the week, sevika is counting down to midnight. not out loud. not even consciously. but she’s waiting.
23:50 — she paces.
23:57 — she brushes her teeth, takes off all extra clothes.
00:00 — she turns on the radio.
hi. if you’re still awake.. i’m glad we’re here again.
yeah.
me too.
⚢ ⚢ ⚢
the therapist’s office smells like artificial citrus and beige carpet. sevika stares at the wall clock. the constant tick-tacks annoy her.
“how is your sleep lately?” her therapist, a woman probably around her age, who looks like she owns a library and three cats, says.
sevika shrugs. “fine,”
“fine, as in?”
“i’m sleeping. through the night,”
that gets her a look.
“interesting,” therapist’s face is thoughtful, “did you find a hobby? something relaxing before bed?” she asks, curious if sevika indeed listened to her words and didn’t brush them all off.
sevika exhales through her nose.
“there’s this radio show,” she finally says reluctantly, as if the late-night program was a secret only her and the voice shared.
“radio?”
“midnight to two. some woman talks. plays music,”
therapist nods, starts scribbling.
“and it helps?”
“i guess. i don’t dream,”
“that sounds like progress,”
sevika rolls her eyes, but doesn’t argue.
⚢ ⚢ ⚢
at work, someone notices. unfortunately, it’s jinx, the owner’s wild-ass daughter who was somehow given a desk and a badge. everyone knew she was a troublemaker and she also annoyed the fuck out of sevika.
she follows sevika into the breakroom, grinning like a raccoon on acid. sevika wouldn’t be surprised if that were to be true.
“you’re too quiet,” jinx says, narrowing her eyes. she studies sevika’s face, searching for some signs that it’s an alien who murdered sevika and took her face.
sevika looks up.
the girl continues, “in a less scary ogre way, you know? did you kill someone or get laid?”
“get out of my face,” sevika glares.
jinx throws her hands up, “so it was getting laid. i knew it!” but before the woman starts threatening her, she adds, “alright, jeez. but tell your mystery woman she’s doing the world a service,” she skips out.
⚢ ⚢ ⚢
by the way, let me remind you that we have an inbox, in case you ever feel like talking. well, writing. it’s open. no pressure.
that night, sevika doesn’t think about it much.
she’s never written a letter. not really. doesn’t see the point. let people write their little poems or confessions, whatever keeps them breathing.
she’s not that kind of person.
yet the next morning, she opens her laptop.
hands hover above the keys.
she types.
you said silence isn’t always empty. sometimes mine is just fucking loud
stares. backspace.
you talk like you know people. you don’t. not really
delete. pause. try again.
i don’t sleep. i do now. it’s your fa—
ugh. what is she, seventeen?
with an irritated grunt, she slams the laptop shut and goes to shower. forgets about the whole thing.
later that evening, sevika gets pulled into a fancy dinner. some celebration. new contract, big client, who knows. silco insisted she at least shows her face.
she walks in dressed better than usual — slacks, black blazer, dark button-up. doesn’t like crowds, but knows how to move through them.
a hostess greets her near the entrance. and a woman next to her says something that doesn’t matter, because sevika hears the voice, not the words.
she blinks.
that voice. could it be? is it really you?
no. it’s not. similar, sure, but it’s a crowded place, lots of chatter. maybe her brain’s playing tricks. she follows the hostess through the restaurant, barely registers the rest. her mind still wraps itself around that tone.
at the table, everyone’s already talking — loud, laughing, drinks clinking. she doesn’t join them.
her eyes scan the place looking for something far more interesting.
and there she is. that woman, moving quickly from place to place. behind the bar, then helping a waiter balance plates, then checking on another table with a glowing grin.
she is graceful in her chaos. not just pretty — bright. the kind of energy that turns heads without trying.
no.
not you.
the voice is soft, late-night kind of soft. tired warmth. this woman is laughing, waving across the room. she’s the type to sleep in someone’s arms having sweet dreams, not hosting a late radio show.
but then she says something, quick and familiar, to a customer. a specific, odd little thing.
one sevika  remembers hearing last week, around 01:45 a.m., wrapped in some rambling story about voice’s favorite café.
my grandma once told me i’d be a great bookworm. not people in glasses and sweaters, but the actual worm in a book.
she looks up.
you said it. right now. same tone.
it is you.
you — the late-night voice that coaxes her to sleep like a lullaby. you — the one she imagined curled up with a notebook and tea.
quiet. maybe shy. maybe a little lonely.
not this. not radiant, multitasking, command-the-room you. and yet, it clicks. somewhere in her chest. a strange kind of awe.
and… something else.
⚢ ⚢ ⚢
it’s not even noon.
sevika doesn’t go to restaurants to just have a breakfast. especially that her breakfast is only coffee most of the time. but here she is, short hair still damp from the shower.
the restaurant looks completely different during the day. quiet. gentle music playing. the sunlight spills over the tables like something out of a damn commercial. books, plants all around the place. cozy.  she picks a spot near the window. asks for coffee and whatever’s good. doesn’t look around too much. tries not to, anyway.
the waiter brings her food, and sevika asks.
“yep, that’s our manager. she’s in today,”
she nods. the voice in her head doesn’t match the image in front of her. but it does. like two puzzle pieces she didn’t think would fit, now clicking into place with disturbing clarity.
you’re at the other end of the room, laughing about something with a barista. but you glance her way. of course you do. he told you. stupid bastard.
your eyes catch hers very briefly.
she looks down. sips her coffee like it might save her life. checks her phone, scrolls. pretends to be busy and unbothered and indifferent and not the person that asked about the manager.
maybe twenty minutes pass when you disappeared into the back for a bit. she finishes half her plate, then just… picks at it, like waiting for something.
and this something happens because then she sees you walking toward her.
a small piece of paper in hand. you’re smiling. god, you’re glowing, it’s ridiculous. she hates it. no, she doesn’t.
“hi,” you stop next to her table.
she looks up.
you slide the paper across to her. a clean, fast sketch — her, sitting right where she is, chin resting on one hand, eyes distant. and underneath: i love your eyes. you look like someone who has a beautiful smile. and your number, scrawled at the bottom.
and then you just walk away.
sevika stares at the sketch for a while. then folds it carefully, like something fragile. puts it in her jacket pocket.
⚢ ⚢ ⚢
subject: (none)
i want to know if saying it out loud — or writing, whatever — makes it less real.  i was in a war. not the kind that gets monuments or medals. the kind you crawl out of and no one cares that you did. the dreams are fucked. they have a fancy name for it. sometimes they’re not even dreams. just scenes, stuck on repeat. buildings, blood, the smell of heat and sweat. i haven’t slept right in years because of them. therapist call it hypervigilance. i call it what it is: not trusting the world or myself enough to close my eyes at night. but your voice cuts through that. you speak like the night is not hollow. i sleep now. not all nights, but i do. that’s fucked up and amazing. it matters. i saw you, by the way. at the restaurant. you were brighter than i expected.
⚢ ⚢ ⚢
you didn’t read her letter that night. you didn’t say her name. and fuck, she’s glad you didn’t share it. it wasn’t for everyone. it was for your and your eyes only. the way you said:
this next track is for anyone who’s been up at 3AM wondering if it’ll ever feel okay again. i don’t have answers. but I’ll stay up with you.
was enough.
sevika doesn’t text or call. but the number you gave her still lives in her pocket, folded up like a secret.
maybe someday. maybe next week.
⚢ ⚢ ⚢
it’s thursday. 23:59. radio already on. like always. but then —
a click. different intro music. a man’s voice?
good evening, this is ‘night drift’ with miles. thanks for joining me.
sevika frowns and waits. ten minutes in, she’s still waiting. at 00:17, she grabs her phone, calls the number on that drawing.
three rings. someone picks up. not you.
“hello?” male. quiet. sounds like he’s not sure whether to pick up or let it go, “hi? are you a friend?” he sighs, tired but soft.
“something like that,” sevika’s voice comes out lower than usual.
he paused, “she’s in the hospital. got hit by a car. not awake yet,”
everything in sevika goes still. she doesn’t hear anything he says before he asks about telling you about the call when you wake up, and, “don’t,” slips out too fast out of her mouth.
“alright,” he says eventually, “are you sure?”
“yeah,”
“okay. good night,”
call ends.
she lowers the phone. the apartment is too quiet. annoyingly quiet.
she sits there, phone resting in her palm.
for the first time in years — her chest aches in a way that has nothing to do with war, or blood, or fear.
just you.

And then he begins talking to you and it's like oh my goodness, I found the one! Just you being you is going to make him fall in love with you, he's going to feel like he's finally found that needle in a haystack that he's been looking for. I feel like from the moment of your first conversation onward he's only ever going to have eyes for you. Literally everything about you is going to make him fall in love with you, the way you laugh, the way you stare off into thought, even the quirky things that you find annoying about yourself is going to make him fall in love with you.
With the oracle card you got I feel like you are close to meeting this person!

Becoming Nobody
First and foremost your future husband will fall in love with the fact that you are drama free. You are someone that likes to converse instead of fight. If you and your husband are having issues, you will ask him to talk them through with you. Instead of you guy's fighting and screaming at each other. You will make your future husband feel very secure in your marriage. He will always know where he stands with you and the status of you guy's relationship, he really values and loves that along with your ability to receive without draining him.
I know the oracle card you got may seem a bit alarming but I feel in your case it's saying that you are not attached to one way of being or thinking at the moment. You are open to new concepts and ways of living right now.

Gentleness
I feel like your future husband will fall in love with your ability to spin a bad situation into an opportunity. I'm not quite getting optimist, to me an optimist is someone that believes things will work out. But you are someone that forces things to work out no matter how bleak things look. Your future husband will love that he will be able to come to you with a problem and next thing he knows, he has the solution with steps and instructions. With the hierophant in reverse, I feel like you resolve problems in rather unconventional ways, but it somehow always works out.
I feel like your oracle card is saying that you are someone that gets stuff done, no matter how difficult. But you still maintain a gentle spirit.
I hope your reading resonated and please feel free to leave a comment!

Oooooh I finally did it!! Mafia au part 6! A little bit of that sweet angst/comfort.
Content: Violence, Previous Injury (mentioned), Panic Attack (non-descriptive)
Tumblr media
Let it be said: Johnny’s no snitch.
Outgoing (“loud” Simon would grumble) as he is, he doesn’t run his mouth about anything important. Doesn’t talk business over a pint or boast his connections in bar disagreements. Doesn’t drop names, flash heat, throw around the weight of his employer. Has never spilled a single fucking secret, not for knives, acid, a fucking gun to his head.
Oh, and please don’t tell the boss.
Let it also be said: Johnny is loyal.
He would happily lay down his life for any of his comrades, lives and dies for SpecGru – for Price. And even though you’re new, you’re one of them now. You’ve quickly found and secured your place in Price’s inner circle, different as you may be. Johnny would go to war for you, and your silly pink sticky notes.
Still, keeping something – anything from the boss. Even a private matter like this…
It happened on SpecGru property, that makes it SpecGru business. And it happened to you, which makes it Price’s business.
That you don’t already know that is… well, that’s between you and the boss. Johnny’s already too involved as it is. (Not that he regrets helping you. Not a bit. If he had his way, that little prick would have left with his teeth in his pocket and a new appreciation for his remaining thumb).
So now Johnny is stuck. He likes you; he really does. That you trust him with something so personal isn’t lost on him, especially in this line of work. He also has a healthy fear of your wrath. (You may not carry any weapons he’s seen, but you’ve got Price grimacing when you narrow your eyes just so. Johnny knows where his cupcakes are made, and he likes them without arsenic, thank you). So, personally, he wants to be able to honor your request to keep the matter private.
But then there’s Price, and whatever he’ll do to Johnny if – when – he finds out about all this.
Johnny’s solution?
“Christ, Gaz, ya shoulda seen it. Never seen the little miss tell someone off like that. Graves woulda been shakin’ in his boots. Will have to ask security for a recording of it.”
Gaz, unimpressed with Johnny’s volume, rolls his eyes and walks away, muttering about tea for his sudden headache. And Price, sitting at his desk, twitches and reaches for his phone.
Mission: accomplished.
Not the most elegant, but he’s a mafia lieutenant, not a fuckin’ spy. Now, to get those pastries you like before Price sees the footage.
“Luv?”
You glance up from the expense reports you’ve been working through for the better part of an hour. Mr. Price is leaning in the doorway to his office, shoulder to the jamb. There’s… an odd look on his face. You’ve never seen it before, don’t have it categorized in your mental files.
“Yes, boss?” you ask, straightening up.
“A word?”
You blink. That’s… different. You don’t like it.
Price is a steady sort of man. Not predictable, but consistent. That this is new, unusual, unfamiliar, makes you uneasy. Reminds you of your last boss, who could call you into his office with an affable grin, only to spend thirty minutes berating you for anything and everything he could think of.
Price has never done that, nothing even close… but you can’t suppress the slight shake in your hands as you smooth your skirt down. Hide it with a little flick of your wrists before grabbing for your ever-trusty tablet. Hell, you probably don’t even need it, but at this point it’s practically a comfort item. Maybe you should name it, put some googly eyes on it.
“Sweetheart?”
You startle a bit. Realize your feet have already carried you into his office and followed him right to his desk. Except instead of standing at his elbow as usual, you’re facing him across his desk. Like you did during your interview with him, when you were still strangers. Like you used to do for your previous boss.
“Oh, sorry, sir,” you chirp, forcing your usual brightness, “those expense reports, ya know? What did you need me for?”
Without a word, he spins his computer monitor around. Your brow furrows as you process the video playing on the screen. You. Soap. Brandon. Your stomach sinks.
There’s no sound, but there doesn’t really need to be. Even in profile, the expressions are crisp – high end cameras. You feel numb as the scene plays out all over again. You and Brandon snipping at each other back and forth. Your rigid spine, stiff shoulders. Brandon’s sleezy confidence. Soap, getting visibly aggravated as the seconds pass.
And there it is, the moment you spun on your heel, done with the conversation, and Brandon reached for you.
When you see Soap’s hand snap out – just a blur on the screen – you have to sit. Muscle memory collects your tablet in your lap, sweaty hands stacking neatly on top of it. Your heart is beating either too fast or too slow.
Your eyes stay locked on the screen until you and Soap disappear into the elevator, and the video stops.
“Should I play the elevator footage as well?” Price asks, voice low and quiet. “That comes with sound.”
It takes all your years of learned discipline and cultivated poise to resist shrinking in on yourself. It does not, however, stop your eyes from burning.
“Sir,” you say, struggling to keep your voice even, “I am so sorry.”
There’s a beat of tense silence as you gather yourself, throat getting tighter and tighter. Your head is spinning with fear and anxiety. What he’ll say, what he’ll do. How you could possibly damage control this.
“I-I don’t even know how he found out where I work,” you say, “and Soap w-was just trying to help. If I’d known that would happen, I would have taken it outside.”
You can barely look at Price as your voice break midway through, the panic leaking into your tone even as you stay frozen in place.
“Did we – is he suing? Is – is that why—?”
The tears escape despite your efforts, dripping fast and down your cheeks as you shudder in a breath. You can’t pay for a lawsuit, especially not if you’re fired over this. And you don’t want to lose this job. You love this job, you love—
“Oh, darling, what a mess you’ve made of yourself.”
You sniffle as Price rounds his desk and kneels in front of you, plucking his handkerchief from his breast pocket. He tuts at you when you open your mouth to protest, already blotting at your cheeks with a surprisingly gentle touch.
“There now, no need to cry,” he soothes, thumbing away another tear before it can fall. “I know it takes you ages to get your eyeliner right. This is nothing to ruin it over.”
“But…”
“I’m not angry, luv,” he continues, voice still low and quiet. This time, it doesn’t make your shoulders tense. “Wasn’t before and definitely not now. Chin up, there’s a dear.”
“Y-you’re not?” you warble.
“Not a bit,” he answers. “Not at you, at least.”
“Then why…?” You gesture weakly at the computer screen.
He sighs, something almost fond passing over his face. “Darling, you could have been hurt. Imagine if Soap hadn’t been there. All of us on the top floor, waiting for you to get back, not knowing something was wrong.”
He shakes his head, cradling your cheek with the same hand that brushed away your tears.
“You’re one of mine, you understand? Anything that happens to you is my responsibility,” he explains. “And I didn’t… enjoy that you want to keep something like this from me.”
You drop your eyes in shame. Of course. An employee assaulted on company ground, his personal assistant no less. Price would never stand for that sort of thing. He looks out for his own, looks out for you.
“Hey, look at me, luv. None of that now,” he coaxes. “I just want to get to the bottom of why you didn’t want to tell me.”
It occurs to you that that tone you heard earlier might have just been genuine worry and maybe… a bit of hurt. You twist your hands in your lap as you gather your words.
“I didn’t… it wasn’t because of you,” you murmur. “I just… was so embarrassed. And I didn’t want to make it your problem. I’m supposed to make your life easier, not harder.”
He huffs, but you’re relieved to see wry amusement on his face now.
“No more of that,” he orders, as softly as he when he wiped your face. “Am I understood?”
“Yes, sir.”
“There’s a love.” He gently pinches your cheek, then stands. “Stay here, I’ll get you a cup of water. Take a moment, yeah?”
You nod, sniffling again. He squeezes your shoulder as he passes, and you finally let yourself breathe. Not getting fired, not getting sued. And Price isn’t mad at you. Christ, he needs to work on his approach.
“Kyle.”
“Yeah, boss?”
“Look into that knob from the lobby. And the little miss’s last boss.”
“You’ve got it.”

Vlad's Mistaken Capture part 6
Vlad Masters was going to win.
Sure, he had failed five times.
Sure, he had somehow ended up kidnapping Jason Todd every single time.
Sure, Jason was now actively baiting him into screwing up, and the rest of the Bats were taking bets on how many more times it would happen.
But Vlad refused to accept defeat.
This time, he had a foolproof plan.
If Jason was the problem, then the solution was simple—kidnap Jason Todd on purpose.
If he meant to take Jason, then surely, by some cosmic law, he would finally get Daniel instead.
It was genius.
So, with absolute confidence, Vlad teleported in, grabbed Jason Todd, and vanished before anyone could react.
Finally, success!
Vlad let out a triumphant laugh as he secured his captive. "Hah! At long last, I—"
Jason blinked at him, completely unimpressed. "So, let me get this straight… you kidnapped me on purpose this time?"
Vlad smirked. "That’s right! Which means, by the twisted logic of the universe, I should have—"
Vlad paused.
Something was… off.
Jason looked to his right, then back at Vlad, then back to his right again.
Vlad slowly turned his head.
There was another person tied up next to Jason.
A very unamused Bruce Wayne.
Again.
Vlad’s soul left his body.
Jason burst out laughing. "Oh my god. AGAIN?!"
Bruce sighed deeply, the kind of sigh only a man who had been through this before could manage. "Vlad."
Vlad twitched violently. "No. NO. I refuse to accept this!"
Jason was practically wheezing at this point. "Dude, you’re like a Looney Tunes character! You tried to kidnap me on purpose and still ended up with Bruce!"
Vlad, entirely done with everything, grabbed a chair, sat down, and buried his face in his hands.
Jason nudged Bruce with his shoulder. "So, uh, does this mean we’re kidnapping him now?"
Bruce, still eerily calm, flexed his wrists. The ropes snapped effortlessly again.
Jason sighed. "Man, you could at least pretend to struggle."
Bruce gave Jason a look.
Jason held up his hands. "Fine, fine, Mr. Intimidation." He turned back to Vlad. "So, what now, old man? You gonna phase through the floor again?"
Vlad let out a long, exhausted groan. "I hate you so much."
Jason beamed. "Aw, I love you too, buddy."
Vlad, in a rare moment of self-preservation, disappeared immediately.
Jason smirked. "I give it a week before he tries again."
Bruce massaged his temples. "Jason."
Jason shrugged. "What? I’m right."
Bruce sighed. "…Unfortunately."
Meanwhile, far away, Vlad was curled up in a ball of rage and despair.
But he wasn’t giving up.
One day…
One day, he would win.

yandere robot forsaken au where y/n is but an apathetic inventor whose skill went underappreciated by their coworkers (work for a corporation idk). one day, they were requested by a wealthy family to....make a robot replica of their dead son? (chance) weird, but anyways. after the success of one, many orders started to pour in and as they were drowned underneath works, they failed to see signs of severe malfunctions from these machines. (are they truly robots? idk)
Y'all are freaks! And I love it- Idk if you wanted all of them(except Chance) or not so uh- Hopefully you did-
Anywho, reader gets she/her for the sole purpose of strong wamen~
Tumblr media
Your apathy would be your downfall.
That's what everyone at your workplace thought of you.
You didn't participate in gossip or office drama, you didn't entertain small talk, you were just there to make money and fuck off.
You thought that when you were contacted with a business opportunity by some wealthy folk that you'd be able to challenge yourself for once.
The task was to create a life-like robot version of their deceased child, even sending along pictures for references.
It took you months to figure out the most efficient way to go about it and once sent off, you were proud of yourself. You technically reanimated the dead and even got paid double for it!
With those 6 figures now in your account, you began wondering if you should quit your job. You didn't do it just yet because you figured it was likely a one-off occurrence. There's no way more people would-
... You had more orders... Just a week later...
Turns out when you satisfy a wealthy family, you attract many more...
But you wouldn't let the sudden inflow stop you and quit your job to focus on the orders. It likely wouldn't be a long-time solution so you made sure your boss was still left with a good enough impression of you for when you had to go back to the job market.
But with the orders all being at once, you had to work on all of the robots day in and day out. You neglected your needs and spent many nights keeping yourself awake for work. You even failed to notice your own mistakes in their programming and never had the realization that they were coming to life and gaining sentience.
Bit by bit, they would watch you work on them with care, quietly talking to yourself to help your focus and make sure you wouldn't mess up.
It made them... Feel.
They felt a strange draw to you. Like they had to do everything to keep you with them.
Their affections started subtle.
Putting your jacket back on you when you fell asleep at your desk and letting you believe you forgot to take it off the night prior, leaving snacks out at random and creating deepfake footage on your security cameras to make you believe you simply forgot about putting them there yourself, even displacing your keys or wallet at times to keep you inside longer.
Don't get them wrong, they were quick to understand what it meant to be human and what necessities you had thanks to your programming skills but...
You also had to understand that you made a simple mistake and now had a full cast of robots literally ready to kill to make sure you were theirs.
You only noticed too late that they were moving on their own.
"What... the.... Hell...?" You instinctively tilted your head to the side as you dropped the bag of groceries you just got inside.
C00lkidd was playing in the living room but had frozen up at the sound of the door. He didn't have the time to put away your stuff again and this time you were sure something's gone wrong.
"How is this possible??" You questioned, approaching the small bot and kneeling down to check his eyes. "You're not..."
You didn't dare to finish your sentence as you saw a faint red glow in his eyes. "Oh no... No no no- NO!" You quickly got up and backed away, thinking about all the possibilities before you were stopped by a metallic hand on your shoulder.
"Surprise..?" That... Was Elliot's voice... The voice you programmed for him....
"Please don't freak out..." And there's 007n7's voice... What the fuuu-
Truth be told, you didn't freak out and allowed them to explain. They begged you not to take their sentience away and it made you think...
You created literal life out of metal and code...
With a sigh, you promised they would be able to stay and keep their sentience but you would need help creating new bots like them to fulfill your orders. They were more than happy to comply since you promised them they would keep living and didn't even need to leave your side!
Not like they'd go peacefully...
Surprisingly, their help still got all the orders to be done within the deadlines and they made sure the new bots didn't get the same sentience they got... They'll be damned before they share you with cheap replicas.
So when you sent off the new models, you thanked them. It was rare of you to show such warmth but their systems took it... Well...
It wasn't even all that bad! C00lkidd was happy to call you mom and the other bots were happy calling you theirs.
Who would've thought a minor slip-up could lead you to run a household full of... Lovers? Lover-bots? Who cared at this point? Certainly not you...

Listen, I want to be cuddled by a giant mech as much as the next guy, but let’s face facts: metal is hard and uncomfortable to lie on. Especially for long periods of time.
Possible solutions with my personal ranking:
Mech hands have some padding for gripping and are more comfortable than bare metal. 6/10 but bonus point for forcing them to stop what they’re doing to hold you the whole time, and they are going to end up stroking your back and playing with your hair.
They carry a lot of blankets in their subspace. Get swaddled into a human burrito, idiot. 5/10 potentially nice but also potentially very hot, and still not that comfortable, might slip on smooth metal surfaces. 6/10 if they add pillows. Probably simplest and least invasive but best if everybody involved is lying down.
Alt mode. Nice for keeping each other company on long road trips and patrols, but it’s basically just sleeping in a sentient car. Which is not very comfortable. 4/10 at best for mechs with large cabin interiors. 3/10 for the sports models with tiny back seats, you will become a pretzel. Fliers 2/10, don’t hit the eject button. Maybe better for big vehicles with room for an actual bed, like Ratchet’s ambulance form or Optimus’ cab, but you still lose out on the giant alien mech-ness part of it so 6/10 maximum. Sorry, sometimes this hits like a 10/10 if you want a decent sleep while traveling, and sometimes it’s just not what you want.
By complete accident of design, humans fit comfortably in the space by their spark chamber, which has mesh insulation that’s quite soft AND keeps a stable temperature. 8/10 good place to fall asleep and extremely safe behind all the shielding, best place to be if they get into a fight while you’re around. They enjoy it because they can feel you and know you’re safe, you can feel their spark from proximity and it’s very comforting, but the drawback is it’s hard to hold a conversation and bad if you get claustrophobic.
Sitting on shoulder/in-between armor: great if you’re awake and hanging on and doing things with your bot, but would get tiring eventually, you could fall if they make sudden movements, and you’re going to get stiff and sore eventually. Sucks if you want to read a book or knit or not have to worry about hanging on. Could be 7/10 worth it for the view and ease of conversation, 4/10 if you’re scared of heights and don’t feel secure, 1/10 if they’re the type to forget you’re there, -10/10 if their shoulder doesn’t have anywhere comfortable to sit/nothing to hold onto.
Carrier mechs and their compartments: obvious 9/10. Meant for carrying small things safely and comfortably. Loses a point because symbionts are not soft and fleshy and you are, extra blankets probably needed for padding. Maybe varies in terms of temperature control. But 10/10 if their symbionts are home and you get to snuggle with them.
They get a padded carrier backpack or kangaroo pouch or etc. just for you to ride in. Probably the most comfortable and convenient option as it would be designed specifically for your needs, you could carry on conversations, you’d have fresh air but be warm, it would be secure so you wouldn’t fall and wouldn’t have to hang on the whole time. Biggest downside is it wouldn’t offer much protection in a fight and you’d be an obvious target. This would also look incredibly stupid and depending on your tolerance level, could be embarrassing. Could range from 3/10 to 9/10 based on preference.
They just sit you inside one of their guns. 1000/10 for coolness, -2/10 for anything else.
Feel free to add your own!

Clearly, y'all don't care about Jews, and the fact that Hamas is violently antisemitic doesn't seem matter to any of you. So let me go with a new approach, of equal truth and value. Hamas is violently anti-Palestinian.
This past week, Hamas attacked evacuation routes and prevented Gazan citizens from fleeing an active warzone. [1]
They did that because they routinely use Gazan civilians as human shields. Hamas intentionally builds military targets close to schools, hospitals, and mosques, putting soft targets in the way of both incoming and outgoing fire. Hamas encourages Gazan civilians and children to stand on the roofs of buildings they know the IDF is targeting. [2]
Hamas has refused to allow elections in Gaza since 2006. Not just Palestinian National Authority elections, mind you. No open elections for any office have been held in seventeen years. Palestinian rights to free elections and self-determination have been denied by Hamas. [3] (And good luck to anyone who tries to blame that on Israel, because elections were held by the PNA in the West Bank in 2012, 2017, 2021 and 2022. It's Hamas's intention alone to purge democracy.)
Hamas's track record on human rights is appalling. Palestinian prisoners in Gaza face unfair trials and death sentences after being tortured by police. Palestinian women are prevented from accessing the legal systems to escape domestic abuse situations. Political dissidents in Hamas, even ones who merely support the other half of the Palestinian government, have been summarily executed. [4] [5]
Peaceful organizers in Palestine protested Hamas's massive tax hikes in 2019. Hamas security forces responded by assaulting demonstrators, tracking them down, raiding their homes, and detaining them. And, as previously mentioned, prisoners in Gaza are not treated well by Hamas. [6]
Edit Nov.5, 10:30 PM: I forgot to add arguably the most important thing-- Hamas manipulates the humanitarian aid they receive away from helping Gazans and toward killing Jews. 5% of Hamas's budget actually gets used for humanitarian aid, while 55% goes to military use. Construction equipment intended to rebuild Gaza's crumbling infrastructure is used to build a complex series of underground tunnels. Those tunnels in turn are used to smuggle Iranian military equipment into the country. They were also used for human trafficking in the October 7th attacks. [7]
If you actually want Palestinians to be free, you can't just replace Israel with Hamas. But it's not like they're the only option for supporting Palestinian liberation. While Fatah doesn't have an immaculate historical track record, it now operates as a leftist, democratic socialist, secular Palestinian government that fights for a two-state solution. Similarly, Arab-Israeli political parties like the Hadash-Ta'al coalition support leftist, anti-Zionist, and two-state solutions from within the Israeli parliament.
You can and should support Palestinian liberation movements that abuse neither Jewish nor Arab human rights and dignities. Plenty of them exist out there. But if y'all continue to throw your weight behind an antisemitic and anti-democratic terrorist regime, Palestinians and Jews will both take note of exactly where you stand.

25 Essential Principles for Black Conduct and Empowerment: A Garveyite Perspective
From a Garveyite perspective, Black people must uphold a code of conduct rooted in self-determination, unity, discipline, and economic independence to reclaim sovereignty and build a powerful Black world. Marcus Garvey emphasized that the liberation of Black people requires not just awareness but action, structure, and collective responsibility. Without a solid foundation of principles to guide conduct, Black people remain vulnerable to external control, disunity, and stagnation.
This analysis outlines 25 essential principles that Black people must adhere to for collective empowerment, ensuring that every aspect of life—from personal discipline to political strategy—aligns with Black self-reliance and Pan-African unity.
1. Prioritize Black Unity Over Petty Divisions
Black people must reject tribalism, nationality-based elitism, and class divisions that prevent global solidarity. Whether African, African American, Caribbean, or Afro-Latino, all Black people share a common struggle and destiny.
2. Be Loyal to Black Institutions, Not External Systems
Economic, educational, and political systems designed by non-Black entities often do not serve Black interests. Black people must build, support, and defend their own institutions to ensure self-governance.
3. Maintain Economic Discipline and Group Economics
Black people must spend, circulate, and invest money within their own communities rather than enriching non-Black businesses that do not support Black liberation. Wealth must serve the collective, not just the individual.
4. Reject Begging and Dependency
Garveyism teaches that self-reliance is the key to sovereignty. Seeking validation, reparations without self-building, or constant dependency on non-Black systems keeps Black people weak. We must create solutions, not wait for handouts.
5. Strengthen the Black Family Unit
A strong Black nation starts with strong families. Fatherhood, motherhood, and communal responsibility must be honoured. The intentional breakdown of the Black family is a tool of oppression, and reversing it is a revolutionary act.
6. Guard Black Cultural Identity Fiercely
Black culture must be protected from dilution, appropriation, and distortion. The global media industry manipulates Black culture for profit while degrading its revolutionary potential. Black people must reclaim their spiritual, artistic, and historical identities.
7. Reject Hyper-Consumerism and Materialism
Black empowerment is not measured by luxury brands, flashy lifestyles, or European standards of success. True power comes from ownership, land, and industry—not consumer status.
8. Develop Financial Literacy and Generational Wealth
Black people must prioritize financial education, investments, land ownership, and cooperative economics over short-term spending habits. Financial discipline determines power.
9. Master Self-Defense and Security
Black communities must be physically and strategically protected. Knowledge of self-defense, martial arts, and security strategies is essential to prevent exploitation, gentrification, and violence against Black people.
10. Respect and Elevate Black Women
Black women have always been at the forefront of liberation struggles. They must be honoured, protected, and empowered, while rejecting both misogyny and feminism that devalues traditional African family structures.
11. Reject White Validation and Seek Black Excellence
Seeking approval from white institutions, corporations, or governments weakens self-worth. Excellence must be defined on Black terms, not Western standards.
12. Eliminate Self-Hatred and Colourism
Black people must dismantle anti-Black programming, including colourism, texturism, and Eurocentric beauty standards. Loving Blackness is a revolutionary act.
13. Be Politically Aware but Not Emotionally Manipulated
Black people must engage in politics with strategic awareness, rather than blind emotional allegiance to parties that do not serve Black interests. Power is taken, not asked for.
14. Prioritize African Spirituality and Indigenous Practices
African spiritual systems have been demonized and replaced with religious systems that pacify Black resistance. Black people must reclaim ancestral knowledge and reject systems that promote blind obedience over empowerment.
15. Train Black Youth for Leadership and Legacy
Black children must be educated in liberation philosophy, economic empowerment, and self-discipline from an early age. The next generation must be trained, not just inspired.
16. Reject Degenerative Media and Narratives
Music, television, and films that promote self-destruction, hypersexuality, and violence against Black people must be rejected. Media that elevates, educates, and empowers Black minds must be supported.
17. Demand Accountability from Leaders
Black leaders—whether political, religious, or social—must be held to strict ethical and strategic standards. Personality cults and blind allegiance lead to betrayal and stagnation.
18. Build Pan-African Alliances Instead of Isolating Movements
No single Black community or nation can thrive alone. Black people worldwide must work together to secure land, resources, and industries.
19. Promote Self-Discipline and Mental Strength
A weak and undisciplined mind is easily controlled. Black people must master self-discipline in thought, habits, and actions to create a powerful global presence.
20. Reclaim the Warrior Spirit of Our Ancestors
African history is filled with warriors, revolutionaries, and empires that resisted colonization and slavery. Black people must embrace the warrior spirit rather than glorifying passivity.
21. Master Technology and Control the Digital Space
The future is digital, and Black people must own, develop, and master technology rather than being just consumers. Controlling media, cybersecurity, and AI is critical for sovereignty.
22. Protect and Defend Black Land and Resources
Black communities and nations must protect their land, agriculture, water sources, and raw materials from foreign control. Land ownership equals power.
23. Reject Integration as the Ultimate Goal
Integration into white society is not liberation. The goal must be nation-building, sovereignty, and Black self-governance, not assimilation.
24. Reject Criminality and Sabotage from Within
Internal destruction—whether through gang violence, betrayal, or corruption—keeps Black people weak. Code of conduct, integrity, and accountability must be upheld.
25. Make Black Consciousness and Excellence the New Standard
Mediocrity, victimhood, and aimless entertainment must be replaced with a culture of Black excellence, Pan-Africanism, and mastery of knowledge and power.
Conclusion: The Path to Black Sovereignty Is Discipline, Strategy, and Unity
From a Garveyite perspective, the liberation of Black people is not a dream but a responsibility. Without a strict code of conduct, discipline, and self-determination, Black people will remain vulnerable to exploitation, division, and external control.
Marcus Garvey built the largest Black organization in history because he understood that power comes from order, strategy, and a clear set of guiding principles. These 25 rules serve as a modern framework for achieving Black sovereignty, economic independence, and Pan-African unity.
The question is: Will we have the discipline to follow them?

"Thank you. God, thank you so fucking much."
You can't respond to him with your mouth as full as it is, but he picks up the acknowledgment in your next extra-hard suck. He probably wouldn't have heard you anyway, not with how loud he's gotten over the last half hour.
Should you both be working right now? Yes. Could something go terribly wrong because you're too busy blowing your coworker to watch the security monitors? Oh, absolutely.
But when his curly mop of hair appeared at the edge of the doorway midway through your shift, you knew you'd end up doing whatever he asked you to. It might just be your fatal flaw—you can never say no to Mike Schmidt.
He buries his fingers in your hair, tensing but not tugging, as you steadily work him the way you know he likes. He's surprisingly gentle for someone so eager to get his cock in your mouth every night, but you figure there's not much else to do during a midnight to 6 a.m. security gig at a closed-down pizzeria no one gives a shit about anymore.
Plus, you like doing it. You like him. It's cute how unashamed and unapologetic he is about how badly he wants you, and he makes you feel so good, you've never even thought about turning him down.
Even on nights when he just needs a quick release to ease the boredom or relax him enough to squeeze in a nap, just the taste and weight of him on your tongue has you soaking right through your panties. And he always makes it up to you.
But you're bored tonight, too. With three hours left to go, you'd been sitting in your shitty folding chair wondering how the hell you were going to stay awake and pass the time when Mike offered you an enticing solution. Except, you're still feeling antsy, and you don't want this to be over as fast as it usually is. Tonight, you want to play a little longer.
You pull off of him with a lewd pop and jerk him off languidly, loosening your grip to stave off his quickly approaching orgasm.
"That feel good?" you ask breathily, inhaling a lungful of air after letting him rut into the inside of your cheek for the past ten minutes. His fingers twitch against your scalp as he nods.
"S'good, feels so good," he slurs, his head tipped back as he bucks off the chair and into your fist.
"You want more?" You start to twist your wrist whenever you get close to the tip, and you can see and feel the shudder that wracks through him.
"Yes, god, yes. Please," he pleads, just short of begging.
"More what?" you goad experimentally. It wasn't your intention to make him beg when he walked into your office asking for help, but now you don't want him to stop.
"Y-your mouth," his head lolls forward, and he bites his lip hard at the sight of you licking away the precum streaming from his tip.
"Deeper, can I—," he tries to ask, but you shift to tease the underside of his head, and he chokes out a groan. "Wanna fuck your throat so bad."
"Are you gonna cum if I let you?"
"Fuck, probably," he admits reluctantly.
"Then, pick something else," you give him a teasing smile, a little charmed by his honesty.
Continuing to stroke him, you duck down to press a wet kiss to the base of his cock, then surprise him by sucking one of his balls into your mouth.
"Jesus, fuck," he gasps, leaking more precum that dribbles onto your cheek as you alternate between harder suction and softer swipes of your tongue.
He tastes salty and heady, and you were right. You're wet as fuck and so tempted to shove your other hand down your pants to toy with your clit, but you know he'll do that later. And you're not even close to being done with him yet.
Your grip tightens as you pick up your pace and focus closer to the head, maintaining eye contact that seems like it's setting him off just as much as your mouth or hand. His whole body vibrates with those telltale whimpers, and he finally starts to tug at your hair.
"M'gonna cum. Shit, keep going, I'm gonna cum," he grits out, his chest heaving.
His eyebrows pinch and his lips part, and he looks like he's seconds away from blowing his load all over your face—but then you release him again. You slide your hand under his shirt to stroke his heated skin comfortingly as he squeezes his eyes shut, panting like he just ran a marathon.
"Shit...shit," he keens, and you can feel his abs tensing and relaxing under your palm. His cock jerks pathetically next to your face, and you grip the base to make sure he doesn't accidentally topple over the edge.
"Shit," he whines again frustratedly, half-heartedly trying to pry your fingers off him. "Why?"
You rest your head against his thigh and smile, watching him pout down at you. He really is so cute when he gets fussy like this.
"You really wanna cum that fast? What happened to wanting to fuck my throat?" you tease him, beginning to jerk him off again. He sighs in relief, and his hips jut forward to meet your hand on every downstroke.
"You already said no," he replies dejectedly.
"I said not yet," you correct. "If you give me one more, I'll let you do whatever you want."
He eyes you curiously like he thinks you're baiting him, and you guess in a way you are. By now, he knows you've been edging him on purpose, but he has nothing to lose and everything to gain if he accepts your deal. He knows you'll make him feel good no matter what.
"You can choke me," you continue, slurping messily around the tip. "You can be as rough as you want," you trail your lips down his spit-slick length to the base and lick a wide stripe back up, "and you can cum in my mouth, and I promise I'll swallow all of it."
He's nodding frantically before you can even finish, and his eagerness reminds you of a golden retriever.
"You're gonna be good?" you confirm.
"I'll be good, I'll be so good," he blurts out, his urgency slurring his words again.
"I know you will. Just one more time, I know you can handle it," you encourage him.
Then, you swallow him down without warning. He lets out something guttural and animalistic, both hands tensing to hold you in place, and you let him.
You never planned on making this easy, but you meant what you said. He can handle this. He can handle the tightness of your throat constricting around him, contracting intermittently to mimic how your pussy feels fluttering around him.
Or, at least, you hope he can. You feel his balls draw up dangerously under your chin, and when you peer up through your watery lashes, his eyes are starting to cross. That's not good.
Slowly but steadily, he nudges the back of your throat harder and harder until tears and drool are streaming down your cheeks and chin. He's mumbling incoherent strings of praise and curse words between drawn-out whines, but you can barely hear him over the wet sounds of your own gagging.
"Fuck, that's...good, that's so fucking good," he pants raggedly, picking up his brutal pace. It's like he's lost all control of his body, and all he can do is chase the high you've been denying him all night.
You gurgle around him, grasping his thighs to ground yourself against the force of his thrusts, and briefly contemplate trying to stop him. But it's too late and he's already too close. His face screws up, and then you know it's coming.
"I'm sorry—I'm...fuck, I'm s-sorry, I'm so sorry. I can't—," he whimpers, fucking into his fist, "—m'gonna cum, I'm so close."
Moaning around him in response, you dig your nails into his skin, hoping the unexpected pain distracts him enough to keep him from cumming, but that only makes it worse. So, you let him.
The subtle vibration combined with the sharp bite of your nails sends him reeling. His expression goes completely lax, and then—
"I'm cumming...oh my god—," he all but sobs, burying himself as deep as you can take him.
You struggle to breathe through your nose as he empties down your throat, swallowing as much as you can, but you've been edging him for too long.
Viscous fluid leaks out of the corners of your mouth and down his cock, adding to the wet mess in his lap, and your harsh grasp on his thighs only seems to prolong his orgasm. After what feels like a lifetime, his whimpers taper into soft pants and he starts to rub soothing patterns into your scalp, an apology for his rough treatment.
You blearily meet his eyes, and they're glassy and unfocused, watching you reverently like he can't believe you just let him do something he's only ever seen in porn. And that you actually liked it. Shakily, he reaches out to thumb away the release dribbling down your chin, and you pull off of him briefly to suck it off his finger before returning to his cock.
That's why you do this night after night—that look right there. It's the awe and hunger that linger even after he's already thoroughly blissed out and softening in your grasp.
Except tonight, he's not. Mike is somehow still hard as a rock and thrusting weakly into your mouth, trembling like a leaf now that his aftershocks have subsided and the sensitivity is setting in.
Tentatively, you grip him at the base and swirl your tongue around the tip to gauge his reaction, and when he doesn't push you away, you take him further into your mouth. But on your next hard suck, his lips part and a violent shudder wracks his entire body, so you hesitate and pull off.
"Too much?" you wince, slowly uncurling your fingers from around his cock, but he shakes his head furiously.
"N-no, feels...so much," he says, dazed, his voice scarcely above a whisper. "Feels good. Can you keep going? Please."
His face is screwed up, as tense as the rest of him as he struggles with conflicting feelings of intense pleasure and pain, but he's not fighting it. He's actually enjoying it.
He flinches as you resume your movements, toying under the ridge with the tip of your thumb, and begins to squirm the longer you continue to play with him. A quick glance at the clock tells you there's still an hour and a half left of your shift—that's plenty of time.
In the four nights you've worked here, the security monitors haven't shown a single sign of activity and you doubt they're going to start now. Your gaze drops from his pained, yet hopeful expression to his twitching cock, and you make a decision.
You'll go as long as he wants. After all, you can never say no to Mike Schmidt.
"Mhm, whatever you want," you hum, then sink back onto him. He sighs gratefully, shivering at the sensation and your words, and verbalizes his gratitude repeatedly like a prayer.
"Thank you, thank you."
thanks for reading!

So a few days ago, we had a discussion on home defense, and I had some thoughts that are too complex to put there, first, I need you all to be familiar with the survivability onion:
Tumblr media
The syntax is different for a house, but the ideas are the same.
1: don't be there- if possible, avoid high crime areas. We don't always get the option, sometimes crime comes to us. My neighborhood had an issue a few years ago because one of my neighbors had a 20 year old son who decided meth was a nice hobby.
2/3: don't be detected/don't be identified- avoid things that make you a target. New TV? Don't just drop the box on the curb. Break it down and bag it. If possible, make seeing on to your porch more difficult. If you have something worth stealing, make it hard to tell.
4: don't be hit- there's a lot of ways to keep people who know you have stuff worth stealing away. Dogs, lights, cameras, security.
5: don't be penetrated- this is the second to last line, hardened entryways, removal or reinforcement of large ground level glass, (thorny or hard to navigate plants, fences, Ect.) swap the short screws in your strike plates and hinges for longer 3-4" ones, possibly add more, or longer hinges and a full length strike plate. Make sure any exposed hinges are captured pin. Ect.
6: don't be killed.
This is the real last line. Here is where the metal meets the stone, a lot of people ignore 1-5 and go straight here. That's stupid. Deep defense is the best defense. By the time you get here, you're already screwed.
So- the first step of this is still passive. Build a redoubt. this can be as simple as a solid core bedroom door with exterior grade fittings, or as complex as a proper saferoom.
Then you get active. I do not cop to any non-lethal levels here. If you've done 1-5 right, anyone who makes it here wants you and yours dead.
A long gun is where it's at, loaded with proper defensive ammo. No ball, no birdshot.
Hollow point ammo, buckshot, Ect. Everything else that you did before this was a warning, as much for them as for you. By the time they make it through all the soft deterrents, then through the hardened door, and then to your safe room, it's reduced to a binary solution set.
